Agitation speed is a determining factor in power consumption and mixing quality, which determines conse-quently the cost of mixing operation. This study explores the fluid flow velocity and power required for achieving the mixing operation in stirred tank by using PIV technique. The mixing system consists of a cylindrical tank with a flat bottom and an up-pumping 4-Wide-blade Hydrofoil impeller (WHU). The diameter of the vessel, the diameter of the impeller, and the vertical clearance of the bottom were 0.192 m, 0.075 m, and 0.064 m, respectively. Water liquid is used as a working fluid (density ? = 997 [kg/m3], different shaft positions, (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%,) away from the center of the tank. Fluorescent particles were also used to measure axial and radial velocities for the liquid phase. PIV measurements showed that the velocity increases by approximately 50% in the tank with the most eccentric shaft that means we can reduce the power consumption 50% in a vessel stirred by 4-Wide-blade Hydrofoil impeller (WHU).

Topology is a discipline of mathematics in which two objects are regarded equal if they may be continually deformed into one another through motions in space such as bending, twisting, stretching, and shrinking without preventing tearing apart or gluing together sections. Differentiable equations, dynamical systems, knot theory, and Riemann surfaces in complex analysis are all examples of topology in mathematics. It's also used in physics to describe the universe's space-time structure and in string theory. The branch of mathematics known as topology studies continuity and related notions. Open and closed sets, continuity, and homeomorphism are only a few of the essential concepts that will be introduced in the near future.

In the present work three design of car model (Simple car cabin, Car cabin with AC inlet at its sides and Car cabin with AC inlet at its roof) for air conditioner system have been used to perform computational fluid dynamic analysis to investigate best thermal comfort condition with even temperature distribution. There are following conclusion have been drawn from the computational fluid dynamics analysis. After performing Computational fluid dynamic analysis on all three design of car model (Simple car cabin, Car cabin with AC inlet at its sides and Car cabin with AC inlet at its roof) the temperature distribution on various segment of the car cabin by creating plane in perception of place orientation, near body part and front & rear passenger. It has been observed that the average temperature inside the first and second model of car cabin is higher than third model hencecar cabin with front and top AC inlet is suggested for the future implementation.

Green plants and factory by-products containing carbohydrate are often a source of a product like bioethanol. The main problem of those raw materials is that the content of the sort of carbohydrate. During this study, potato peels was chosen as a carbon source. The PPW contains suf?cient quantities of starch, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and fermentable sugars to warrant use as an ethanol feedstock. Starch may be a high yield feedstock for ethanol production, but its hydrolysis is required to supply ethanol by fermentation. Starch was traditionally hydrolysed by acids, but the speci?city of the enzymes, their inherent mild reaction conditions and the absence of secondary reactions have led to the wide-spread use of amylases as catalysts in this process. Starch processing may be a technology utilizing enzymatic liquefaction and sacchari?cation, which produces a comparatively clean glucose stream that's fermented to ethanol by Saccharomyces yeasts. However, a pre-treatment process is required to convert starch of potato to fermentable sugar by hydrolysis. Potato is ranked amongst one among the leader vegetation generating international. Potato skin is zero value waste produced by potato processing plant or industry. For the assembly of bioethanol, starch residues were converted into glucose by a-amylase and glucoamylase. To research the saccharification process of the pre-treated starch residues. Yeast fermentation is employed simultaneously with the saccharification process for 72 hours. Then after the centrifuge the compound. An effort was made to supply ethanol from potato skin waste. There was a substantial yield of sample of 35-40 ml using pH 6.0, an at a substrate concentration of 5% (W/V).and we get ethanol and methanol present in the sample.

Mucormycosis upshout from a variation of black fungi that may be typically harmless environment fungi and in essence affect immune compromised patients. Infection spot by five types and caused by group of moulds as mucormycetes. Because of the increased prevalence of diabetes mellitus, cancer, leads blindness, death and organ transplantation the more number of patients at risk for this viral infection is increasing. Regardless of forceful treatment, which incorporates distorting careful debridement and habitually adjunctive harmful antifungal treatment, the general death rate is high. Since patients with raised serum levels of accessible iron are exceptionally vulnerable to mucormycosis and these diseases are profoundly angioinvasive, accentuation is set on the capacity of the life form to secure iron from the host and on its collaborations with endothelial cells lining veins. A few promising remedial techniques in preclinical stages are recognized. The pathogenesis of mucormycosis and the host response to invading hyphae ultimately will provide targest for novel mechanism. Comparisons of Ayurvedic and allopathic mechanism of action strategies were carried out in the present time. Depending upon the patients condition and symptoms. Ayurveda is the treatment long lasting. Allopathic treatments inhibit viral infection and quick relief. Researchers & scientists may face a challange of a drugs that cure a mucormycosis in emergency condition without any side effects. Research significant behind the review is to study the various treatments on mucormycosis and its mechanism of action.

Public transportation is utilized proficiently by a huge number of individuals everywhere. Individuals will in general make a trip to better places and at specific occasions they might feel totally lost in another spot. Our chatbot acts the hero right now. A Chatbot is frequently depicted as perhaps the most encouraging apparatuses for correspondence among people and machine utilizing man-made reasoning. It is a product application that is utilized to lead a web-based visit discussion through text by utilizing regular language preparing (NLP) and profound learning methods. It furnishes direct contact with a live human specialist as GUI. This AI chatbot affirms the current area and the last objective of the client by posing a couple of inquiries. It looks at the client's question and concentrates the fitting sections from the data set. The profound learning methods that are utilized in this chatbot are liable for understanding the client goals precisely to keep away from any confusions. When the client's aim has been perceived, the chatbot gives the most significant reaction to the client's question demand. Then, at that point, the client gets all the data about the transport names alongside their numbers so the individual can make a trip securely to the ideal area. Financial institutions' principal function is to supply liquidity to the economy, allowing for greater economic activity than would otherwise be possible. Banks accomplish this in three ways, according to the Brookings Institute: by providing credit, controlling markets, and pooling risk among consumers. International financial institutions (IFIs) play an important role in the social and economic development of countries with emerging or transitional economies in many regions of the world. This function includes providing advice on development projects, as well as funding and aiding with their implementation An Entrepreneurship Service Call has been launched by Indian Commercial Banks to provide consulting services to aspiring entrepreneurs. More financial organizations, aside from the government, should come out with cheap interest rates, flexible loan plans, and stronger support for the development of entrepreneurship in India.

The waste generated from industries causes severe environmental problems. Hence the reuse of this waste material can be emphasized. Fly ash and steel waste is a developing composite material that will allow the concrete industry to optimize material use, generate economic benefits and built structures that will be strong, durable, and sensitive to environment. Fly ash is major by-product of thermal power plants after combustion of coal at high temperature. Steel scrap is another by-product from construction sites, mechanical workshops . In this project, tests were conducted in observation for different combinations , first combination for compressive strength, split tensile strength test for M40 mix by replacing cement with fly ash by keeping constant at 10% and fine aggregate replaced by steel scrap ,other to evaluate results on compressive strength, split tensile strength test by replacing only fine aggregate with steel scrap, third being evaluation of test results on compressive strength , split tensile strength by adding steel scrap as fibre. All these 3 different specimens were cured thereby to evaluate test observations for compressive strength &split tensile strength which are done for 7days,14days, 28days, 60days and 90 days for optimistic percentage of replacement was determined. This study results reviewed that highest compressive strength occurs at the 2% replacement of steel scrap as fibre type added.
