The **researcher recount the experience as an intern teacher tasked with teaching English to IXth standard students at a government school, the researcher observed a lack of teamwork among 9th standard students. To address this issue, the researcher conducted a research study to identify the reasons behind it and propose solutions. Academic activities in a school help the students acquire the knowledge and skills to stand on their own feet and to get involved in a task in group or individual. Student's talent and skills are built up and shaped according to the individual's interest. Academic activities are the best means for all round and harmonious growth of the individual. This study revealed peer pressure and lack of interpersonal skills as the main reasons for the issue. To overcome these challenges, the researcher suggests game-based learning & activity-based learning, which can provide opportunities for students to develop teamwork and interpersonal skills. These approaches can encourage collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among students. By implementing these solutions, the researcher believe that teachers can create a more engaging and interactive learning experience, which can improve academic performance and prepare students for their future careers. This research emphasizes the importance of teamwork and provides practical solutions to overcome the lack of teamwork among students.

Whenever we talk about quality education teacher is the focal point of learning process. A professional teacher is characterized by systematized body of knowledge that is unique to the profession. Professionalism focuses on the question of what qualifications and acquired capacities, what competence is required for the successful exercise of an occupation (Englund,1996). The present study focuses on competencies that are inevitable to be a professional teacher. The study categorised the competencies into three main domains named: cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain. Competencies of cognitive domain focuses on planning and implementation of teaching and learning process, competencies of affective domain focuses on professional client relationship, and competencies of psychomotor domain characterized by a body of skills that a teacher should have to make learning interesting and attractive.

Abstract: In order to revamp higher education and bring all the Universities and Colleges under a single umbrella of grading, learning and standards in the country, the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2014 came up with a scheme called Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) with the directive that all Universities and other higher education institutions follow this program from 2015 onwards. The Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) is based on the Cafeteria Approach, where a student can opt subjects from available subjects suited to personal interest as observed in many European and American Universities. The main determined fact behind the CBCS is to have the flexibility of choosing a course by students. Gauhati University implemented the CBCS system at under graduate level from the academic session of 2019 across all disciplines by following the Regulations of the Under Graduate Choice Based Credit System (UGCBCS) Gauhati University, 2019. The main objective of the present paper is to find out the issues and challenges of Choice Based Credit System under Gauhati University. Due to Covid-19 pandemic this new system of education has faced several challenges in order to understand its requirements both the students and teachers in real sense. However, in new normal situation, during the implementation of this system in higher educational institutions, there are many challenges which require attention and discussion in order to put it on the right track.

The recently reported results have shown that even a very tiny but consistent change in the climatic conditions can lead to widespread destruction, which is evident through flash floods, draught and similar other situations. Since, these changes have large impact on the livelihood of the people living in these areas, a comprehensive information of the various parameters that determine the ecological balance of an environmental compartment such as land locked water bodies i.e. lakes is very important. This knowledge has the potential to delineate strategies for management of these lakes. In the backdrop of above information, this study was carried out to determine the seasonal variation of selected physico-chemical and plankton characteristics of lakes present in the Nagpur City of Maharashtra, India. During the course of this study, all the data was generated using standard methods and it (data) was analysed using PASW 18.0 software. The comparative assessment showed that there is significant (p<0.05) seasonal variation in physico-chemical as well as plankton density of surface water of Ambazari and Futala lakes of Nagpur. This information has potential value for designing action tasks that can contain the parameters such as turbidity, dissolved oxygen, total phosphorous, plankton abundance in these lakes.

