Concrete is a mixture of cement, sand, and aggregates which is hard and strong and is mostly used to achieve compressive strength in construction. The many research and development were taken placed on concrete to accomplish different properties. Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) is one of the developments of concrete after adding some other constituents to the concrete mixture. Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) is concrete that has the property of self-compaction without using other equipment. Self-Compacting Concrete is again developed and Metakaolin is partially replaced by cement in SCC to improve the strength of concrete. Metakaolin is a Pozzolanic material having similar properties to cement but a size very fine than cement which is its advantage, the finer metakaolin particles fulfill the fine gap between cement particles and give the concrete more strength as compared to simple concrete.

Due to an unexpected pandemic these days, wearing a face mask is recommended to save ourselves and others from the virus. But it is difficult to monitor every customer whether he is wearing a mask or not. But it is very important. So, to overcome this problem, To devise a solution to monitor every customer using a deep learning concept. So, to develop a face mask detector with OpenCV/Keras and update the count of customers waiting outside with an email alert system if at least one customer is not wearing a mask. This helps us easily identify whether the customers are wearing masks, which helps us take safety measures according to it. Using different types of platforms such as mobilev2net and resnet architecture, the accuracy of resnet architecture is higher than the other architecture.

Abstract The aim of this paper is to study the role of industrial sector in generating employment in the economy and at the same time to the contribution towards economy growth. With the limited amount of capital resources, the industrial sector holds promise of creating greater employment opportunities. This is so because most of industries are more labour intensive i., they employ more labour per units of capital. Around 16% of the employment is provided by the sector. Industrial development leads to the generation of huge amounts of revenue. The establishment and expansion of capital goods and large scale industries contribute much to revenue generation. These industries contribute to employment generation and thereby to the generation of income and revenue. An increase in industrialization can lead to lower rates of unemployment and poverty in a certain region. Industrial developments lead to more jobs in both large and small scale businesses, which allows for more opportunity for those who may be unemployed otherwise. The paper also emphasis on the relationship between the employment generation and economic growth and with certain recommended some policy measures in order to boost industrial output by improving the overall productivity of all the sectors and ensure sustainable development

In similar situation, a distinct information database conforming of believable information would be very helpful. Transfer of knowledge is important in all aspects may beget the spread of misinformation. This can be checked by using block chain, a data ledger which is reliable and incorruptible. Block chain is a computing technology which facilitates the transfer of data or useful information in a decentralised and transparent manner. The block chain technology enables the traceability of information in the food supply chain and therefore helps ameliorate food safety. It provides a secure way of storing and managing data, which facilities the development and use of data driven innovations for smart husbandry and smart index based agriculture insurance in addition, it can reduce sale costs, which will benefit farmers access to markets and generating new profit aqueducts. Workers' chances of landing a good job with a good salary are improved because of education and development activities. Teachers have the greatest impact on students' learning. If they are unmotivated, disinterested, uninteresting, insipid, lazy, unenthusiastic, etc., the whole country's educational system will suffer. Teachers who do not know what they are talking about and who spread false information are not only unnecessary but potentially harmful to students and the educational system as a whole. The faculty works together as a unit, with each member contributing to the whole. When schools successfully implement mentorship programmes, instructors' natural tendency to share what they have learned with one another improves the educational experience for everyone. Training and mentorship programmes for teachers have a favorable impact on student learning and motivation, as well as teacher retention and work satisfaction. This report examined the impact of Nigeria's in-service training and mentorship programme for teachers on student achievement.

The charging of a mobile phone is the most important function to operate mobile by charging the battery. Unfortunately, the process of charging a mobile phone battery will take a very long time because many operations need to be handled. This is especially true for smartphones. So that the battery would drain fast while the mobile device is doing many operations. Backup power banks help to solve this issue, If we have a long-lasting power backup, we may add additional features to mobile devices This alternative power can be supplied by Photovoltaic (PV) cells and the possibility is to insert the PV cells on the battery.

Contemporary Islamic art in Malaysia has long been documented and it was usually developed within the Malay culture that was based on an Islamic understanding of concepts and teachings. The years between 1980 and 1990 shows a significant impact towards contemporary Islamic Art in Malaysia due to the reaction from the National Cultural Congress that was held in 1971. Islam became the main cultural root and that period can be considered a revival period of Islamic art in the country and became one of the main art forms developed by Muslim artists those days. However, due to some influence from the western country has impacted the ideology of Malaysian artists, especially towards finding their own cultural identity in Malaysia. The emergence of new expressions based on this issue lead the artist to produce Islamic artworks that illustrate some crisis of identity. Therefore, this paper was conducted to discuss deeper the view of contemporary Islamic art in Malaysia particularly focusing on the issues ad challenges faced by Muslim artists. Four samples of Malaysian artworks have been selected to discuss its content and significant meaning. It is hoped that this conceptual paper will make some small contribution towards guiding Malaysian artists, researchers, and art historians about the issues, crises and challenges faced by Malaysian artists in the Malay world.

Bakery is a time-honored activity that plays a key role in the food processing industry. Despite the introduction of completely automated and semi-automated bread and biscuit manufacturing factories, many people still prefer fresh bread and other bakery products. The demand for bakery products is gradually increasing due to the growing population and preference for fresh and ready-to-eat handy food items. To formulate banana flower powder and black rice powder incorporated wheat bread. To calculate yield and cost of the formulated bread. To determine the sensory characteristics, packaging and labeling of the formulated bread. To evaluate the nutrient composition and quality parameters for the formulated bread. The convection oven is used for the baking of bread. The cost is calculation is done by the quantity of ingredients used for making the bread with other expenses. Polythene covers are used for the packing and industrial vinyl stickers are used for the labeling of the product. The result shows that banana flower and black rice incorporated wheat bread was compared with wheat bread, that is rich in energy, carbohydrate, calcium, iron, ?-carotene, antioxidant, niacin and vitamin E. when compared to other three variation the fourth variation is selected with highest mean score. The suggestions are they can test the storage stability and shelf life of the product. They can involve some other nutrient analysis for the product. They can add some other ingredients to improve the nutrient composition of the bread.
