Teaching is considered as an art as well as science for a right reason as it defines the versatile role played by a teacher in a classroom. An effective teacher needs to be creative in his thoughts, his actions which would eventually reflect his own unique philosophy, talents and his personal style. In this era of pandemic where people are everyday struggling to fight up with the losses and coming up with new innovations, a teacher should also be one who needs to find out what works best in what kind of situation. He or She should be ready enough to deal with all kinds of challenges coming on their way so that the teaching learning does not get affected. The teacher needs to experiment all kinds of techniques, strategies, methods, approaches and should be acquainted with the new innovations in the field of education. In this era of information and communication technology, Technology plays a very important role in the development of human society. Based on this fact it becomes necessary for a teacher to become a Techno-pedagogue. It is a term used for a person who is well aware of the techno-pedagogical skills; use of technology in teaching learning process, to make the process more comfortable; to provide information with utmost clarity. Now that the teachers are the ones accountable to create a society full of responsible citizens, they are supposed to be trained in such a way so that they can contribute towards society in a more worthy way. This study is designed to explore how a teacher should play the role of a techno- pedagogue, alongside it also focusses on the importance of developing techno-pedagogical skills in pre-service teachers.

The knocking sound of handlooms can be heard almost everywhere in Nadia and purba Bardhaman districts. Weaving is the second field of employment, so the weaving process is no longer only in the hands of hereditary weavers. Other class of people is more or less directly or indirectly involved in the weaving process. The weaving is spreading to other areas where the expansion of other occupations has been stopped. Unlike other districts, not for part time, not even for partial livelihood, most of the weavers in these districts are full time weavers. After partition of India and erstwhile Bengal many handloom weavers from Dhaka, Nowakhali and Tangail districts came in Nadia and Purba Bardhaman districts and settled there. The article tries to describe socio-economic, political aspects of refugee weavers in particular and handloom textile industries in general.

TITLE: FASCINATION AND THE IMPULSIVE IN AESTHETIC This article deals with aesthetic experience is distinct as an experience qualitatively different from everyday experience and similar to other exceptional states of mind. Not all feelings evoked by reading literature are purely "aesthetic." The latter combines reactive and reflective responses, integrating emotional and mental processes in the evaluation of a literary text, and involves some conceptual conflict, as evidenced by the seeming paradox included in the term "aesthetic emotions." This chapter examines fascination as an aesthetic emotion after providing a brief overview of recent findings in the area. It suggests that this emotion can be thought of as a mix of feelings that test the boundaries of our emotional repertoire, lead to moments of emotional and cognitive disorientation, and elicit momentary insecurities of attachment that ultimately add to the pleasure associated with navigating these difficult feelings while reading. It continues by stating that considering its emphasis on conflicting feelings and emotions.

On October 15, 1949, the state of Tripura, which had previously been a princely state, became a "C" category state and became part of the Indian Territory. The beginning of the 1950s marked the beginning of this state's transition to having a majority population composed of tribal people. The migration of non-tribal people over the border from Bangladesh, which was once a part of East Pakistan, caused a shift in the demographic makeup of the state after the partition of India. There are 19 different tribes in Tripura, in addition to a non-tribal community. It has Tripuri, Reang, Jamatia, Chakma, Lusai, Mog, Garo, Kuki, Chaimal, Uchai, Hala,,Khasia, Bhutia, Munda, Orang, Lepcha, Santal, Bhil and Noatia. As of the census taken in 2001, the population of scheduled tribes was 9,93,426, up from 8,53,345 (30.95 percent) in the census taken in 1991. The total number of scheduled tribe men and females was 5,04,320 and 4,89,106, respectively, according to the census taken in 2001.However, the primary emphasis of this research is placed on the indigenous knowledge and practises of the ethnic communities of Tripura, which the people of these communities have been incorporating into their day-to-day lives. In addition, the study will shed some light on the role that tribal women play in the performance of these practices.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an important role in resource mobilization and brings the latest technology. FDI inflows into different sectors of the economy are one of the most essential instruments for the growth of an economy because it leads to employment, export, import substitutions, creates a favourable balance of payment etc. It also fills the gap between investment and saving. India is a developing country, and it needs massive investment in various sectors of the economy to accelerate economic growth. In the present era of globalisation, liberalization and privatisation, the role of foreign direct investment cannot be ignored. The developing countries have opened their economy to FDI. The Indian economy opened for FDI after 1991. Before that, the growth rate of India was meagre and after opening the economy, there has been a significant increase in the growth rate, and it reached 6 to 7 per cent up to 2021-22. With this aim in mind, the present study has been undertaken to determine the impact of foreign direct investment inflows and their effects on the economic growth of the Indian economy.

A multilayer inverter that can generate 17 distinct voltage levels has recently become available for purchase. This inverter makes use of cascaded Hbridge modules that have floating capacitors and a three-level flying capacitor inverter. In this study, a number of aspects of the inverter that has been suggested are described. One of these aspects is the inverter's capacity to maintain a voltage balance across its capacitors. The findings of the experiments are used to investigate the efficiency of the suggested converter. The algorithm that is used to balance capacitors has been evaluated to ensure that it is stable in both transient and steady-state situations. Instantaneous balancing of all of the capacitors in this circuit is possible by utilising any one of the pole voltage combination options. This architecture has a number of advantages, one of which is that it makes it possible to operate the converter in back-to-back mode, with all of the voltages being generated by a single DC link power supply. The inverter that is now being demonstrated has the capacity to support a full range of load power factors in addition to modulation indices. Even if one of the H-bridges fails, the inverter can still be used at full load; the only difference is that it will be able to produce a lower total number of levels. In this setup, both the dv/dt and the common mode voltage variation are rather little. This is because both of these measures are dependent on time.