An oral ulcer is a sore that develops on the oral cavity's membrane. "A breach within the mucosal surface of the buccal cavity," according to the definition. Ulcers are uncovered sores of the surface or mucous membrane in which inflammatory dead tissue is removed. Despite their significant incidence, the etiopathogenesis of many diseases is unknown. It's frequently painful, and it's accompanied by redness, swelling, and bleeding in the affected area. The mouth ulcer commonly causes pain and discomfort, and it might affect a person's eating preferences as it heals. According to how they present and progress, they might be classed as acute or chronic. Trauma, recurring aphthous stomatitis, Behcet's illness, bacterial and viral infections, allergic reactions, and bad drug reactions are all linked to acute oral ulcers. chronic oral ulcers are linked to illnesses like oral lichen planus. Ulcer is common disorder which is among people. Many types of ulcer present but mouth ulcer is, healing it frequently causes pain and discomfort and may change the person's eating preferences. The two most frequent causes of oral ulceration are aphthous stomatits and local trauma. A number of synthetic drug are available to treat mouth ulcers. ABSTRACT: Introduction: Transition from being a student to working as a registered nurse is not just a phenomenon that begins with familiarization of the new workplace but it is an experience that influences the professional lives of newly joined nurses. Transition from a student to a fully pledged registered nurse presents with new challenges, stressors, and inconsistencies in professional practise for the new recruit. In order to provide effective nursing care nurses must be able to identify, manage and understand level of transitional shock not only in themselves but also in others. Studies have shown that workload in clinical, inadequate development of procedure skills, lack of organization support have strong relationship with level of transitional shock. The present study was conducted to assess level of transitional shock among newly joined staff nurses employed in selected hospitals of city. Objectives: 1. To assess level of transitional shock among newly joined staff nurses employed in selected hospitals of city. 2.To find association between level of transitional shock among newly joined staff nurses employed in selected hospitals of city with their selected demographic variables. Method: A non experimental descriptive research design was used among 100 newly joined staff nurses. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used to select the samples. Tool: A structured 4 point Likert scale was used to assess level of transitional shock. Results: The finding of the study revealed that maximum 66% nurses have moderate transitional shock, 23% nurses have mild transitional shock and 11% nurses have severe transitional shock. Items like Development of good management skills (40%), lack of support by nursing administration (39%), conflict with senior (38%), working without breaks (47%), Disagreement concerning the treatment of a patient(38%), Being blamed for anything that goes wrong (38%) was frequently stressful among nurses. The demographic variables area of working, hours of duty per week, Do you do overtime, number of hours overtime duty done in a week and is induction training conducted were found to have significant association with the level of transitional shock. More the overtime, more is the transitional shock among newly joined staff nurses. Majority of the staff nurses for whom induction training was not conducted had moderate transitional shock as compared to those who for whom induction training was conducted.

The importance of freshwater has been realized the most in today's world and time. This is primarily because of the lack of it, which is to be blamed to the humankind for their discriminate use of this finite commodity. The technologically advanced countries have some data that they can use for better management of these precious resources i.e. freshwater lakes and rivers. The lakes in particular are at higher risk because of their landlocked nature, where the pollutants are easy to enter and difficult to exit. In view the above, this study was carried out to determine the prevailing situation of selected lakes of study area i.e. Nagpur District of Maharashtra vis-s-vis certain hydrobiological parameters. The data collection was carried out by conducting survey of the lakes and sample processing in a certified laboratory. Based on the study results, it was found that the primary utility of these lakes is for maintaining groundwater table, and two out of three lakes are at high risk of pollution due to anthropometric activities. The seasonal variation data showed that fish productivity and phytoplankton abundance was high during the summer season, while zooplankton abundance was high during the monsoon season. Overall, the data shows that there is a need to intervene by the local governing bodies to preserve these lakes.

The factors are isolated, and specific vital transforms are utilized, in the customary techniques for taking care of starting limit esteem issues for linear partial differential equations with consistent coefficients. Thus, they are compelled to specific equations with remarkable limit conditions. Here, we look at a method created by Fokas that joins the ordinary strategies as extraordinary cases. Nonetheless, this approach additionally empowers the similarly unequivocal reaction. of issues for which there is no customary arrangement. Furthermore, explanation is plausible. which limit esteem puzzles are appropriately planned and which are not. We give occurrences of issues with the restricted stretch and the positive half-line. In an assortment of logical and designing fields, the Fokas Transform Technique (FTM) has turned into a powerful numerical instrument for settling partial equations with linear turn of events. The qualities and shortcomings of the FTM are completely examined in this theoretical, which is trailed by a conversation of imaginative enhancements intended to build its value and viability. A linear evolution partial condition is transformed from its unique space into the perplexing plane, where it very well may be settled all the more rapidly, as per the essential reason of the FTM. Albeit this approach has been effective in different circumstances, it experiences issues when used to certain kinds of issues, for example, those with unpredictable limit conditions, singularities, or profoundly oscillatory way of behaving.

In a few areas of science and designing, the Fokas Transform Procedure (FTT) has demonstrated to be a strong and valuable strategy for solving linear evolution partial equations (LEPEs). The FTT is assessed fundamentally in this theoretical, which likewise features ongoing advancements that work on its materialness and viability in resolving LEPEs. The FTT, made by Teacher A. S. Fokas, brings become notable for its ability to the table for exact answers for an assortment of linear PDEs and has tracked down use in various fields, including electromagnetism, liquid elements, and quantum material science. The polish of this approach rests in its original technique of moving the issue from the time-area to the mind-boggling recurrence space, which every now and again smoothest out the numerical definition and empowers exact arrangements. The methodology additionally holds up well when contrasted with other generally involved procedures for managing corner singularities. A delineation of how this consideration brings about remarkable assembly is shown. Moreover, we give new discoveries on various different hardships, for example, choosing collocation areas and processing arrangements all through whole space insides.

