In this research, the predictive modelling used is support vector machine (SVM) method that can easily handle a very high quotient of complex health data. Even though most of us lead stressful lives these days, it seems improbable that more people had really weak hearts in the past. Heart failure is when the heart is not really pumping along any more in its usual way. SVM is something that figures out who and when bad things might happen to you, which is to say, who really might have quite serious vascular issues. The remarkable 79% accuracy rate of the SVM's classification abilities applies to a wide range of clinical indications and risk factors. This is pretty amazing. It now seems clear that if such predictions are used well, true doctors can radically change the way we think about healthcare by finding heart issues before they become big. And they can make healthcare cheaper in the process. This study is focusing a huge spotlight on how smart, informed computer methods are a must if we want to get truly good at finding and treating heart failure early--and on the road to much better ideas about keeping tabs on your health.

Rural development is fuelled by the economy, social development, and agriculture, all of which work as catalysts for inclusive rural development. Young people are passively driving this trend. As the primary human resource for development and important agents of social change, the rural youth may help realise the Ministry of Rural Development's vision of sustainable and inclusive growth for rural India. India can benefit from the "youth bulge," which even wealthy nations cannot access. Young people's viewpoints and experiences can make a significant contribution. The Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, the National Service Scheme, and the extensive youth network might all contribute to the improvement of rural India. As the nation's most valuable resource, the dynamic youth capital should be used as important collaborators in the planning and development process.

This paper studies the educational aspiration of the adolescents in relation to parental involvement. Objectives of the study were - to study the educational aspiration of male and female children and to study the educational aspiration of adolescents with high and low Parental Involvement. Sample of the study consisted of 400 students of 9th class from Punjab School Education Board selected by using lottery method. Data was collected by using Parent - Child Interaction scale developed by Nidhi Sharma, (2000), and Educational Aspiration scale by Dr. S. K. Saxena (1984). Collected data was analyzed by using descriptive statistical techniques such as mean, median and standard deviation and Two way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results of the study revealed significant difference in educational aspirations of male and female adolescents and significant difference in educational aspiration with high and low parental involvement. It was found that there exists no significant interaction effect of gender and parental involvement on the educational aspiration of adolescents. It was also observed that the value of educational aspiration of male is more than the female adolescents and high parental involvement leads to more educational aspiration among male adolescents than female.

Because they are simple to apply and remove, pharmaceutical creams have long been an essential component of cosmetic goods. Cleaning, beautifying, changing look, hydrating, and preventing bacterial and fungal infections are just a few of their many uses. Additionally, they are used to treat wounds, burns, and cuts. The public and society can safely employ these semi-solid preparations. Although human skin is prone to damage, it has the ability to mend itself. However, there is a chance of infection, particularly in the early stages of damage, and the natural healing process may take some time. In these situations, medicinal creams can be administered to the wound site to promote healing and prevent infection. This study centers on the application of prescription creams for wound healing, going over the many kinds of creams, components, assessment criteria, preparation techniques, function categorization, benefits and drawbacks, and features.

As global populations continue to rise, the pressure on agricultural systems to produce higher yields with limited resources intensifies. The project "Precision Fertilizer" addresses these challenges by leveraging precision agriculture technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fertilizer use in crop production. This initiative focuses on developing a holistic framework that integrates advanced data analytics, soil health diagnostics, and real-time monitoring systems. By utilizing tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and IoT devices, we aim to gather detailed information on soil composition, moisture levels, and nutrient availability across diverse agricultural landscapes. Through the application of machine learning algorithms, the project seeks to analysis these data sets to create predictive models that determine the optimal types and amounts of fertilizers required for specific crops at different growth stages. This targeted approach not only maximizes nutrient uptake but also minimizes the risks of over-fertilization, which can lead to soil degradation and waterway pollution. Ultimately, "Precision Fertilizer" aspires to demonstrate the economic and ecological benefits of precision nutrient management, paving the way for a new paradigm in sustainable agriculture. The expected outcomes include increased crop yields, reduced fertilizer costs for farmers, and a significant decrease in the environmental footprint of agricultural practices. This research not only tackles immediate agricultural challenges but also contributes to long-term food security and environmental sustainability.

Green chemistry, also known as sustainable chemistry, refers to the development of chemical products and processes that minimize or exclude the operation and product of dangerous composites. They only use environmentally friendly chemicals and chemical procedures. It is erected on twelve principles that can be used to develop or reproduce motes, accoutrements , responses, and processes that are safer for mortal health and the terrain from the ground over. Green Chemistry decreases the environmental impact of chemical processes and technologies, as demonstrated in this composition. The thing of this exploration is to learn further about the part of catalysts in green chemical conflation for a further sustainable future. In the ecologically friendly conflation of novel and being composites, catalysis plays a critical part catalysed processes bear lower energy to produce and produce smaller by- products, co-products, and other waste particulars, indicating increased effectiveness.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a vital component of business strategies, contributing to sustainable development and enhancing corporate reputation. In India, CSR gained further prominence following the enactment of the Companies Act 2013, which mandates CSR spending for qualifying companies. This paper presents a content analysis of business news coverage on CSR activities in Haryana, a key industrial state. By analyzing 100 articles from local news outlets, the study examines how CSR initiatives are portrayed in terms of frequency, themes, tone and depth. Results indicate that CSR coverage is largely positive, with a focus on education, healthcare and environmental sustainability. The reporting is surface-level, often serving as corporate public relations rather than providing in-depth analysis or critique. The findings suggest that while CSR is well-publicized in Haryana, media coverage tends to lack critical engagement, raising questions about the media's role in promoting corporate accountability and sustainability.

This paper explores the impact of the Act East Policy (AEP) on the societal dynamics of Northeast India, focusing on key infrastructure initiatives and their implications for the region's social fabric. The policy aims to enhance connectivity between Northeast India and Southeast Asia, fostering economic growth and cultural exchanges. While infrastructural projects promise benefits such as improved trade, regional integration, and economic development, they also raise concerns about land acquisition, ethnic tensions, and social inequalities, particularly in tribal areas. The study examines how these developments affect land use, identity politics, and the broader social structure of the region. Ultimately, the paper argues that while the AEP has the potential to transform Northeast India, balancing development with the preservation of local cultures and addressing socio-economic disparities is critical for its success.

Cataract surgery is followed by post-operative eye drops for a duration of 4-6 weeks. The multitude of ocular barriers, coupled with the discomfort experienced by both the patient and their relatives in frequently administering eye drops, significantly undermines patient compliance, ultimately impeding the recovery of the patient. This study aimed to design and develop an ocular drug delivery system as an effort to achieve a drop-free post-operative care after cataract surgery. An implant was prepared containing a biodegradable polymer Poly-lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA), Dexamethasone (DEX) as an anti-inflammatory drug, and Moxifloxacin(MOX) as an antibiotic. Implant characterization and drug loading analysis were conducted. In vitro drug release profile showed that the release of the two drugs are correlated with the clinical prescription for post operative eye drops. In vivo study was conducted on New Zealand albino rabbits where one eye underwent cataract surgery, and the drug delivery implant was inserted into the capsular bag after placement of the synthetic intraocular lens (IOL). Borderline increase in the intraocular pressure (IOP) was noted in the test sample group. Slit-lamp observations revealed no significant anterior chamber reaction in all study groups. Histopathology study of the operated eye revealed no significant pathology in the test samples. This work aims at developing the intra ocular drug delivery implant which will replace the post-operative eye drops and help the patient with the post-operative hassle of eye drops.
