The present study was an attempt to investigate learning strategies of prospective teachers in relation to achievement motivation. The data was collected randomly from the sample of 200 prospective teachers, 100 males, 100 females of arts and science streams from B.Ed. colleges of Amritsar district using tool MSLQ (Pintrich, 1991) and Achievement Motivation Scale (Deo and Mohan, 1985). The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between learning strategies and achievement motivation of prospective teachers. It was further found that gender differences do not affect learning strategies and academic achievement of prospective teachers. No significant differences were found in learning strategies and academic achievement of prospective teachers with respect to academic streams (arts and science).

Instructional practices are the means by which students achieve learning outcomes. When designing a course or lesson begin by determining the learning outcomes. The main purpose of this paper is to study on differentiated instruction practices of arts and science secondary school teachers. The Sample consisted of a total of 100 Secondary school teachers randomly chosen from the Schools of Bellary Taluka. Out of the 100 Teachers, were selected. A rating scale titled "Differentiated Instructional Scale' constructed and validated by the investigator was used in the study. The result revealed that there is no significant difference in the Differentiated Instructional Practices of Arts and Science Secondary School teachers of Ballary Taluka and there is no significant difference in the Differentiated Instructional Practices of teachers of Bellary Taluka based on experience.

Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition marked by qualitative impairments in social interaction and communication and a confined repetitive and stereotyped behavior pattern. There is a varying degree of impairments, with a wide range of symptoms including difficulty in communication and social skills, repetitive behaviors, and deficits in sensory perception; hence, it is identified as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The outcome of this results in anxiety and eventually meltdown and tantrums in Children with ASD. Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) Therapy is frequently used as an intervention for Autism. Weighted vests, compression vests, pneumatic pressure garments, and wrap-weighted blankets are often used by occupational therapists worldwide for children with Autism to create deep touch pressure. Furthermore, several studies have demonstrated DTP's effectiveness.

The study of complex numbers, their derivatives, manipulation, and other properties is known as complex analysis. Complex analysis is a very powerful tool that has a surprising number of practical applications in solving physical problems. Complex analysis is a branch of mathematics that studies functions of complex numbers. It is also known as the theory of functions of a complex variable. Many branches of mathematics, such as algebraic geometry, number theory, analytic combinatorics, and applied mathematics, as well as physics, such as hydrodynamics, thermodynamics, and especially quantum mechanics, benefit from it. Complex analysis has applications in engineering fields such as nuclear, aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering by extension.

Musicology is the important study which every musician should take up in order to possess a complete hold on music. History of music becomes an interesting and important study. The concepts like swaras, ragas, taalas are continuously evolving with the time and so does the classical music. We can easily make out the changes in the style of rendering the classical ragas observing the contemporary musicians and comparing them with the stalwarts of yesteryears. This change in the practical aspects of music rendering has been happening since a long time. The theoretical aspects has changed, the learning methods has changed, lot of additions and deletions has been done with respect to concepts. The systematized structure has been formatted by the contemporary musicologists with the intention of making the knowledge more tangible which seems complex in its original form. The study of Ragas makes one understand the process of changes adopted to create a systematic classifications and divisions of Ragas according to their types, prahar (the time of playing or singing) , the number of swaras it contains, its structure of Aarohana and avarohana etc.

The banks sanction loans to borrowers and earn interest income on it. In the recent past, co-operative banks have witnessed failures due to their high NPAs and poor recovery performance. The level of NPAs and recovery performance provide an indication about the financial health and soundness. The present paper provides an exploratory insight into the NPA position and recovery performance in the HP State Co-operative bank during the period 2006 to 2017. It has been found that NPAs impact the interest margin and capital adequacy of banks. The non-performing assets pose a grave challenge for bank managements.

: Rice Husk ash [RHA] Is extracted from Rice Husks, which is usually coming from agricultural waste. And Granite powder [GP] is obtained from granite crushing factories. This paper take in the results from the experimental work attempted to evaluate the appropriateness of rice husk ash to be utilised as the partial replacement for cement in both normal grade of M20 and Design concrete mix of M25 at 28days including and excluding of rice husk ash. Granite powder is then replaced in the mixes with varying percentages ranging from 0% to 50%. The compressive strength, split tensile strength are monitored for 28 days and the tests are conducted. Depends on the results, the mixes containing 25 % RHA of concrete in terms of compressive strength and mixes containing 25 % RHA replacement and 40 % granite powder replacement is preferred in terms of Tensile strength. These findings assets the granite powder along with Rice husk ash can be replaced together partially in place of sand and cement.

For centuries, women were subjected to inhuman atrocities, they were subjected to physical, mental, economic and social exploitation. The flame of democracy and industrialization gave the basis of their life, increased the cooperation of women in social, political, economic and many other fields. Today in the 21st century, all the society talks about the equality of women, also motivates them to come forward in political, economic and other fields. But when it comes to the social sector, it comes to the field of religion, sex When it comes to the area, women are seen from the point of view of second caste or low, for which many evidences are available in every field. Abstract Background: Peritonitis is frequent indication for urgent or emergent hospital admission with high risk of adverse outcome and second leading cause of sepsis in patients. Despite the increasing the availability and use of diagnostic tests, antimicrobial therapy and intensive care unit support, the rapid diagnosis and early management of peritonitis remains a challenge for physicians in emergency, surgery, and critical care Methods: This study was undertaken to evaluate the characteristic of peritonitis patient in R. Soetijono General Hospital Blora, Indonesia. The method was descriptive retrospective studies using the medical record of Dr. R. Soetijono General Hospital Blora from July 2020 until July 2021. Results: There were 84 cases of peritonitis between July 2020 and July 2021. The peritonitis patient mostly male more than 60 years old. Secondary peritonitis is the most cause of peritonitis with predominantly appendicitis perforation as predisposing condition. 75 % patients undergo laparotomy exploration and length of stay patient mostly 4-7 days. The occurrence of sepsis is 22.62 % with mortality rate 20.24%. Conclusion: Secondary peritonitis is still dominant cause of peritonitis with mostly cause by appendicitis perforation. Despite the adequate source control and supportive treatment, risk of sepsis is high and leading to increase in mortality rate.
