Tulsi ( Ocimum basilicum L.) And it Family ( Lamiaceae) is the most Important medicinal plants mentioned in Ayurvedic creative writing for its medicinal and religious properties. It is widely used as medicine to cure various ailments. The objective. of the study was to analyse different phytochemical components of tulsi leaf. The dried powder of Tulsi (50g) was placed in the thimble of Soxhlet apparatus and the experiment was done separately for methanol, ethanol and distilled water. The percentage yield was 8%w/w,7%w/w, and 5%w/w respectively. The study reveals that various secondary metabolites such as carbohydrate, tannin, flavonoids, saponins, glycoside, terpenoid, fatty acids and phenol are present in tulsi leaf extract. tulsi is mentioned under Helminthiasis because it is an anti-microbial agent. This drug is a famous for house hold medication for many diseases such as injury, hepatic disease, viral infection, earache, back pain, hiccup, inflammation of the conjunctiva in newborns, respiratory disorder, stomach diseases, urinary disorders, seborrhea disease, a variety of toxicity and mental stress. Hence it is more beneficial to use tulsi asan herbal medicine as compare to chemically synthesized drug.

Lower Respiratory Tract Infections (LRTI) are infections that affect the airways (below the level of the larynx), including the trachea and the alveolar sacs. LRTI are characterized in many different ways. Acute infections that affect the airways include acute bronchitis, bronchiolitis and influenza, whereas acute infections that affect the alveolar sacs can include pneumonia. Infections are caused by tiny organisms known as bacteria or viruses, which are usually the most common cause. They are carried in tiny droplets and passed between people by coughing, sneezing and at times by indirect contact with surfaces. People who are infected usually produce antibodies to fight the virus. If re- infected, the antibodies help to fight the infection with the same strain. Viruses can change forms and manifest in different strains, causing the body to produce new antibodies. Less frequently, these bacteria can go on to cause a LRTI.

A flowering plant known as Hibiscus - Sinensis, widely known as the "Queen of the Tropics," may have therapeutic benefits. The sour decoction is created all over the world with the herbal mixture made from this extract. The dried hibiscus decoction is good for the heart and digestive health, and different sections of the hibiscus flower have been used for things like wound healing, inflammation, bacterial infections, and cardioprotective properties. There may be some truth to their claims, according to the study, but there may also be possible hazards. More study is necessary. Hibiscus decoction drinkers saw their levels of "good cholesterol" (high-density lipoproteins) and "bad cholesterol" (low-density lipoproteins) rise and fall, respectively. The preparation of a red shoe flower (Hibiscus -Sinensis) decoction and the investigation of its effects on the management of high cholesterol are the goals of this study. This study's primary goals are to identify hypercholesterolemia patients in the Thiruvarur District and assess the efficacy of red shoe flowers in lowering total cholesterol. Pre-test and post-test alone designs were used in a quantitative research strategy with hypercholesterolemia patients and clients between the ages of 31 and 50. Data were evaluated using statistical techniques for inference (independent, paired test, and chi-square test) as well as descriptive statistical analysis (frequency, percentage, distribution, mean, and standard deviation). Decreasing body fat, lowering blood pressure, strengthening the liver, and boosting the immune system are just a few advantages of this hibiscus decoction.

WHAT IS KNOWN ON THE SUBJECT?: It is generally felt that it is helpful for mental health nurses to control their emotions during their work. There are different approaches, but there is growing acceptance that different emotions may need different coping strategies. There is lots of evidence that nurses sometimes feel anger in a number of situations, but the research about anger in mental health nurses has never been examined as a whole. WHAT THIS PAPER ADDS TO EXISTING KNOWLEDGE?: We have systematically identified all previous research where nurses completed measures that tried to measure their anger in certain situations, compared it to other people or investigated how it affected them or what its relationship was with their practice. Only a few studies have measured nurses' anger. However, it seems that while nurses are not generally angrier than any other group, they do often feel anger in relation to management of patient aggression and their job situation more generally. WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE?: Anger is the most commonly reported problematic emotion for mental health nurses. It may influence their practice and affect their well-being. This has implications for staff support and training.

