Real-world video violence identification is a critical task with broad implications for guaranteeing security, content control, and public safety. In order to reliably identify violent scenes in real-time videos, this study suggests an automated approach for violence identification utilizing pre-trained models. Modern pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for visual processing are combined in the system. The system provides robustness and higher accuracy in detecting violent content by combining the data from the two modalities. The progress is efficient enough to enable real-time processing, allowing quick analysis of video streams and quick detection of violent situations. The progress alerts the appropriate authorities or content moderators when it detects violent behaviour. To ensure prompt action, a timing and location of the identified violent incident are included in an email message sent to predetermined recipients

Introduction: Amlapitta, an Ayurvedic disorder associated with Pitta Dosha imbalance, manifests as hyperacidity, nausea, and indigestion due to weakened Agni, the digestive fire. This leads to the formation of Ama, an incompletely digested, toxic by-product obstructing the Srotas. Modern medicine finds parallels with gastrointestinal disorders like GERD, where gut dysbiosis, an imbalance of gut microbiota, disrupts digestion, mimicking Ama-related symptoms. Primary objective: To explore the relationship between Ama formation and gut dysbiosis. Literature Review: This research examines the connection between Ama formation and gut dysbiosis, exploring microbial mechanisms contributing to digestive dysfunction in both frameworks. Ayurvedic sources on Agni and Ama are compared to modern studies on the microbiome's role in gut health. Ayurvedic and modern perspectives show significant overlap, with both identifying weak digestion as a core issue leading to toxin formation. In Ayurveda, Ama obstructs Srotas and causes inflammation, while in Western science, gut dysbiosis increases gut permeability and promotes systemic inflammation. Additionally, both systems emphasize diet's role in maintaining a balanced digestive environment to prevent toxin build-up. Discussion: The correlation between Ama and gut dysbiosis reveals shared pathophysiological pathways--both impair digestion, cause inflammation, and encourage toxin formation. Ayurveda's Agni aligns with the microbiome's regulatory role, where strong digestive fire or microbial balance prevents toxic accumulation. Conclusion: Understanding the link between Ama and gut dysbiosis fosters a comprehensive approach to gastrointestinal health, integrating Ayurvedic and modern insights. Future research on microbial profiles associated with Ama and gut health could inspire innovative interventions for conditions like Amlapitta.

Tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, remains one of the most significant global health challenges, especially with rising cases of drug-resistant TB strains. Traditional TB treatment relies heavily on a combination of synthetic antibiotics, including isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide. While effective, these drugs are associated with several limitations, such as severe side effects, high costs, and a growing prevalence of multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB). The emergence of these resistant strains underscores an urgent need for alternative therapies that are both effective and accessible, with fewer adverse effects and lower chances of developing resistance.

An electronic health record is a collection of a patient's medical records that can be accessed at any time and from any location by authorized personnel. The use of e-healthcare has led to improved social and health outcomes, as well as a reduction in medical errors. However, a major obstacle to the advancement of e-healthcare is the security issues related to patient data storage in IT frameworks. Blockchain technology has emerged as a potential solution to this issue and may revolutionize the healthcare industry. Sharing medical records can be time-consuming because the same person's records may be kept in several locations, increasing the likelihood of duplication in the system. Usually, producing fake reports requires altering or hacking the data. The primary cause of this is that patients are not allowed to view their data. This work establishes the groundwork for a blockchain-based strategy that includes smart contracts, context based access control, a public ledger, and a private ledger to securely manage patient data. The suggested architecture ensures reliable access to patient data, safe storage, and interoperability. Additionally, the proposed blockchain-based framework provides an efficient and trustworthy means of managing complex medical procedures. The study also outlines potential uses for blockchain technology in the healthcare industry, such as facilitating secure and anonymous sharing of health data for research purposes.

Masculinity is first noticed in primitive wild animal society. Later the same thing happened in the case of primitive human being. In the course of evolution man has formed a modern civilized society. Masculinity is flowing in the same way there. However instead of using force, women are suppressed in the society by applying intellect. This gender stereotype has also flowed through literature at different times. Attempts are being made to establish gender stereotype where literature continues to play a significant role.

Gandhi's life and work are infused with food and dietary concerns, dilemmas and questions. But the 'dreary details' of Gandhi's dietetics are improbable. This begs the question of the significance of food in Gandhi's thought as something other than, perhaps more than a thing to eat besides, a source of nourishment for the physiological needs of the body and feeding carnal pleasures, food has implications for the soul, renunciation, and politics. Gandhi's relationship with food is not just biological; it is also intellectual, moral, ethical, and political. The problematic of my paper is food and diet in Gandhi's An Autobiography or The Story of My Experiments with Truth. I wish to explore its relationship with Swaraj--Gandhi's life-project--as enunciated in Hind Swaraj, arguably, Gandhi's most widely read work since its first appearance in 1909. Hind Swaraj is regarded as a norm by which the significance of his other writings--including the Autobiography-- should be assessed. My purpose in this article is to pick out the line of inquiry connecting Hind Swaraj and the Autobiography; that which helps in analyzing the significance of food.

: Thermodynamic is a branch of physics which deals with the energy and work of a system. It was born in the 19th century as scientists were first discovering how to build and operate steam engines. Thermodynamics deals only with the large scale response of a system which we can observe and measure in experiments. Small scale gas interactions are described by the kinetic theory of gases. The methods complement each other; some principles are more easily understood in terms of thermodynamics and some principles are more easily explained by kinetic theory.

