The challenges in road management, particularly in regulating traffic and mitigating conflicts on smart city roads, are a pressing concern. This paper aims to determine a risk index for safety prediction, assess the performance improvement of safety measures, provide early accident warnings, and determine the fatal rate using trajectory methods to analyze driver behavior, road safety, traffic flow, and vehicle behavior in Bhopal city. The analysis reveals that the highest risk index is concentrated between 5 PM and 7 PM, with peak values observed on Sundays. The findings are based on an examination of various days at different time intervals on smart city roads, particularly focusing on aspects such as driver behavior, vehicle interactions at junctions, and curves. Peak traffic congestion hours are identified as occurring between 5 PM and 7 PM, with slightly elevated traffic volumes between 9 AM and 10 AM. The study underscores non-compliance with traffic rules, including issues like malfunctioning signals, U-turns in the same lane, unauthorized parking, and vehicles encroaching on pedestrian crossings as contributing factors to heightened risk during the identified peak hours. In conclusion, this research provides insights into the challenges and risk factors associated with traffic management and safety in a smart city context, emphasizing specific time frames and days with elevated risk indices. The findings can inform strategies for enhancing road safety and traffic management in Bhopal's smart city road area.

Sarcasm detection is a vital component of natural language processing with relevance in various real-world applications. Sarcasm, characterized by statements that convey the opposite of their literal meaning, can lead to misinterpretation and misunderstanding in textual data. Therefore, the necessity for sarcasm detection arises in applications such as sentiment analysis, content moderation on social media, customer feedback analysis, text summarization, and human-computer interactions, including chatbots and virtual assistants. Detecting sarcasm ensures that sentiment analysis accurately reflects the intended emotions, aids in maintaining respectful online environments, and enhances customer insights. This research paper presents a sarcasm detection model that leverages pre-trained word embeddings from GloVe (Global Vectors for Word Representation) combined with a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network architecture. The goal of this study is to develop an effective model for detecting sarcasm in textual data. The heart of the proposed model is the LSTM layer, a type of recurrent neural network that can capture contextual information in sequences. The model is trained on a labeled dataset of text examples, with binary labels indicating the presence or absence of sarcasm. Experimental results demonstrate the model's effectiveness in detecting sarcasm, with a focus on achieving high accuracy and generalization performance. A visualization of the learning process shows the convergence of training and validation metrics over epochs. The combination of pre-trained embeddings and LSTM architecture highlights the potential for improved sarcasm detection in various applications, including social media analysis, sentiment analysis, and content moderation. This research contributes to the ongoing development of natural language understanding models and their application in sarcasm detection.

A brain tumor is an abnormal growth of cells in the brain. These growths can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous), and they can develop within the brain itself (primary brain tumor) or spread from other parts of the body to the brain (metastatic or secondary brain tumor).Early diagnosis and prompt medical intervention are essential to determine the tumor type, develop an appropriate treatment plan, and potentially improve the prognosis. This research project leverages the power of Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) and transfer learning to classify brain tumor into three distinct categories: Meningioma, Glioma, and Pituitary tumor to assist medical professionals in the accurate diagnosis of brain tumor. The project utilizes the ResNet 50 architecture, a well-established deep learning model pre-trained on large-scale image datasets, to extract meaningful features from brain tumor images. The potential of deep learning in medical image analysis contributes to the early detection and classification of brain tumor. The automated classification system benefits in analyzing medical images rapidly, reducing the time required for diagnosis, and reducing the potential for human error and subjectivity in the interpretation of medical images. The results indicate high accuracy and demonstrate the feasibility of using deep learning models for clinical decision support in the field of radiology and neurosurgery. This research holds promise for improving the speed and accuracy of brain tumor diagnosis, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.

Through the use of mechanical and chemical methods, soil characteristics are improved in the process of soil stabilization. Binders like cement and lime increase soil stabilization by enhancing their technical qualities and resulting in a better building material. Increasing a soil's shear strength and general bearing capacity is what stabilizes it. Once stabilized, a solid monolith is created that limits permeability, reducing the potential for shrinkage and expansion as well as the negative consequences of freeze-thaw cycles. The extent by which a soil's volume can alter in response to its moisture content is known as its shrink/swell potential. In this study, the combinations of different stabilizers obtained as waste are mixed in different proportions, blended to form ternary blends, and used for the stabilization of BC soil. In this paper, the effect of ternary blends on the Atterberg limits of BC soil is discussed and found to improve their Atterberg limits.