This paper explored the silences in Saadat Hasan Manto's stories Thanda Gosht, Khol Do and Toba Tek Singh. Woven in the background of partition these stories highlighted the echo of the silence during the partition. Toba Tek Singh was not the only person who had become silent. Sakeena and the dead women in Thanda Gosht was among thousands who had been silenced. The victims of violence and bloodshed were silenced due to the trauma of losing identity, native places and their loved ones. Words were no longer capable to heal their wounds. However, there was another silent community that consisted of the people indulged in performing violent activities. These people rejected any kind of dialogues. They were so much intoxicated by hatred that they were making statements with actions. Carl Schmitt's concept of friend and enemy explained the actions, which had happened with utmost silence, both in these stories as well as in history. Narratives were developed around the silence during the partition. Ramesh Chandra Sen's The White Horse clarified how the actions ignored the words or, how the silence provoked actions. These three stories by Manto represent the two different kinds of silences which were associated with the bloodshed and violence. The trajectory of the silence does not limit here only. Same silences echo in the stories by Gulzar compiled in Ravi Par. Like situations have the same kind of silences. Khuda Ki Kasam by Manto and the story of Boota Singh, in Kamaleswar's Kitne Pakistan represent the counter-narrative of the silences in Manto's stories. Analyzing the silences in contrast to different kinds of silences provided a better understanding, in this paper.

Abstract Autobiography by Black people in America that took the form of slave narratives were written to show White people that slaves were indeed human beings, with all the same human qualities attributed to white people. To the modern individual, slavery of any kind is an undeniable wrong. Although enslavement has not been completely wiped from the earth, it is no longer justified on the surface level of our society; such as it was in early America. The most thought-provoking aspect that rose from slavery in America was the slave narrative. Since the abolition of slavery and the thinning of the final generation of former slaves, slave narratives eventually stopped being produced. The end of slaves did not mean the end of their place in literature. Angelou in I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings also defines the black woman reality as -the Black female is assaulted in her tender years by all those common forces of nature at the same time.

Artificial intelligence solutions have been brought into the creative field such as generations of art and music. Generating music via deep learning is a challenging problem, however recent developments such as openAI's MuseNet, CTRL (Creator Technology Research Lab) at Spotify, and Google's Magenta have shown us that there can be viable solutions. However, these technologies use very complex models trained over thousands of samples of data. This paper presents a survey on different models used in the past and also proposes a new model which uses LSTMs (Long Short Term Memory) and a small dataset to show that a relatively basic model is also functional in producing a sequence of notes which is capable of demonstrating properties resembling a nice sounding piece of music. We also show that a model produces satisfactory results when presented with a small dataset to train. This paper also discusses the challenges that accompany and discusses the strategy, and architecture that is involved in creating a system that can successfully generate a piece of music rather than a sequence of notes.

E-mail:karmarkar999@gmail.com ABSTRACT: The Western hemisphere's physical and cultural ambience of the past four decades was the stage for the emergence of feminism and postmodernism. A study of the contrasts, similarities and interrelations, various artistic forms and media of expression render a vivid diversity and widespread popularity to these two isms- hence the apt title to this article should be -"A NOTE FEMINISM AND POSTMODERNISM". Recognizing and rejecting the flourishing undercurrent of unitary and biased, fictitious notions and extracting the different lifestyles, values, thoughts and history of another kind that are overshadowed by the rational logic, tradition, culture and history of age old male chauvinistic perspectives; and accepting and encouraging the natural plurality in the existence and expression of human beings- if these are considered to be the general characteristics of feminisms, then postmodernism and feminism ought to be allies. But we find this connection very complex when we observe the changes in feminisms caused by the influence of postmodernism.

Triclosan (TCS) is commonly used as an antibacterial and antifungal agent in household cleaning products. TCS can be bio-accumulated and create endocrine-disrupting and damaging the DNA in some exposed fish. In the present study aimed at verifying the productive effect of garlic extract (GRE) and Vitamin C (VTC) against in vivo tricolosan exposure in zebra fish Brachydanio rerio (Ham). The species were exposed to sub lethal concentration of triclosan (0.32mg/L) for 7 and 28 days. The results show that TCS exposure significantly induced genotoxic effects, as revealed by the significant increase in the mean frequencies (MN) of micro nucleated polychromatic erythrocytes and various structural chromosomal aberrations in liver cells of treated fish. GRE and VTC groups showed a significant (P< 0.05) reduction in the frequency of CA (57.14% and 40.66%) and MN (53.13% and 40.63%) then the treated group. On the other hand, this investigation clearly revealed the protective effect of GRE and VTC, either each alone or in combination, against the genotoxic potential of triclosan: the garlic extract was often more efficient in its protective action against the pesticide toxicity than vitamin C.
