Know your customer (KYC) is a set of guidelines used by banks to verify a customer's identification. In the current scenario, an e-KYC collects and stores an individual's information, as well as photocopies of valid government identity certificates, in a central database. We suggest a real-time Face KYC mechanism using authorization and authentication in this paper. Web-based platform for the banking sector that uses real-time KYC with face recognition is available. With photocopies of all legal official documents, such as Aadhar cards, passports, and so on, this technology recognize live faces.

I. Abstract Forced expulsion of Afghan people from Iran and Pakistan has emerged as a critical humanitarian issue with far-reaching consequences. This article delves into the many facets of this dilemma, offering light on the motivations for deportations, the legal frameworks involved, and the socioeconomic ramifications for impacted individuals and their home nation. The deportation of Afghan migrants is a complicated and long-standing issue. Afghan refugees and migrants have long sought asylum in Iran and Pakistan as a result of violence, instability, and economic hardship in Afghanistan. Recent geopolitical upheavals and internal concerns, however, have resulted in an upsurge in deportations. This article delves into the geopolitical context, examining the political dynamics that influence these decisions, such as strained international relations, security concerns, and internal political pressures, Iran's and Pakistan's economic downturns, and the rise of anti-immigrant sentiment in both countries. The socioeconomic impact on deported individuals and Afghanistan as a whole is investigated. The influx of Afghan people affects the country's already precarious infrastructure and resources. A comparison of the measures used by Iran and Pakistan in dealing with Afghan refugees sheds light on the differences between the two nations. Understanding the differences in their policies and practises reveals potential paths to more compassionate and sustainable solutions. The international world has been sluggish to respond to Afghan migrants' forcible expulsion. There has been considerable criticism of Iran and Pakistan for their treatment of Afghan migrants, but little actual action has been taken to alleviate the problem also There is a tendency in Pakistan to take advantage of the refugees from Afghanistan, and this tendency may be abused. How can we stop this negative trend? The purpose of this article is to provide a full knowledge of the forcible expulsion of Afghans from Iran and Pakistan. It strives to create educated debates on the humanitarian repercussions of such measures and advocate for more humane and rights-based approaches to refugee and migrant challenges in the area by exploring the geopolitical, legal, and socioeconomic components.

Polypharmacy describes, in simplistic terms, the use of multiple medications in an individual. It has become a normal aspect of modern medicine, driven by an ageing, multimorbid population, the increasing availability of preventative medications and an increasing use of single-disease guidelines and adherence to evidence-based practice. However, polypharmacy is also associated with a range of adverse outcomes, and is considered an important and increasing challenge for clinical practice. Here, we consider the definitions of polypharmacy, the extent and nature of medication use in different settings, and the type of problems encountered as a consequence of polypharmacy.

We study the Oscillatory Criteria for second order ordinary differential equation with delay of the form x?(t) + q(t) x (?(t)) = 0, on the half line R = [0,?). where ? is a constant delay, it is also a continuous functions, and q : R -> R is an integrable function. So that ?(t) <= t for every t >= 0 and lim+(t->?)??(t) ?= +?. The linear second-order ordinary differential equation of oscillatory theory is a well-established and widely studied branch of the general theory of the differential equations. The well-known Leighton- Nehari and Wintner type oscillatory solutions for ordinary differential equations also hold for delay differential equation (1). The differential equations with argumental deviations and related systems, may derive a similar set of oscillation conditions. The well-known Riccati approach for ordinary differential equations is used in this paper to provide oscillation criteria. We can infer from the equality (1) applied for the formula h(t) = x?(t)/x(t) for sufficiently large t, the non-oscillatory solution x is accurate. h?(t) = - (q(t) (x(?(t)))/(x(t)) +h^2 (t)) for large t. And applying the Riccati technique to differential equations with argument deviations requires to find suitable lower and upper bounds for the quantity (x(?(t)))/(x(t)), which is in the case of ordinary differential equations is equal to 1.

Government initiatives in India, designed for citizen welfare, often require extensive identity verification. Manual scrutiny of documents is time-consuming and susceptible to threats like counterfeiting. Our proposed solution employs digital signature verification and OCR technology for automated document verification, enhancing speed and security. This project aims to ensure user authentication, data integrity, and secrecy while adhering to the principles of Representational State Transfer (REST). By digitally signing and authenticating documents, it streamlines the verification process for government schemes, minimizing time and effort.