Typhoid fever is still a deadly disease in developing countries, mainly in India. Although, the paediatric population is mostly affected by this disease, yet the disease is an significant cause of morbidity and mortality in adult populations also. In India, most of the cases of typhoid fever are diagnosed clinically, or at the most by the Widal test which is not fool proof. The disease typhoid fever is an orally transmitted transferrable disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi. Following the growth period of 7 to 14 days, there is onset of fever and malaise. The fever is then attended by chills, headache, malaise, anorexia, nausea, vague abdominal discomfort, dry cough and myalgia. This review describes various diagnostic tests such as widal test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Igm dipstick test, DNA detection, etc. And various treatments for typhoid fever are involved in this review like as antibiotics, vaccination, oral rehydration therapy, surgery, resistance, home care, treatment of carriers, antimicrobial therapy, supportive treatment,& medications pregnant women takes in typhoid.

As we know that right to food nutrition and care is our need for humanity. Governments are banned by the right to food from taking any measures that contribute to rising rates of appetite, nutrition uncertainly, and starvation. Moreover, its earnings that rules must defend citizens from strongmen whose actions might infringe on their right to food. Additionally, conditions must invest as much as possible in the extermination of hunger. In agreement with manufactured article 2(2) of the ICESCR, governments undertake to protect everyone's accurate to regime, regardless of race, gender, age, national or social origin, property, place of birth, or any other status. One of the fundamental tenets of international law is the prohibition of discrimination. It is crucial not only at the prescriptive level but also at the conceptual level, to the complete realisation with accurate nourishment. This is not just at the level of prescription, then besides at the equal of application. As per a result, nutrition care is concerned with the responsibility to feed ill patients by natural or artificial means in order to prevent disease-related malnutrition, enhance outcomes, and contribute to health. A possible human right to nutritional care must be carefully weighed in light of other rights. The right to food and the right to health are two well known rights that we believe can be used to outline this obligation. Self care via healthy eating entails nourishing your body by giving it the essentials it needs to maintain daily physical and emotional well-being. For instance, as soon as e don't eat, our body lacks glucose, which causes exhaustion, pains, poor liveliness , besides an incapability to concentrate. You might feel irritable , depressed, worried or stressed when our cells be located getting the fuel they require. On the other hand, when we consume balanced nutrition food, our bodies release happy hormones, which is a sign that we are taking good care of our bodies and minds by providing them with the fuel they require so that good nutrition is essential need for our life.

Abstract: Cytogenetic analysis has been carried out on a Snake-head Channa micropeltes, which seems to have reached the status of a highly vulnerable species as indicated by its only occasional presence in catches. During the present study, the karyotype of this species has been analyzed for C-banding and NOR banding. Both male and female karyotypes of this form are similar being composed of 44 chromosomes which can be stored out into 1 pair metacentric and 21 pairs of acrocentric nature. Only the third pair which is acrocentric in nature has been found to carry the NORs at the terminal position. C- heterochromatin has been observed restricted only to the centromeres.

Although there is a lot of potential for technology to improve policing, there is a lack of study on police technology, which raises questions about the implications of technology. This study has made an effort to assess both the success of technology in policing and the contextual elements that affect its application and effectiveness. The researcher has investigated the usage of certain technologies in policing in the state of Rajasthan based on reviews. The study's conclusions indicate that the rajasthan police use technology effectively and strategically in their abhay command centres, indicating that this has had a significant impact on policing. The abhay command center's success was largely due to its effective use of technology. This study attempts to offer suggestions for organisational efforts and training that could help police improve their access to and utilisation of technology.

Froth Cements (FCs) have a framework that is more focused on lightweight cement. The pemeableness of froth and lightweight clients diminishes with thickness of substance develops. On adding, the permeableness of the lightweight concrete is significantly influences by prominent points of total hole, and that of FC it is entirely affected by the formation of the holes in the frame. The expansion of ground calcium carbonate(GCC) and glass fiber (GF) in Foam Concrete was inspect in this review. Effect of change, particular, (GCC), (GF), cement, and Water on Flexible and compressive properties and warm conductivity properties have been thought of as further. The test results were simplified with the proposed half and half model. Additional results were validated by a research center study. GCC integration enhances compressive strength and warm performance due to the filling effect. In addition, GF considerations in large combinations add to the flexibility of cement.

