For the development of aquaculture, a good knowledge of the mechanisms regulating the reproductive function in fish is required as such knowledge makes it possible to exercise varying degrees of control on the different stages of reproduction to adapt the techniques to fit fish culturist. Though, reproductive physiology has progressed considerably in recent years owing to the development of new & varied techniques (Billiard & Marcel, 1986; Sinha & Srivastava, 1991; Shankar Das and Kulkarni, 2007) but it needs more studies on the biochemical aspects especially the role of blood in fresh water fish. Thus, it appears that fluctuations in blood constituents especially the inorganic ions of the Indian fresh water fish with relation to their reproductive cycle have not been studied in detail, while among the physiological parameters; reproduction is one of the most important phenomena of an animal to continue its existence. It is also known that vitamins play some important role in the development of germ cells as both Vit B & C are concerned with maturation of oocytes. It has also been concluded that the yolk precursor (vitellogenin) are synthesized in liver & brought to the oocytes by blood (Bohemen et.al; 1981). As blood performs the vital function of nutrition & respiration to each and every tissue of the body, its (blood) constituents must take active role in such processes. Therefore, any variations in these constituents of blood even due to season would have some effect on the Gonadal cycle as well, but only a few work is available on some of these physiological parameters (Idler & Bitner 1958; Gill et. al., 1983; Singh, 1990, 1996; Panday et.al., 1993) and thus needs further studies. In this paper we determine Cholesterol, Lactic Acid, Pyruvic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, and Biochemical Parameters in Serum of the Clarias Batrachus Fish.

Homosexuality is a hotly debated topic and has gathered huge attention of the people all around the globe. It is sexual attraction or romantic attraction between members of same sex or gender also commonly known as LGBTIQ community. This community has been treated as a taboo as it is against the social beliefs and morals. Despite of various conventions there are still certain countries where homosexuals are not considered to be equal. This has laid to the injustice towards this community as they are being deprived off from selecting their partners and live their life with dignity. However, with the passage of time people are analyzing and acknowledging the existence of a separate gender known as homosexuals or LGBTIQ Community. And in fact, many countries are removing the illegality of LGBTIQ community including India. In 2018, Supreme Court of India in its verdict pronounced that consensual gay sex is no more a crime and abrogated section 377IPC. The judgment acts like a shield or blanket for the protection of LGBTIQ against the harshness and brutality of the society towards them. The reason behind this transformation is the doctrine of equality enshrined in the constitution of India that clearly highlights the fundamental rights to make a choice freely. But still it is observed that the LGBTIQ community is not getting equal status in the society and there are still countries that has termed homosexuality as crime and imposed penalty along with death punishment. Even in India also the laws are still not clear for the rights of the community like rights related to marriage, adoption, etc. This paper broadly highlights the condition and history of LGBTIQ community in India, how they are being tortured and discriminated, also the societal perception towards them and the condition of LGBTIQ community during pandemic. Further it also focuses on sensitization of public and coming generation, as with the contemporary society the young generations are more supportive and understands much better than old generation. The paper also provides some suggestion required to be covered by the government in providing true Independence to the community.

Ecocriticism is very closely associated with human development and industrialization. However, the concern for ecology and the threat that caused by the misuse of nature by human being has shaken the literary people and ultimately the branch of eco-criticism took place. Ecology and eco-criticism are the significant aspects for the literary study and research. People are becoming conscious about the environment. Environmental balance is very important in this globalized world. Many poets and novelists have become eco-conscious or environment conscious. They have used Nature as landscape, as beautiful atmosphere/lively atmosphere such as Arundhati Roy, R.K. Narayan, Raja Rao, Kamala Markanday, Anita Desai, Kiran Desai, many more in whole over the world. The literature has become a mode of expression about environment and its importance in human life and universe. Due to the Eco imbalance and the environmental pollution, the whole world is under the curse of global warming. The healthy well-balanced environment/atmosphere is the need of time. The present research paper highlights the concern of Eco-Critical Theory in Kiran Desai novels Hullabaloo in the Guava Orchard (1998) and The Inheritance of Loss (2006).

World is endowed with a rich wealth of medicinal plants and they have been always principle form of medicine. Traditionally mature leaf decoction of Leucas biflora is used as eye drop twice a day in case of conjunctivitis. The mature leaves ground with leaves of Centella asiatica in a ratio of 2:1 and juice extracted from this mixture is applied directly to stop instance of bleeding from nose. Four to five leaves are also prescribed to chew with a leaf of Piper betel for the women who suffering from white discharge. The leaves of Leucas biflora was collected, identified and authenticated. The dried leaves of L. biflora pulverized to make coarse powder and decoction prepared and evaporated to get a dry residue. Aqueous extract have been standardized by evaluating organoleptic characters, macroscopically characters, physicochemical properties, screening of phytochemical constituents, total flavonoids content. Phytochemical screening shows the presence of carbohydrates, glycosides, flavonoids, tannins, Saponins and steroids. Quantitative determination of total flavonoids content in L. biflora aqueous extract was carried out using aluminium chloride colorimetric method. Quercetin was used as standard for calibration of flavonoids. The results indicate that the L. biflora plant is the rich source of high valve of phytochemical compounds.

Continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) helps in identification of areas for which the student has aptitude and interests. As a result, it helps in focusing efforts in identifying the areas where changes in value systems and attitudes are required. CCE helps the individual students to make decisions regarding the future pertaining to the courses, choice of subjects and carriers to be chosen in future life. CCE helps in generating appropriate information/reports pertaining to the progress of the students with regard to scholastic as well as co-scholastic areas and thus help in predicting the future performance and success of the learner. Continuous evaluation helps the evaluator to diagnose the weaknesses of the students and permits the teacher to ascertain the weaknesses and strengths of the individual learner along with his/ her needs. CCE provides an instant and immediate feedback to the teacher who can then come to a conclusion if there exists a need to revisit a particular concept or unit and teach the same to a few individual students who are in need of remedial instruction or to the entire class. Objectives of the study are to find out the significant differences in the awareness of teachers on continuous and comprehensive evaluation in secondary schools due to variations in their gender and years of experience. The method that has been adopted by the investigator in the present research study is the survey method. The total number of statements in the questionnaire was 66 with 8 dimensions. The findings of the study will draw the attention of all policy planners, school administration and stakeholders to take necessary steps for smooth functioning of CCE in secondary schools. In the light of findings of the study few recommendations are made for effective implementation of CCE.

A language consists of symbols that convey meaning, plus rules for combining those symbols, that can be used to generate an infinite variety of messages. Learning disabilities make a reference to a variety of disorders that affect the acquisition, understanding, retention, organizing or use of verbal or non-verbal information. These disorders are the result of impairments in connection with one or more psychological process relating to learning in combination with other average abilities which are essential for listening and thinking. Learning abilities are specific and are not global impairments and as a result, they are distinct from the intellectual disabilities. A teacher should be endowed with certain professional competencies for performing the task that is assigned to him successfully. He should have a consummate knowledge regarding the curriculum that is specified for teaching. Objectives of the study were to find out the significant differences in the competencies required on various aspects of Telugu language learning difficulties in children by the primary school teachers due to variation in their gender and years of experience. As a result, it can be understood that there is vast scope for providing orientation, pre-service and in-service training programmes to the teachers of the primary schools for them to acquire competence to greater extent and similarly, the government must make efforts to incorporate content pertaining to Telugu learning difficulties in teacher training programmes.

Buccal mucosa is an attractive route for systemic delivery of drugs and it is relatively permeable with a rich blood supply Rabeprazole Sodium is a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI). It is mostly prescribed in active duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and erosive esophagitis. Rabeprazole sodium having the highest acid inhibiting effect among other PPI and H2- antagonist. However, Drug having very short half-life (1.5 hr) and low bioavailability (52%). Further, in the marketed formulation various dosage form (granules, tablets and pellets are available) which is enteric coated due to degradation in the gastric and therefore onset of action delayed..In this present study, an attempt has been made to develop a Rabeprazole sodium buccal adhesive tablet to avoid the gastric degradation and first pass metabolism. Two prime considerations in the design of a buccal adhesive tablet. One is to attach firmly to the buccal mucosa and other in case of rabeprazole is the stability of Rabeprazole sodium in human saliva, since it is very unstable in acidic and neutral media. There are various bioadhesive polymer present which are polyacrylic acid derivative such as polycarbophil and other polymer like sodium alginate, Chitosan, HPC, HEC, Sodium CMC, Polyox, HPMC etc. In the Present work, Gantrenz and HPMC selected for the adhesive dosage form. Gantrenz MS 955 is Polyacrylic acid derivative and having both anion and cation.

Urubhangam is a tragic Sanskrit Play written by Bhasa in the 2nd or 3rd century CE. The play is based on the well-known epic Mahabharata by Vyasa, focused on the story of character Duryodhana during and after his fight with Bhima. Through the outstanding artistic capability of Bhasas pen an all- new Duryodhana has been created, a Duryodhana that is completely different from the one depicted in the Mahabharata. On the basis of the last phase of the life of Duryodhana, the unbeatable warrior, Bhasa, with great affection and using the elegance of his imagination, has depicted an all new, completely exceptional Duryodhana. In the Mahabharata we see Duryodhana as a tyrant who is also licentious, lascivious, arrogant and sinful. He possesses all the malicious qualities of a tyrant. There is no mercy in his heart. We all feel hatred to see him in the Mahabharata. It was a challenge for Bhasa to turn that tyrannical Duryodhana as describe by Vyasa, into a merciful, magnanimous, heroic Duryodhana and Bhasa has kept the challenge so well with his magnificent skill that we see in this play.