Abstract: Vulnerability assessment, in simple terms, is the process aimed at protecting sensitive data, resources, systems, or infrastructures from attacks by identifying weaknesses that can be exploited. A risk management process is how the self-assessment in its complexity, defines the risk following the degree of its impact and the possibility of use. To determine the presence or absence of vulnerabilities, it is important to choose between employing automated tools and performing manual testing and know which way is the best for the aimed performance within the specific time. This research paper will focus on the qualitative evaluation of the processes regarding vulnerability assessment with a focus on automated tools and manual testing to appropriately meet the requisite output volume and quality. It is expected that most of the findings will be helpful in promptly addressing the relevant scenarios and timelines to apposite vulnerability assessment methods. To do that, the study will focus on applying both approaches to see what is more efficient in what conditions. A thorough study has revealed that the automated testing approach can be time-consuming and involves a lot of effort. Manual testing, otherwise, tends to focus on specific types of vulnerabilities but is faster. The ideal approach will seek to combine the two testing strategies into a hybrid approach, which is expected to strike the best possible balance. This will also provide a complete reporting mechanism that meets regulatory requirements and ensures that timely reports are available.

In Chapter 1, the research introduces the increasing prevalence of depression and anxiety among the elderly population and positions "music therapy" as a promising 'non-pharmacological intervention'. The chapter outlines the research aims, objectives, and hypotheses, focusing on assessing music therapy's impact on mental health outcomes, particularly depression and anxiety. Chapter 2 presents a literature review, highlighting prior studies that demonstrate music therapy's potential to improve emotional well-being in elderly patients. It also identifies a gap in the quantitative research on 'music therapy's frequency and duration, particularly its role in reducing depression and anxiety. Chapter 3 details the research methodology, employing a quantitative approach through a structured Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 60 elderly patients. The data analysis, informed by a 'positivist philosophy' and a 'cross-sectional survey strategy', was conducted using statistical methods, including an independent 'sample t-test'. In Chapter 4, the data analysis confirms that 'music therapy' significantly reduces 'depression and anxiety' levels in elderly patients. The analysis supports both Emotional Regulation and Exposure and Habituation theories, emphasising music's role in emotional regulation and the cumulative benefits of repeated therapy sessions. Chapter 5 presents the results, showing significant improvements in mental health and emotional stability. Chapter 6 concludes that 'music therapy' is an effective treatment for elderly patients, and recommends increasing its accessibility, integrating it with other therapies, and conducting further research on long-term benefits.

The statement "prevention is better than cure" and its applications is not new for Ayurvedic health care system. This statement defines the aim and objectives of Ayurvedic health care system in a nutshell "swasthasya swasthya rakshanam aaturasya vikara prashamanam". Ayurveda strongly emphasizes on preventive and promotive aspects of health rather than curative. The main purpose of preventive attributes prescribed in Ayurveda is to improve immunity. According to Ayurveda immunity (Vyadhi Kshamatva) means the power of the body which decreases the damaging power of the disease and stops the genesis of the disease. Both plant and animal sources produce immunomodulatory effects to boost the body's immunological reactivity against infections by engaging the non-specific immune system. Herbal immunomodulators are substances that either activate or suppress innate and adaptive immune responses in the body. Global scientific study is currently focused on how various medicinal plant components might alter the immune system. Numerous Indian and "Rasayana" and medicinal plants may have immunomodulatory characteristics. The Ayurvedic concepts like Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvrutta, Pathya Apathya, Rasayana, Ahara Vidhi Vidhana, Panchakarma etc. also play an essential role in modulating the immune system. The purpose of this review is to focus the light on Ayurvedic concepts in the modulation of immune system which is necessary in todays era to live a healthy life.

With continuous improvement in human life standards, trash accumulation is also increasing exponentially causing environmental pollution and a great dilemma for future generations. However, recycling is being practiced in many countries but only in developed ones. Apart from recycling, transformation and value addition in trash material through trash can be another breakthrough in managing garbage. An effort is made to utilize and transform trash material into some useful laboratory tools of biological sciences particularly insect rearing cages, birdhouses, dissection needles and blades, aspirators, aley traps, and light traps. All these laboratory tools are of fairly high cost in the market but with trash art, they become very cheap and handy. Such trash artworks can improve the earnings of poor people and can become one of the possible future enterprises.

The common practice of human observation in a physical exam hall is both expensive and labor-intensive. This abstract presents a system that automatically monitors student's activity during online tests using anti-cheat tools. The student's computer camera tracks facial movement and also captures audio to observe student's behavior and any suspicious activity to prevent any misconduct. The system comprises facial recognition, audio detection, facial movement tracking and unexpected behavior detection using Yolo model, Face keypoint detection using custom modules. Yolo is utilized to analyze and recognize facial features from the student's camera feed facilitating identity verification during online tests. Yolo model is also used for mobile phone detection. The custom module plays a crucial role in detecting unexpected behaviors by identifying patterns indicative of potential misconduct. The Custom modules keypoint detector pinpoints specific facial landmarks thus allowing for a detailed analysis of head movements and students presence. Incorporation of audio module pipeline is implemented which uses an in house algorithm for speech detection during online tests. The objective is to improve the reliability of online exams, ensuring fairness among students.
