The world is moving fast so as the wheel of Education. We witness a lot many changes in education in last decades. Changes in education have brought many innovations in Education. The one change which has also impacted a lot in society and culture is the medium of instruction from the mother tongue to English. In the whole educative process, the medium of education instruction is very important to decide the effect of education on a child. All educationalists and wise people of the society are always in favour of Mother tongue as the medium of instruction. But as the wheel of Education has been moving fast, this becomes a debatable issue in the educative process. The mother tongue is replaced by English being an International language. The number of English medium schools are increasing so rapidly that it has questioned against the Gujarati Medium Schools in Gujarat. The craze for English medium schools is common in educated and illiterate people. Global Gujarati Medium has come up with the solution of this. Here in GGM, a child learns through Gujarati , its culture and also higher level English which is taught in English medium schools. So both the purposes are served. In this paper, the researcher has studied the Global Gujarati Medium Model which was implemented in 2016 in a group of schools in Surat.

Crypto currency is a digital currency in which transactions are verified and records maintained by a decentralized system using cryptography, rather than by a centralized authority. There are many crypto currencies that exist in the world but the most famous id Bit coin. Crypto currency has tremendous amount of uncertainties due to its digital form, unrealised market place despite of all these uncertainties the future of crypto currency seems to be predominant in India. Indian investors has invested in unregulated digital assets, especially Bitcoin and the amount of investment has increased since 2020. As the popularity of Crypto currency has increased but lack of regulation there are high chances of financial frauds and loss of money so there is a strong need of some regulations. On Jan 29, 2021, the Indian government announced that it will introduce a bill to create a sovereign digital currency and subsequently put a blanket on private crypto currencies. As crypto currency is the future in the investment market. Strong regulatory framework will be put in place to deal with crypto currency in India. There are most likely chances that Indian Government add crypto currency as an asset rather than a currency in India. It is difficult to regulate today because of unregularized market place, it does not have any legal or regulatory back up.

This paper provides a comprehensive examination of tiered compilation in Java, a sophisticated feature within the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) designed to enhance the performance of Java applications. By employing a multilevel compilation approach, Java's tiered compilation uniquely combines rapid application startup with optimized long-term execution efficiency. The paper delves into the architecture of tiered compilation, illustrating how Java applications initially execute using a basic interpreter or a lower-tier JIT compiler, which ensures quick startup times. As the application runs, the JVM identifies frequently executed code segments ("hot" spots) and progressively recompiles them using more advanced, optimizing compilers at higher tiers. This adaptive strategy not only boosts the execution speed but also optimizes resource utilization, offering a balanced and dynamic compilation process that caters to varying application demands. Through this deep dive, we aim to elucidate the inner workings, advantages, and practical implications of tiered compilation, providing valuable insights for developers, architects, and performance engineers involved in Java application development.

The banking sector in India has witnessed a significant expansion, playing a pivotal role in the country's economic growth. However, as banks have become more advanced in their operations, there has been a notable increase in fraudulent activities. Despite the implementation of numerous regulations and measures to curb fraud, instances of fraud continue to persist. Fraud poses a substantial threat to an organization's reputation and its relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, financiers, and business partners. This research paper focuses on examining the issue of fraud within the banking industry. The study aims to assess the various factors contributing to bank frauds and evaluate the level of adherence to fraud prevention measures, including those mandated by the Reserve Bank of India, among bank employees. Additionally, the research aims to provide insights into bank employees' perceptions of preventive mechanisms and their awareness of different types of frauds. The study involves a targeted sample of 100 employees working in banks located in Gujarat.
