Completeness of medical records is very useful for knowing in detail the patient's history, examination actions that have been carried out, and planning further actions. To achieve this, the medical record department is obliged to carry out quality monitoring by conducting quantitative, qualitative, and statistical analyses. Knowing the complete and incomplete of a medical record file needs to be analyzed quantitatively Medical records must be completed immediately after the patient receives service. Completeness of filling in inpatient medical records must be achieved within 24 hours. This is done on an ongoing basis so that the quality of the files is maintained and the quality of the hospital can be improved. Reksodiwiryo Padang City to know the incompleteness of inpatient medical record files, especially in surgical cases by looking at the four components. This research will be carried out in September-October 2021 by looking at the medical record file and looking for incompleteness in the former. This research method is descriptive qualitative, while the method used is the observation method, looking at objects directly with a retrospective approach, looking at existing data. The population of this study was all medical record files of inpatients at TK III Dr. Reksodiwiryo in surgical cases in the first quarter of 2020. The result is the highest percentage of the identification component is the birthdate item at 94.29%, and the highest percentage of incompleteness is found in the gender item, which is 77.14%. The highest percentage of the completeness of the important report components was obtained on the patient progress record form of 98.6%, only one form did not have a patient progress record. In today's world, networks are significant, and cyber security has emerged as an essential study field. An intrusion detection system (IDS), a significant cyber security method, keeps track of the condition of the network's software and hardware. Existing IDSs still confront hurdles in increasing detection accuracy, lowering false alarm rates, and identifying novel assaults, despite decades of research. Many academics have concentrated on building IDSs that employ machine learning approaches to overcome the difficulties mentioned above. In this paper we are evaluating the performance of various classical algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest and Naive Bayes to detect attacks on network using IDS datasets such KDD, NSL but this classical algorithms unable to predict dynamic (if attacker introduce new attacks with changes in attack parameter) attacks and need to be trained in advance to detect such attacks to overcome from this problem we are evaluating performance of Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm with dynamic attack signatures and detection accuracy of DNN shown to be better compare to all classical algorithms. Deep learning is a field of artificial intelligence that has an impressive results and is now a hotspot for study. This survey presents an IDS taxonomy that classifies and summarizes machine learning- and deep learning-based IDS literature using data objects as the primary dimension.

Inspit of having a great treasure of useful drugs, Unani medicines are not so popular in medical world due to many reasons includind lake of scientific evaluation and drug standardization. In that connection we put a Unani formulation in the form of cream for clinical trial for the common compliant of vaginal dryness during menopause. It is the most common problem females are facing today. Cream contains Aliwa, Roghn-e-Zaitoon, Roghan-e-Karanj and Post-e-Amaltas. The cream was applied locally in the vagina daily at bed time for seven nights. The patients were kept under observation and improvement was recorded in each alternate days follow up. The result was very encouraging as near about all patients were found satisfactory relief without any complication.

An infectious region of a brain tumour must be identified, segmented, and detected, a time-consuming and arduous process. An MRI, an image processing concept, can show the various parts of the patient's psyche. Detecting abnormalities in the human brain with simple imaging methods is extremely difficult. Many imaging modalities are used in an MRI procedure to scan and preserve the inner brain structures, including a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical images can be improved for an accurate diagnosis employing a balance contrast enhancement technique that is the focus of this article (BCET). This is followed by picture segmentation. Fine edges are finally detected by employing the Canny edge detection method. The experimental results showed that the proposed technique was about 98 percent accurate in recognizing the tumour and natural regions of the brain in MRI images.

Extended release dosage forms cover a wide range of prolonged action preparations that provide continuous release of their active ingredients for a specific period of time. Labetalol used for the treatment of hypertension. The extended release matrix tablets of Labetalol HCl utilize release retarding ability of Eudragit RSPO and Lubritab in different ratios polymers to extend the release of drug over 12 hrs period thereby improve its bioavailability. The tablets were prepared by using wet granulation method.. Extended release matrix tablet of Labetalol HCl were formulated by using different ratios (1:0.5, 1:0.3, 1:0.2, 1:0.1) of polymers. The formulated granules blends were evaluated for angle of repose, tapped density, bulk density and compressibility index. The formulated tablets were subjected to thickness, weight variation test, hardness test, friability test and assay and all parameters are within the limits. In-vitro dissolution studies were carried out by using USP dissolution apparatus Type 2 (paddle type), first 2 hrs in water as a media at 50 rpm for a total period of 12 hrs. Based on the dissolution data comparision with innovator product, among 8 formulations the F7 formulation was found to be optimized formulation. The drug release of formulation F7 followed first order and higuchi kinetics and the mechanism was found to be Fickian diffusion.

Self Help Group (SHG) is an informal group of individuals who came together to improve their economic condition. SHG is constituted with a small group of 10-20 members who works together for uplifting their standard of living. This program runs in most of all parts of India providing financial strength for the betterment of poor people and entrepreneurs. Many such programs are already going through SHG, NGOs, Banking sector, Micro Finance Institutions, etc., in Poorvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh, as well. People who have some skill, wants to become an entrepreneur or wants to do some other work independently, but having lack of financial strength, are helped by giving micro-credit by SHGs and many such institutions. This paper is focused on present working condition of SHGs in Poorvanchal region, with an objective to find out the problems inherent in such schemes. Trying to know whether it is beneficial for the development of individual as well as for the whole area in present form or not. It also focusses on the problems or challenges faced by entrepreneurs and include some suggestion for the improvement in SHG schemes.

The optical surfaces of amateur astronomical telescopes tend to get cooler than the ambient temperature and thus have dew condensation on them which ruins the observation session and if not taken care of can also damage the optics. The problem of dew condensation is quite serious with refracting and catadioptric telescopes which have their front optics at the top end of the tube. The problem is not very severe with the primary mirrors of Newtonian telescopes as they are situated at the bottom of a long tube but the secondary mirror and finder scope (which by default is a small refracting telescope) are prone to fogging up with condensed water. The system that we have designed and tested is a smart dew removal system which is an optics heating system that does not need adjustments by the telescope user once powered on and adjusts the temperature of the heat belts as required by calculating the dew point and the tube temperature with the help of appropriate sensors. The system also has an IoT interface wherein it can push the parameters measured and temperature changes made to a server of a free IoT app called Blynk from where the user can monitor the same on his smart phone.
