Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor used in the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), peptic or duodenal ulcers, Helicobacter pylori infection, hyperchlorhydria, and in conjunction with other medications that have propensity to cause gastric ulcers. The biological half-life of esomeprazole is 1 to 1.5 hours with an oral bioavailability of 50-60%. It is known that gastroretentive drug delivery system (GRDDS) can increase gastric residence time and thus can improve the bioavailability. In this study, co-processed excipient (Xanthan-Guar gum prepared by solvent evaporation technique) in different ratios is used to reap the combined physico-chemical benefits of the individual excipients. Esomeprazole GRDDS tablets are thus developed to overcome the shortcomings of the drug and provide better therapeutic efficacy. The prepared tablets are evaluated for various quality control parameters such as diameter, thickness, hardness, friability, weight variation test, disintegration test, buoyancy, in vitro drug dissolution behavior, and drug release kinetics. It is observed that the formulation F5 containing 1:3 ratio of Xanthan and Guar Gum co-processed excipient has desirable properties of fastest floating lag time (4.42 + 0.29 min) with a sustained drug release of up to 7 hours. This study proved that co-processed excipients can be used to provide hybrid benefits by providing additive effects on the overall drug performance in the body.

Since the inception of human civilization, man has been working to make his life comfortable and in this process of development he is exploiting natural resources to benefit all segments of society equally as a democratic mandate of the government. India being a democratic country has started its first planned development regime in 1951 and completed 12 five years plan in 2017. Ideally, during these 70 years all segments should develop equally. But the reality is far-behind. Even today there is inequality, deprivations, unequal treatment in spite of being at top positions, there are some segments of society which are facing ill-treatment and also being ignored in the process of development. The paper is an attempt to describe the developmental discourse and review the development processes and role of scheduled in the process of development. The secondary data and some case studies have been used to highlight the role of development in emancipation of scheduled in Himachal Pradesh with special reference to Chamba district. The paper will further attempt to understand the process of legging behind of scheduled inspite of possessing political leadership and having very good economic position and good say in the job hierarchy. On the one hand they are being deprived off socially and on the other politically scheduled are being kept isolated.

The smart city is an integrated environment that heavily relies on intelligent robots, which provides the basis for the warehouse automation. In this article, we develop a novel framework to integrate the interactive exploration with a composite robotic hand for robotic grasping in a complicated environment. The exploration strategy is obtained by a deep reinforcement learning procedure. The developed new composite hand, which integrates the suction cup and grippers, is used to test the merits of the proposed interactive perception method. Experimental results show the proposed method significantly increases the manipulation efficiency and may bring great economic and social and benefits for smart cities. A robotic arm is designed using arduino to pick and place the objects via user commands. It will pick and place an object from source to destination safely. The soft catching gripper used in the arm will not apply any extra pressure on the objects. The robot is controlled using android based smart phones through Bluetooth. Based on the commands given by the user the robot moves accordingly. At the receiver end there are four motors interfaced with the micro controller. Two for the vehicle movement and the remaining two are for arm and gripper movement. Blue control application is used for the controlling of robot.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is one of the best known of the seven novels in the series The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S Lewis which was later adapted into a film titled The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, directed by Andrew Adamson. Edmund Pevensie being one of the major characters has been portrayed from the beginning to be spiteful, traitorous and selfish persona due to his betrayal and joining hands with the evil side, but later on transformed into a hero. This paper intends to focus on the Freudian imbalance present in the characteristic traits of Edmund Pevensie by using the concepts of id, ego and super ego, in the light of psychoanalysis theory by Sigmund Freud, which led him to make error in his judgements and thereby betray his siblings by using descriptive analysis method and a comparative study. It moreover will try to highlight the imbalance present in his character by comparing him with another major character and would try to show if at all his betrayal towards his loved ones was intentional or a result of his Freudian imbalance.

ABSTRACT Digital transformation cannot be achieved without technology. This corporate revolution of the twenty-first century is powered by and made possible by technology. The most difficult problems addressed by policy makers and corporations alike are technological adjustments by corporations and their governance. In order to transform corporate governance, the study aims to reveal the enormous potential of IT in rewriting the standards and norms for it. It advocates for the establishment of higher, more seamless, and improved CG practises inside the Indian corporate structure so that it is simple to switch from manually performed tasks to IT-based tasks and software. Big data analytics, algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning and blockchain technology are a constellation of wide-ranging technologies that provide a new vision, a future perspective. To support and encourage the use of responsible technologies, it is necessary to identify and minimise emerging hazards resulting from the deployment of techniques. In order to promote economic growth and public welfare, corporate governance standards in India must be updated in light of the technological challenges that are being faced globally. Through the quicker communication of information with shareholders and stakeholders and the promotion of greater engagement, digitalization increases the company's options for investment and international business activities. To resolve some of the alleged incompatibilities of digital technologies, it may be necessary to clarify and, in certain cases, change current regulatory and supervisory requirements. The potential of security breaches is a side effect of technology and is still a top concern for businesses.

Location is incredibly important to cultural life. It could be a particular group's social, political, economic, cultural, or geographic situation. It has a significant impact on how certain individuals think. Slavery from 1619 until 1865 left its influence on the history of African Americans. African Americans have endured years of racial discrimination, low self-esteem, and constant cruel treatment that portrays them as inferior to whites. This chapter examines the spiritual, cultural, and historical quests of African Americans for their racial origins, redemption, and sense of self. Usually presented in chronological order, August Wilson's plays address the historical plight of African Americans. August Wilson dramatises the commitment to using African American perspectives to examine significant historical eras. His plays give black men and women the chance to write about and perform their cultural identity and experiences. In the midst of a dominant white culture, the drama expresses concern for the regaining of black cultural values. "Leave your Africanness outside the door," is the American message. "Claim what is yours," is Wilson's advice.

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a chromatographic method used to separate component parts, to identify each component and to measure each component where the standing phase consists of packing of small particles (1.8 - 15 ?m) contained in a column with a small drill (2 - 4.6 mm), one end connected to liquid eluent (cellular category). Quercetin analysis was performed on an Agilent 1100 HPLC (Chemstation software) system equipped with universal injector, 10 ?l injection volume and DAD (Diode-Array Detector) - UV-VlS detector. The HPLC method was designed to quantify the amount of Quercetin extracted from alcoholic onions, with octadecylsilane (250 x 4.6 mm, C18 lnertsil DDS-3V) as a standing phase and the moving phase of Quercetin using 0.05% orthophosphoric acid and methanol ene methanol. Our HPLC volume analysis revealed that the onion sample contained 995 i 1.17 ? / g of quercetin.

Although UPI was launched in August 2016, long before demonetization, it could not touch the number of clients like mobile wallets did at the time of demonetization. Unified Payment Interface is a payment system launched by NPCI, the umbrella organization for all retail payments in the country. It is a fast payment method that facilitates the instant transfer of funds between two bank accounts on a mobile platform without requiring any information about the beneficiary's bank account, except a VPA. The government also launched Aadhar Merchant Pay, targeting the 350 million people who don't have access to phones. At AMP, payment can be made using only a biometric ID which only requires Aadhar and a bank account. According to RBI survey data, in December 2016, RuPay and other wallets accounted for 95 billion transactions and UPI only 7 billion compared to 314 billion for debit cards (excluding RuPay and ATMs) and 270 billion for credit cards. Clearly, UPI's absorption was much lower at the time, but has increased over time.
