Cancer is a destructive disease that affects each patient differently. A precise and rigorous diagnosis is essential for personalized treatment . Nowadays sophisticated test procedures are being used to measure the stage and progression of the disease . Cytogenetic researches have been highly appreciated as diagnostic aids in cancer medicine .In diagnosis, study of chromosomal aberrations plays a crucial role. Karyotyping is an inevitable process which is used to identify anomalies in the structure of cells. In the present scenario, considerable effort and time is spent for the segmentation of chromosomes from the images, and classifying the individual chromosomes into one of the 24 types. The process of segmentation of individual chromosomes in metaphase images is labour intensive and time consuming. When overlapping, touching or bending chromosomes are present in the metaphase, then mannual intervention is usually required as they are not easily separable by image processing techniques . Many techniques have been proposed to automate the process of segmentation and classification of chromosomes from metaphase images with admissible accuracy. But still segmentation of complex occluded images is an open problem and is necessary to investigate further to develop methods for enhancing the accuracy. This work gives a detailed review of various research in the domain of automatic karyotyping systems.

E-waste production in great amounts and its problems, which challenges the field of waste And Environment Management, stem from the increase in the production of the electronic Appliances, diversity- seeking consumer, and perishable product. To solve the problem and exact valuable metals by hydrometallurgy, leaching and organic solvent are used. To do this after a specific amount of electrical and electronic waste was crushed, ground, and refined (Screening), it was sampled. Then, the sample was washed with water to remove out dust. Leached in to the mixture of HCl / HNO3 (Aqua regia) for 48 hours at a room temperature. After that filter a solution by using wattman filter paper. After separation a filtrate and residue, obtain filtrate part placed in muffle furnace for calcination process. Temperature was maintained 730- 800 degree Celsius. A compact Nano-crystalline (salt powder) has been obtained.

Abstract: vital to find (c-19) +ve cases as soon as possible in order to avoid the epidemic from spreading further and to treat afflicted patients as promptly as possible This can also assist to alleviate the problem of a physician shortage in outlying places. A unique model for automated CARONAVIRUS(C-19) detection is offered using raw chest X-ray images. The proposed technique is intended to provide precise diagnostics for binary and multi-class classifications (CARONAVIRUS(C-19) vs.Normal) (CORONA(C-19) vs. No-Findings vs. Pneumonia). In my study, I used the VGG16, CNN model as a classifier to deploy the DarkNet model as a classifier fot the real-time object identification system. I used 17 cnn architecture, each with a different filter applied to it. This methodology may be used to help radiologists invalidate their first screening, as well as to screen patients quickly via the cloud.

In today's world, networks are significant, and cyber security has emerged as an essential study field. An intrusion detection system (IDS), a significant cyber security method, keeps track of the condition of the network's software and hardware. Existing IDSs still confront hurdles in increasing detection accuracy, lowering false alarm rates, and identifying novel assaults, despite decades of research. Many academics have concentrated on building IDSs that employ machine learning approaches to overcome the difficulties mentioned above. In this paper we are evaluating the performance of various classical algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest and Naive Bayes to detect attacks on network using IDS datasets such KDD, NSL but this classical algorithms unable to predict dynamic (if attacker introduce new attacks with changes in attack parameter) attacks and need to be trained in advance to detect such attacks to overcome from this problem we are evaluating performance of Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm with dynamic attack signatures and detection accuracy of DNN shown to be better compare to all classical algorithms. Deep learning is a field of artificial intelligence that has an impressive results and is now a hotspot for study. This survey presents an IDS taxonomy that classifies and summarizes machine learning- and deep learning-based IDS literature using data objects as the primary dimension.

An infectious region of a brain tumour must be identified, segmented, and detected, a time-consuming and arduous process. An MRI, an image processing concept, can show the various parts of the patient's psyche. Detecting abnormalities in the human brain with simple imaging methods is extremely difficult. Many imaging modalities are used in an MRI procedure to scan and preserve the inner brain structures, including a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical images can be improved for an accurate diagnosis employing a balance contrast enhancement technique that is the focus of this article (BCET). This is followed by picture segmentation. Fine edges are finally detected by employing the Canny edge detection method. The experimental results showed that the proposed technique was about 98 percent accurate in recognizing the tumour and natural regions of the brain in MRI images.