Infective endocarditis (IE) has been diagnosed as a biofilm-associated disorder brought about and harm the coronary heart valves and endocardium. There are many problems and demanding situations with inside the antimicrobial remedy of IE, along with multi-drug resistant pathogens, big dose of drug management with following aspect effects, and terrible prognosis. For the beyond few years, the improvement of nanotechnology has promoted using nanoparticles as antimicrobial nano-prescription drugs or novel drug shipping systems (NDDS) in antimicrobial remedy for continual infections and biofilm-associated infectious disorder as those molecules show off numerous advantages. Therefore, nanoparticles have a capacity function to play in fixing issues with inside the remedy of IE, along with enhancing antimicrobial activity, growing drug bioavailability, minimizing frequency of drug management, and stopping aspect effects. In this article, we overview the today's advances in nanoparticles in opposition to drug-resistant micro organism in biofilm and recommends nanoparticles as an opportunity method to the antibiotic remedy of infective endocarditis.

In the latest trends, gesture recognition has been used to advance machines because of its cooperative ability. Gestures are a type of nonverbal communication that allows humans and computers to communicate with one another. Hand gesture recognition is widely used in artificial intelligence to enhance features and user interaction. Here we have used certain libraries of Python (OpenCV, cvzone2) that help in capturing, image pre-processing, and detection, along with mapped action pairs to perform specific tasks.

This theory scientifically shows that the universe is our creator and it has a mind and consciousness. It created us with its body, mind and consciousness. This theory explained with logic that there is a progressively developing supremely conscious mind within this universe. No external sentient being or God created this universe, it is God itself (if it is called God). God is only the creator of various creatures and plants. The presence of a highly intelligent mind behind all these creations will be proved later in the detailed discussion. Besides, this cosmic entity or God is not the controller of all worldly events, but everything is happening in a predetermined order by the automatic worldly system called 'Destiny'. Even God in the form of Universe is subject to Destiny. This system called Destiny originated at the moment of birth of this universe through the Big Bang. Just as there is a programming language language behind all the information in the computer, such as text, image, audio video etcetera, and all programming language is based on the notation of special combinations of binary codes, Similarly, behind everything in this universe there is a programming language language, and at its core is the notation of original particles. There are also binary systems. Just as music is a melodic design of different combinations of tones of different frequencies, so also in cosmic music there is a play of different frequencies and combinations of tones of original particles. At the root of everything there is a sound or tone produced from original particles of different frequencies. Different combinations of tones of different frequencies create different energies, forces, matter, antimatter and many things. This theory can be called 'The Theory of Everything'. Almost all my theories have gradually manifested themselves in the way of logic and science. From the point of view of logic and science the background of the creation of the universe and all the mysteries from the beginning to the end of the creation of the universe are revealed here one by one. Why, for what purpose and under what circumstances this creation began, how it began, and how this creation proceeds towards its goal, and what is its end, step by step the mystery of each chapter is revealed in this great cosmology. The main point of cosmology or creation theory is that the original being played with itself. It is nothing but a leisure game for it to make and break and decorate itself in various forms. I am discussing this in detail later.

Major measures to improve and eliminate waste are created annually in non-modern countries such as India. Removal of this waste is a significant issue as it requires a great deal of room to eliminate and reuse tiny waste. This study is part of a broader process in which preliminary experiment were performed to assess the effect of the demolition of demolished solid material because of the help of split tensile and compressive strength of the substantial that was used in the study at 7, 14 and 28 days. The force of the pressure thus, the saw was separated from the toughness of ordinary concrete. Experimental sequel have shown that compressive strength as well as tensile strength reused concrete up to 40% coarse absolute substitution (C. A. S.) in the debris destroyed towards the end of 28 days is considered inseparable from customary M25 concrete. It will complement as two benefits of waste disposal and will reduce the amount of natural aggregates for new development work. In this experiment the result outcome which is more efficient came out to be 35% but on practical use in which maximum utility of demolished aggregate can be consider is 40%.Government plans and regulations need to be developed to advance and streamline the required board in various development activities. In the current review, we will replace the broken concrete with old concrete to replace the smaller parts.
