In India , many time witness coinfection of Dengue and scrub typhus during monsoon and post monsoon period as an acute febrile illness. The aim and objective of present study is to assess the prevalence of coinfection in our rural hospital in acute febrile cases . we found that 0.15% of patients was having dual infection of dengue and scrub typhus among the patients admitted during last year.

Extended release dosage forms cover a wide range of prolonged action preparations that provide continuous release of their active ingredients for a specific period of time. Labetalol used for the treatment of hypertension. The extended release matrix tablets of Labetalol HCl utilize release retarding ability of Eudragit RSPO and Lubritab in different ratios polymers to extend the release of drug over 12 hrs period thereby improve its bioavailability. The tablets were prepared by using wet granulation method.. Extended release matrix tablet of Labetalol HCl were formulated by using different ratios (1:0.5, 1:0.3, 1:0.2, 1:0.1) of polymers. The formulated granules blends were evaluated for angle of repose, tapped density, bulk density and compressibility index. The formulated tablets were subjected to thickness, weight variation test, hardness test, friability test and assay and all parameters are within the limits. In-vitro dissolution studies were carried out by using USP dissolution apparatus Type 2 (paddle type), first 2 hrs in water as a media at 50 rpm for a total period of 12 hrs. Based on the dissolution data comparision with innovator product, among 8 formulations the F7 formulation was found to be optimized formulation. The drug release of formulation F7 followed first order and higuchi kinetics and the mechanism was found to be Fickian diffusion.

Self Help Group (SHG) is an informal group of individuals who came together to improve their economic condition. SHG is constituted with a small group of 10-20 members who works together for uplifting their standard of living. This program runs in most of all parts of India providing financial strength for the betterment of poor people and entrepreneurs. Many such programs are already going through SHG, NGOs, Banking sector, Micro Finance Institutions, etc., in Poorvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh, as well. People who have some skill, wants to become an entrepreneur or wants to do some other work independently, but having lack of financial strength, are helped by giving micro-credit by SHGs and many such institutions. This paper is focused on present working condition of SHGs in Poorvanchal region, with an objective to find out the problems inherent in such schemes. Trying to know whether it is beneficial for the development of individual as well as for the whole area in present form or not. It also focusses on the problems or challenges faced by entrepreneurs and include some suggestion for the improvement in SHG schemes.

The optical surfaces of amateur astronomical telescopes tend to get cooler than the ambient temperature and thus have dew condensation on them which ruins the observation session and if not taken care of can also damage the optics. The problem of dew condensation is quite serious with refracting and catadioptric telescopes which have their front optics at the top end of the tube. The problem is not very severe with the primary mirrors of Newtonian telescopes as they are situated at the bottom of a long tube but the secondary mirror and finder scope (which by default is a small refracting telescope) are prone to fogging up with condensed water. The system that we have designed and tested is a smart dew removal system which is an optics heating system that does not need adjustments by the telescope user once powered on and adjusts the temperature of the heat belts as required by calculating the dew point and the tube temperature with the help of appropriate sensors. The system also has an IoT interface wherein it can push the parameters measured and temperature changes made to a server of a free IoT app called Blynk from where the user can monitor the same on his smart phone.

Abstract A midwife is a health professional who provide continue support and care for women during pregnancy, labour and child birth. A Midwife helps to stay healthy in pregnancy and provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations and screening and. Identify high-risk pregnancies if no complications arise, to give birth with little intervention. Midwives also provide care for first few weeks following the birth. Teach new and expectant mothers how to feed, care for and bathe their babies. Pregnant women who received prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care primarily from a midwife were less likely to deliver prematurely (before 24 weeks) and needed fewer medical interventions, compared with women cared for by obstetricians or family physicians. The main benefits were that women who received continue midwifery support during labour less likely to have an epidural. In addition, fewer women had episiotomies or instrumental births. Women's chances of a spontaneous vaginal birth were also increased and there was no difference in the number of caesarean births.

In digital media processing, pattern recognition, and computer vision, segmentation plays a significant role. In many application areas, the challenge of video segmentation occurs, such as video-on-demand, digital video archives, distance education, geographical information systems, etc. Segmentation is based on a method of increasing the basic region and uses pixel membership grades to classify pixels into approximate segmented pixels. The key challenge involved in retrieving and storing video data is the motion capture and clustering of video segmentation. In this work, Fuzzy c-means clustering approach is implemented for a video segmentation. A framework for characterizing scene transitions by soft decisions is given by the fuzzy theoretical scheme. Since the membership functions correctly split the data space. The proposed approach providing high precision with a low error rate.

The ubiquitous use of smart phone applications, development of an appropriate virtualization techniques and improvements in the innovation of cloud based decentralized network infrastructure have all resulted in the use of Software-Defined Networks for both wired and wireless applications. Network security can be dramatically improved by using standards-based software abstraction between the network control plane and the underlying data forwarding plane. In this paper, a novel multistage system to secure SDN against malicious attack is proposed. To securely manage communication, security policies can be set and applied at a fine grained level using context associated with flows, such as location, routing information, services requested, and securely labels associated with switches and controllers. This can help detect different types of attack flows, allowing varied dangers in an environment to be countered. The proposed system provides excellent results in terms of packet loss, delay and throughput.

Academic libraries and information services have undergone significant modifications and transformations because of ICT. ICT has evolved in the rotation of information which has transformed the information handling activities in academic libraries. The academic library services have immensely upgraded with the vital changes in ICT. The upgraded library in academic libraries helps in ICT has opened with the new trends of assembling, variable and dissemination of the technical information. The academic libraries have already changed their regular tasks by using effectual information communication technologies to aggravate and integrate their electronic resources and services. This paper evaluates the necessity for ICT in modern librarianship. The librarians in academic libraries should update their information and communication technology to victoriously handle their roles of being responsible to authenticate the library and information centers target as an information support network for the society.

Psycho-Neurobics and careful eating have become famous as of late. In this audit, we initially investigate what Psycho-Neurobics is with regards to psychological exploration, and why it offers guarantee for eating practices and weight reduction. Second, we survey the fundamental exact discoveries for weight reduction in Psycho-Neurobics - based intercession programs. Third, logical inconsistencies in the discoveries are investigated in more profundity, and ideas are made in regards to why they might be happening. Fourth, the advantages of adding self-empathy (and sympathy) preparing to Psycho-Neurobics practice to help weight reduction is talked about. At long last, the constraints of the examination writing (and potential arrangements) are investigated. Generally, it is reasoned that while Psycho-Neurobics reflections that explicitly centre around eating might be incredibly useful in advancing better eating practices, and aid weight guideline, work is as yet expected to make such mediations appeal to a more extensive crowd.

Invasive and introduced species are crucial to any ecosystem. On one hand ,they are sometimes important for various types of uses made by human being while on other hand they sometimes inflict adverse effect on local biodiversity. Some small constructed ecosystem like Vinoba Bhave University got many Indigenous species as well as a number of introduced and invasive species. It is very - very important to document all those invasive and introduced species and to have an ecological study of those plants . Investigation was carried out with this intention and a detailed survey of introduced species was taken up to prepare a document for further studies. .
