Financial institutions' principal function is to supply liquidity to the economy, allowing for greater economic activity than would otherwise be possible. Banks accomplish this in three ways, according to the Brookings Institute: by providing credit, controlling markets, and pooling risk among consumers. International financial institutions (IFIs) play an important role in the social and economic development of countries with emerging or transitional economies in many regions of the world. This function includes providing advice on development projects, as well as funding and aiding with their implementation An Entrepreneurship Service Call has been launched by Indian Commercial Banks to provide consulting services to aspiring entrepreneurs. More financial organizations, aside from the government, should come out with cheap interest rates, flexible loan plans, and stronger support for the development of entrepreneurship in India.

Objective: The present study was done to evaluate prognostic role of select immunological biomarkers in COVID-19 positive patients for early identification and grading of symptomatic patients who might need critical care support with adequate and optimal triage for resource division and definitive management protocol. Materials and Methods: The present retrospective observational study, on 60 symptomatic patients, was carried out in KPC Medical College and Hospital, Jadavpur comparatively assessing laboratory investigations. Results: During the course of study, 60 symptomatic patients were assessed. All the patients were of Indian origin and had a recenent historyof contact with a COVID 19 positive patoent. Male patients constituted of 60 % of the population. Lymphopenia (< 20% of total leucocyte[TLC] ) was observed in 23 patients (38%) . Neutrophilia (> 75% of total leucocyte[TLC] )was observed in 21 patients (35%). NLR( neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio) was increased in 29 patients out of the 60 patients studied(49%). Conclusion: Lymphopenia is an effective and reliable finding in COVID-19 patients. Raised NLR is significantly higher in COVID 19 patients

The waste generated from industries causes severe environmental problems. Hence the reuse of this waste material can be emphasized. Fly ash and steel waste is a developing composite material that will allow the concrete industry to optimize material use, generate economic benefits and built structures that will be strong, durable, and sensitive to environment. Fly ash is major by-product of thermal power plants after combustion of coal at high temperature. Steel scrap is another by-product from construction sites, mechanical workshops . In this project, tests were conducted in observation for different combinations , first combination for compressive strength, split tensile strength test for M40 mix by replacing cement with fly ash by keeping constant at 10% and fine aggregate replaced by steel scrap ,other to evaluate results on compressive strength, split tensile strength test by replacing only fine aggregate with steel scrap, third being evaluation of test results on compressive strength , split tensile strength by adding steel scrap as fibre. All these 3 different specimens were cured thereby to evaluate test observations for compressive strength &split tensile strength which are done for 7days,14days, 28days, 60days and 90 days for optimistic percentage of replacement was determined. This study results reviewed that highest compressive strength occurs at the 2% replacement of steel scrap as fibre type added.

In this paper the impact of Ganesh idol immersion on water quality of Govathane lake (Uran) is discussed. Water samples were collected during pre-immersion and post immersion at interval of 5 days and 10 days periods of Ganesh idols immersion. The changes in physico-chemical properties of Lake were observed. The pH and Dissolved Oxygen with minor changes while CO2, BOD, COD, total alkalinity, turbidity, sulphate, ammonia and oil & grease were observed with major changes during and after immersion period. On the basis of these changes it is concluded that level of water pollution increases in Govathane lake due to these religious activities. It may cause the adverse effect on the aquatic ecosystem. No one can stop these religious activities but awareness among the people and society can reduce the pollution

Extraction of information from the unstructured document depending on an ontology application describes domain of interest which is presented as a new way. To start with such ontology, we make rules to extract fix and context keywords from formless documents. For all unstructured document , constants and keywords are extracted and a recognizer is applied to organize fix values which are extracted as feature values of tuples in a database schema formed. To make approach general, all the cycle is fixed and just ontological portrayal is changed by various application area. In this paper, we are working on two different types of unstructured document: firstly as offline which is based on particular PDF document and secondly as online which is Web-based and our move toward attained recall scale in 80 % and 90 % range and correctness 98%.

Background: Diabetes is a long-term disorder characterised by unusually high blood sugar levels (glucose). People with diabetes either don't make enough insulin, a hormone that converts sugar, carbohydrates, and other foods into energy, or can't utilise the insulin that their bodies do produce. Glucose gets up in the bloodstream as a result. Fenugreek, which originated in India and Northern Africa, is one of the oldest medicinal herbs. The leaves and seeds are used to make therapeutic extracts or powders. Method: The study takes an evaluative approach, with data collected using a two-group pre- and post-test (quasi-experimental) design. Fenugreek seed powder is the independent variable, while fasting blood sugar levels are the dependent variable. The primary study was done at the ETCM Hospital Kolar OPDs, with a sample size of 50 type II diabetes patients (25 experimental and 25 control group) chosen by simple random selection, and the collected data analysed and interpreted using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings: The experimental group of Type 2 Diabetic Patients had a mean percentage of 2.04 with a standard deviation of 1.020 in the pre-test and a mean percentage of 1.32 with a standard deviation of 1.030 in the post-test. The mean percentage in the control group was 2.00 with a standard deviation of 1.118 in the pre-test and 2.06 with a standard deviation of 0.850 in the post-test; the resultant 't' value of 4.884 is larger than the table value at the (0.05) level of significance. As a result, t' value is considerable, but the control group's blood sugar level does not alter. It indicates that fenugreek seed powder has an influence on type 2 diabetics' fasting blood sugar levels. This study shows that fenugreek seed powder is useful in lowering fasting blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetic patients.

Background: The prevalence of restless leg syndrome(RLS) in pregnant women is 19-26% as compared to the general population. RLS is more common in the last trimester. The international restless leg syndrome study group has recommended that pregnant women use conservative measures to treat RLS, it entails avoiding factors that can increase the likelihood of having RLS. Aim: To determine the knowledge and related self-care practice of restless leg syndrome among antenatal mothers. Methodology: Quantitative research approach was adopted. Total 210 participants were selected through convenient sampling technique. Data were collected by administering Socio-demographic Performa. A structured questionnaire was administered. The data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The result showed that the prevalence of RLS in Indian pregnant was 54.8%. The mean knowledge score + SD was (9.01 + 2.47) of the antenatal mothers. The mean percentage of knowledge score was 56.25%. The total knowledge score was 18, and range of knowledge score of antenatal mothers was 3-16. Description of practice score regarding management of RLS. The total practice score was 36. The mean practice score + SD was (14.71 + 3.79). The mean percentage was 54.4%. and range of practice score was 6-27. There was a significant correlation r = 0.71 between knowledge score and practice score of antenatal mothers regarding restless leg syndrome. Conclusion: The study concluded that the participants had not adequate knowledge and practice regarding restless leg syndrome. By giving written and pictorial pamphlet at the time of data collection, antenatal mothers are motivated to read this pamphlet it may improve the knowledge and practice regarding restless leg syndrome.
