This research paper focuses on the Genesis of Khaddar movement in Tamil Nadu during the post Non-cooperation phase of Indian freedom struggle. Gandhiji formulated Spinning as a new arena of political action for the village reconstruction. Tamil Nadu passed through a patient ordeal and greatest trial to prove the claim for freedom. The study intends to evaluate the nature of the Khaddar movement and Organization engaged in the spirit of Khaddar propagation in Tamil Nadu. In the saga of the freedom movement these intermittent years were challenged to be the most critical and vital period for the Congress as it had to reserve the energy of the workers, marked by no excitement or demonstration. The purpose of the research is to describe the substantial progress of the constructive Khaddar programme propagated for the iconic ideology turned movement in Tamil Nadu. This study is examined on qualitative analysis and is basically descriptive in nature. The study emphasis the findings of indefatigable work carried out by the Tamil Nadu Khaddar Board and other Independent Organizations in Tamil Nadu. The Tamil Nadu Khaddar Board had made triumphant progress during the phase between the Non-cooperation and Civil Disobedience movement retaining the unconquerable spirit of the freedom fighters in the wheel of the Congress.

Poor people do not have access to the financial market nor do they have enough collateral due to which they also depend on money lenders. By which they are exploited. Self Help Group was started for freedom from exploitation. SBLP was started by NABARD in 1992 in collaboration with NABARD based on the model NGO Bank Government Department and Works for the prosperity of rural women in collaboration with the Government Department and NABARD. Where SBLP has increased rural development and women empowerment, this growth is incomparable. But where these groups focus on their economic development, they do not repay the bank loans on time and the next loan is given by the banks before recovery, which leads to increase in the NPA level and lower recovery rate.

Therapeutic drug observation (TDM) is that the clinical follow of measure specific medicine at selected intervals to take care of a continuing concentration in an exceedingly patient's blood, thereby optimizing individual indefinite quantity regimens. it's spare to use TDM for the bulk of medicines, and it's used principally for observation medicine with slim therapeutic ranges, medicine with marked pharmacokinetic variability, medications that target concentrations square measure tough to observe, and medicines familiar to cause therapeutic and adverse effects. the method of TDM relies on the idea that there's a determinable relationship between dose and plasma or blood drug concentration, and between concentration and therapeutic effects. TDM begins once the drug is initial prescribed, associate degreed involves determinant an initial dose programme acceptable for the clinical condition and such patient characteristics as age, weight, organ operate, and concomitant drug medical care. once decoding concentration measurements, factors that require to be thought of embody the sampling time in respect to drug dose, indefinite quantity history, patient response, and therefore the desired medicative targets. The goal of TDM is to use acceptable concentrations of difficult-to-manage medications to optimize clinical outcomes in patients in numerous clinical things.

Dentists use the panoramic dental X-ray images as a crucial diagnostic tool to identify symptoms early on and create effective treatment strategies. Deep learning techniques have been used in recent years to segment teeth in dental X-rays, helping dentists make clinical choices. The region-of-interest (ROI), which should be the maxillofacial region, must be extracted from the original images because they are filled with a lot of unnecessary information. However, due to the poor image quality, a quick and precise maxillofacial segmentation without hand-crafted features is difficult. In order to address this issue, we generate a sizable maxillofacial dataset and suggest an effective encoder-decoder network model called EED-Net. This dataset includes 2602 panoramic image

The principal pharmacodynamic effect of peppermint oil relevant to the gastrointestinal tract is a dose-related antispasmodic effect on the smooth musculature due to the interference of menthol with the movement of calcium across the cell membrane. The choleretic and antifoaming effects of peppermint oil may play an additional role in medicinal use, In the present study, the protective effect of peppermint (Mentha piperita) and parsley (Petroselinum crispum) leaves oils against hepatotoxicity is induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in experimental rats. GC/MS results indicated that the main components in peppermint oil were menthol (35.9%) and menthone (25.6%), while in parsley oil were a-Pinene (26.6%) and Myristicin (20.3%). Hepatotoxicity by CCl4 resulted in significant elevation of serum triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL-C) and decreasing in serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C). Moreover, kidney function tests for serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid were found to be increased. each peppermint oil sample were quantified. The antioxidant potential for each of the tested six oil samples was performed using the DPPH radical scavenging assay using ascorbic acid as a reference standard. Also, their EC50% values were calculated. And Peppermint leaf oil was isolated by a supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) using COz in which the extraction was followed by a two-stage fractional separation

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder that usually arises after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It is considered a major cause of maternal and fetal mortality worldwide. High blood pressure and high proteinuria are the two main characteristics of preeclamptic patients. Preeclampsia leads to either severe or mild conditions, but in both cases, it affects the organs of the mother and fetus. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of preeclampsia and associated risk factors (family history, age, hypertension, and diabetes) and to investigate its fetal and maternal outcomes. METHODOLOGY This prospective study was conducted at three healthcare units in the Multan district and involved patients with gestational hypertension. Patients were diagnosed on the basis of blood pressure values, urine tests, and through Doppler ultrasound. Further investigations were conducted, including a complete hemogram and a 24-hour test for proteinuria. Results for preeclampsia-related maternal and perinatal outcomes were documented and statistical analysis was performed to analyze the data. RESULTS A total of 142 patients were diagnosed with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia during the two-year study period. Our findings showed 8.67% cases of gestational hypertension and 3% of preeclampsia. The majority of the preeclamptic patients were less than 24 years of age (33.3%), belonged to lower socioeconomic classes (44.4%), and had low educational levels (81.1%). A close association of family history (36.67%) with diabetes (15.5%) and chronic hypertension (5.55%) was observed in these patients. Maternal and fetal outcomes were related to maternal blood pressure. A significant incidence of premature births (45.6%) and a majority of cesarean cases (63.4%) with severe complications were observed. Data from preeclamptic patients showed high albuminuria levels (42.2%) with problems like renal infection, pulmonary edema, and severe anaemia. During the study period, a neonatal death rate of 11.1% was observed as well as issues like respiratory tract syndrome, asphyxia, and growth retardation. CONCLUSION This study showed that poor economic and educational levels are significantly associated with this disease. A high rate of maternal and neonatal morbidity with neonatal mortality was investigated. Mild to severe outcomes were observed in the form of caesarean deliveries and preterm births. Serious complications lead to ICU admissions causing a serious burden on healthcare units. Paying more attention to the healthcare needs of pregnant women helps to identify preeclampsia earlier and also minimizes the complications associated with it. Pressure ulcers are skin or soft tissue lesions that develop as a result of persistent pressure being applied to particular body parts. They need to be treated right once since any consequences from these injuries might be lethal. The main goal of therapy is to lessen the force being applied to the lesion. Depending on the severity/stage of the pressure ulcer, several treatments are available. In order to provide patients with the best care and results, this exercise covers the aetiology, pathophysiology, and histology of pressure ulcers in addition to highlighting evaluation and treatment options based on an interdisciplinary approach. Although there are more medicines on the market, none have clearly outperformed the others, making pressure ulcer therapy difficult and time-consuming. To create solutions that are more successful at treating and preventing pressure ulcers, further research is required.
