Undoped and doped KCl single crystals have been successfully grown by slow evaporation method. The effects of dopant SrBr2 on structural and optical properties were investigated by a number of techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared analysis, UV-visible (UV). X-ray diffraction study was performed on the title compound. The presence of functional groups and modes of vibrations for A4MBS was interpreted using FT-IR spectrum. The optical quality and percentage of transmission was assessed using UV-Vis analysis. The crystalline perfection of grown crystal was evaluated by high resolution X-ray diffractometry

 Abstract

Pune is among the oldest cultured cities in India, with a 600-year heritage. Pune had tremendous rise in development in the early 2000s, especially between 2001 to 2007. Pune is considered as the Oxford of the East, with students from all across the country residing in the city for several years. During this time, the industrial and tourism industries began to expand alongside the academic sector. Pune has seen massive migration from all around the country as a result of growing urbanization. The city has begun to face many urban crises as a result of the outburst of rising population, such as road congestion, traffic jams, lack of public transportation, decreasing road safety, parking issues, and carbon emissions. The cause of this disaster is an increase in the number of automobiles on the road, insufficient public transit, and the continued expansion of suburban. This study investigates the challenges that cities confront in terms of urban transportation, as well as the impact of urban transportation infrastructure on urban sustainability.

 Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is most important in our life period. Everyone requires a healthy lifestyle to avoid unnecessary diseases and problems in our bodies. Most people don't care about their health, even if they know that is bad for our health, consuming a lot of foods, juices, etc. Due to this, their bodies are maintained perfectly, which results in obesity, diabetes, and also heart-related diseases. Healthy foods are grown naturally without any chemicals which contain some diseases. But unhealthy foods are made by humans artificially and also different problems are born with this. In recent years, a human lifetime is reduced up to 60 years, one of the reasons for this problem is unhealthy foods. And most of the people knows which are unhealthy food and healthy foods, even they consuming unwanted foods. We trying to implement new ideologies to avoid those unhealthy foods. Most of the patients are forgetting to take their medicine regularly, our application overcoming this problem by new reminding features. And also our application provides different types of diet plans and physical plans to maintain their health in good condition. Voice and photo recognition play a major role in speech to text and for scanning groceries list in a written paper by OCR with help of machine learning. And providing approximate values of their plans result with the comparison technique. Our application will work even in offline mode, a downloadable resources packs are available to download from our health hub.

 Abstract

Copper slag is a by-product obtained during matte smelting and refining of copper. The common management options for copper slag are recycling, recovering of metal, production of value added products such as abrasive tools, roofing granules, cutting tools, abrasive, tiles, glass, road-base construction, railroad ballast, asphalt pavements. Despite increasing rate of reusing copper slag, the huge amount of its annual production is disposed in dumps or stockpiles to date. One of the greatest potential applications for reusing copper slag is in cement and concrete production. By using the copper slag and GGBS in construction field, the chance of getting pollution due to copper slag AND GGBS will be reduced and it will be the cost effective method for any construction industry.

 Abstract

DC Motors are widely used in many industrial applications, home appliances, robot manipulators, rolling mills and steel mills etc. Because of their high reliability, flexibility, efficiency, low electrical noise and low cost, where speed control of DC Motor is required. For the speed control of DC Motor, different controllers are used. This paper describes the speed control of DC Motor using conventional controllers and fuzzy logic controller based on Matlab Simulation Program. In comparison with the conventional controllers, fuzzy control gives efficient and effective speed response but conventional controllers provide better response with changing the load. This work includes the comparison between the conventional and fuzzy controller. MATLAB/ SIMULINK software has been used to develop the model and to investigate more about DC Motor.

As the cloud computing is dispersion throughout the planet, so accordingly cloud transmission is flourishing more and more in the organizations. Cloud computing generally focuses on two most important factors. The first one is communicating in between two or more clouds and the second one is security. With the emergence of cloud computing, the word hybrid cloud is becoming more and more common. Hybrid cloud mainly deals with functioning of data centers and basically handles different operations on huge amount of data. A number of organizations have used a mix of cloud frameworks. In this paper, we mainly focus on hybrid cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS).  Abstract

Abstract: Performance appraisals are one of the most important human resource management practices in companies. Performance appraisal justice was positively associated to performance appraisal satisfaction, which, in turn, was positively associated with job performance, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Earlier studies have shown that performance related pay is associated with higher levels of overall job satisfaction. Thus, performance appraisal system integrated with better human resource practices will enhance performance appraisal satisfaction and also increase employee job satisfaction. The main objective of this research paper is to find out the relationship between performance appraisal and job satisfaction among the employees in Coca-Cola beverage industry, the study is Visakhapatnam as study area and 212 data samples were considered. In processing of data SPSS software has been adopted, and statistics like percentage analysis, rank analysis and correlation analysis were considered. The results of this study reveals that where the performance appraisal is more in with individuals in the organization lead to better working conditions, pay and promotion potential, work relationships, use of skills and abilities, work activities and management policies.