Cubosomes are extremely stable nanoparticles that have cavernous or honeycomb-like shapes. They are created of a particular class of amphiphilic lipids in a precise ratio in water, and they are then stabilized by biocompatible materials like triblock polymer. Cubosomes are flexible drug delivery methods because of their structural makeup. They are known as bicontinuous cubic phase liquid crystals. The two continuous but not intersecting watery zones that are separated by a lipid bilayer are referred to be bicontinuous. Cubosomes have a stable thermodynamic state, and the dispersions they form are both biocompatible and bioadhesive. Cubosomes can be administered orally, topically, mucosally, intravenously, or transdermally for the treatment of skin, hair, or other body tissues. In terms of drug delivery techniques, cubosomes are flexible devices. Targeted and regulated release of bioactive substances

The research paper examines methods for predicting the future based on the digitization of the economy. The obstacles to getting into high-tech businesses are examined in this regard, along with their dual nature--the benefits they bring and the risks they entail. Intellectual property, marketing tactics, market dominance of large companies, infrastructure, political conflict, security of the nation, high-tech product life cycles, staffing, global value chains, and technological saturation were the top ten barriers found. The study's primary findings are: - Since the physical borders of production, storage, trading, and any other traditional business principles are eliminated, the digital transformation of the economy changes the traditional entrance barriers into the industry. Intellectual property is the biggest impediment to a free economic environment. It is already accounted for in the commercial turnover together with products, labour, and services, and its significance is escalating annually.

: It is the duty of every Indian citizen to pay taxes here. Based on their unique income, they must pay income tax. Additional taxes, such as export tax, sales tax, excise tax, etc., must be paid before, during, or after the production, purchase or export of products. These taxes are used for development and welfare objectives. Due to the current economic climate, taxpayers must pay higher tax rates. There are therefore many legitimate strategies to lower the tax payment. This comprises tax breaks, incentives, deductions, and other provisions that reduce tax obligations. It is referred to as tax planning in legalese. India has legalized tax planning. There are several provisions which were stated under Income Tax act 1961. Tax planning is entirely legal and, in fact, a wise choice when done within the boundaries established by the relevant authorities. The government provides a variety of tax-saving alternatives with the goal of lowering tax burdens on taxpayers through ethical income tax planning strategies. The author discusses tax mitigation and planning techniques that is provided under various legal framework in India. The primary idea of the paper is to study the tax payer's right to plan and mitigate his tax payment under available legitimate ways by literature review.

Although women in northeastern India may appear to have a higher status than women in other regions of the nation, the reality is that traditional customs and practices however subject women to several forms of discrimination. Despite the seeming absence of overtly discriminatory practices, the harsh reality is that severe gender-based discrimination still exists, mostly due to deeply rooted traditions and norms. Drawing from secondary sources, this paper seeks to provide insights into how these practices impact the socio-economic lives of women in northeastern region, with a special focus on Assam. By doing so, paper aims to highlight the ways in which these traditions create and maintain inequalities based on gender, eventually imprisoning women inside the boundaries of traditional practices.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-aged women worldwide. It is characterized by a complex interplay of hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, and ovarian abnormalities. Early detection and diagnosis of PCOS are crucial for timely intervention and management of the condition. This abstract presents an overview of various approaches and advancements in PCOS detection, highlighting both traditional and emerging methods. The traditional diagnostic criteria for PCOS include the Rotterdam criteria, which require the presence of at least two out of three features: irregular menstrual cycles, clinical or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovaries observed on ultrasound. However, these criteria have limitations, and newer diagnostic strategies are being explored.

ABSTRACT: Algorithmic trading is a technology innovation of securities trading system. Innovation and development have been the main thrusts behind financialization over the globe. One such innovative appearance, in the interest for limiting the hazard and boosting the arrival and with the end goal to cling to the budgetary segment changes, is Algorithmic Trading (AT). In spite of the fact that AT is being utilized widely over the world, there is an absence of scholastic research on the proof of AT in the majority of the business sectors. The absence of proof stems from the equivocalness in meanings of AT and High Frequency Trading (HFT) and their use reciprocally. The absence of proof likewise obstructs the comprehension and understanding of the effect of consistently expanding exceptional development in the speed of money related exchanges on the social hardware of worldwide economies. We exploit the reasonable definition and recognizable proof of AT in the Indian value market to give proof of AT and translating it as the exchange speed component of financialization. This paper gives some facts in HFT technology and recent regulations given by our regulatory system SEBI. And this paper attempts to analyse their problems and also recommend changes. The year 2020 will be remembered as a bitter memory in the history of the world due to COVID 19 pandemic. The global economy has been deplorably affected by the lock down imposed due to COVID-19. The Indian economy has also not remained untouched by the dire impact of this pandemic. The unorganised sector has been the most affected sector of the Indian economy during the pandemic. A huge amount of laborers are getting their livelihood from this sector. Around 28.58 crore laboures are registered on the e-shram portal launched by the Ministry of Labour and employment on August 26, 2021. The e-shram portal deals only with unorganised labour. These informal labourers have faced severe challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the salient concern of this paper is not only to elucidate the constraints of informal labourers during COVID-19 but also to explain the post- pandemic recovery of this sector.
