The study analyzed the child-friendly local governance in the Municipality of Victoria, Tarlac along with: Survival, Development, Protection, Participation, and Governance using quantitative descriptive research design. Based on the data gathered and analyzed by the researcher the following findings were drawn from the study. First, the percentage of Fully Immunized Children (FIC) declined in 2022 indicating potential flaws in the LGU's vaccination campaigns among children aged 12 months. On the other hand, the rate of malnutrition did not change from 2021 to 2022 indicating that more effort has to be done by the local government officials to address children's food insecurity in order to improve their nutritional status. Second, From the two thousand sixty-two (2,062) population of children aged three (3) to four (4) years in the municipality, only 14.21% percent of them were enrolled in ECCD. Also, the municipality of Victoria managed twenty-eight (28) cases of Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP), attained a score of 7.00 in case management report preparation with a corresponding ratio of 100 percent (100%) from 2021 to 2022, and established one (1) referral network. Fourth, the child representatives in the municipality were selected by virtue of Executive Order No. 5 Series of 2022 and through the Children's General Assembly. Lastly, for 2021 to 2022, the children's database received a score of 5.00, the Annual Local State of Children Report received a consistent rating of 2.00, and the budget allocation obtained a remark of three million six hundred twenty-six pesos (-3,626,000). In line with this, recommendations such as: appeal to the national government to prioritize uninterrupted delivery of immunization schedules and basic health nutrition care services in line with the Department of Health (DOH) Memorandum No. 2020-0150; Strictly enforcing the Milk Code which forbids the unethical promotion of milk formula; sufficient funding be allotted for Barangay Health Stations and Rural Health Units; Investments in education to deliver services reaching the children who need it most may be recognized by the government; and expand the opportunities available for OSCY programs where there is insufficiency, alternative education strategies including the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) should be explored were drawn.

Ayurveda adopts a dynamic and innovative approach to health, emphasizing individualized care both in managing health and treating diseases. It is a comprehensive health science that not only covers knowledge about the body and diseases but also promotes healthy living, or "Swastha". A key contribution of Ayurveda is the concept of Maana-Pramana, which includes various measurement techniques such as Anjali Pramana and Anguli Pramana. The Swa-Anguli (one's own finger's breadth) serves as a unit of measurement for body parts and structures. The significance of Pramana is evident in Ayurveda's core principles, as the Mana/Pramana of Hitayu, Ahitayu, Sukhayu, and Dukhayu forms the foundation of Ayurvedic practice. Pramana Shareera can be seen as a scientific tool for research, valuable not only in diagnosing diseases (Roga) and evaluating patients (Rogi) but also in supporting the scientific validity of Ayurveda. In modern science, Pramana Shareera corresponds to Anthropometry, which focuses on physical measurements such as height and age. Anthropometry also examines the human body's components, including bones, adipose tissue, and muscles, and assesses their correlation with systemic and lifestyle disorders.

Research related to digital literacy has grown exponentially in recent years. Its importance is that some scholars suggest that digital skills are a prevention tools against risks of digital technologies. Individuals of the 21st century have been encountering digital devices in every aspect of life. "Digital technologies have become unavoidable elements of political life of everyday consumption of social relations and indeed of community and public pedagogy and learning. Simply childhood, 'Development' and learning have changed in unprecedented ways that researchers and teachers are struggling to come to grips with" (Luke, 2012, 9). The concept of digital literacy as it is now was introduced by Paul Gilster (1997). In fact, Gilster was not the first person to use "digital literacy". He refers to digital literacy as the ability to retrieve and use information from various digital sources without being concerned about different competence lists mostly criticized for being restrictive (Koltay, 2011, 216). We could define digital literacy as the awareness, attitude and ability of individuals to appropriately use digital tools and facilities to identify, access, manage, integrate, evaluate, analyze and synthesize digital resources, construct new knowledge, create media expressions and communicate with others in the context of specific life situations in order to enable constructive social action and to reflect upon this process. We could say that digital literacy is composed of other illiteracies. For example, the ability to identify and analyze information in a digital environment would be related to information literacy.

In recent times, as technology progresses, Centralized cloud storage represents a transformative approach to enhancing file storage and resource sharing with notable efficiency. However, despite its convenience, it faces certain challenges, including high cost margins, file security concerns, limited network bandwidth availability, and the risks associated with single-party control. To address these limitations and improve storage efficiency, the adoption of decentralised file storage is proposed, incorporating appropriate incentives for both data owners and disk space providers.

Credit card fraud remains a persistent challenge in the financial industry, impacting both consumers and institutions through financial losses and reputational damage. With evolving fraud techniques, there is an urgent need for robust, data-driven detection solutions. This paper explores predictive modeling for credit card fraud detection using various machine learning algorithms including logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and neural networks. By analyzing historical transaction data, these models identify patterns and anomalies associated with fraudulent behavior. The study evaluates model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and ROC curve analysis to assess real-time fraud detection capabilities. Our findings demonstrate that predictive modeling significantly improves fraud detection accuracy while minimizing false positives. This approach not only enhances transaction security but also provides a proactive method for reducing financial losses and building trust in digital transactions. The paper also addresses current limitations, including data imbalance challenges and evolving fraud tactics, while suggesting future improvements for fraud detection systems.

Abstract This study investigates how art therapy can be used to treat mental health issues like stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Through artistic disciplines such as painting, music, dance, and theater, art therapy provides a nonverbal means of expressing feelings, fostering self-awareness, and promoting recovery. The goal of the project is to develop an art therapy center that combines therapeutic requirements with architectural principles to create an environment that encourages creativity and emotional health. The research attempts to provide a thorough foundation for art therapy centers by studying case studies, existing literature, and user-centered designs. The findings highlight the need of combining therapeutic surroundings with both spatial aesthetics and utility.
