The proliferation of latency-sensitive, mission-critical applications has exposed the limitations of conventional BGP routing in meeting stringent service-level agreements (SLAs) within modern Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WANs). This review synthesizes a decade of research on artificial intelligence (AI) techniques applied to BGP route optimization in SLA-driven SD-WAN architectures. We examine supervised learning, deep reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and graph neural networks, alongside predictive analytics for proactive SLA maintenance. Experimental evidence from both simulation and real-world testbeds indicates that AI-augmented approaches improve SLA compliance by 10-22 percentage points over default BGP and 5-16 points over heuristic traffic engineering, while reducing route churn and operational costs. Key challenges include ensuring trustworthy AI, handling cross-domain optimization, safeguarding against adversarial threats, and standardizing interoperability. Future research directions emphasize explainable AI, federated optimization, carbon-aware routing, and integration with intent-based networking. This review provides both a comprehensive state-of-the-art summary and a forward-looking agenda for researchers and practitioners in AI-driven network control.

Now a day, With the growth of digital tools and social media, traditional recruitment methods have undergone a complete transformation. In this study, the focus is on understanding how social media learning and its proper use influence modern hiring methods. It outlines the process in which the likes of LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram have become important weapons in the arsenal of recruiters to attract, engage, and retain talent. This research adopts descriptive and qualitative methodologies and collects data entirely from secondary sources such as academic journals, HR reports, surveys, and other reliable online sources. The evidence reveals that acquiring knowledge of use social media improves a recruiter's efficiency and overall performance, builds employer branding, lowers recruitment costs, and can make talent acquisition more active. The issues that the authors of the paper consider include privacy concerns, ethical issues, and the necessity of continuous skill development because of the rapid change of platform. They give some suggestions to HR professionals on how they can implement social media training that is well-structured, keep up with the ethics, and use a hybrid method of recruitment that involves both digital and traditional methods. To sum up, the human resources skills related to social media have been so significantly enhanced that they can now be seen as a way of connecting employers and job-seekers and as a factor that makes the recruitment process more efficient, transparent, and dynamic, all of which are congruent with the digital era we live in.

The ethical ramifications of AI and digital tools' ability to alter artistic styles, or, to put it simply, the quick and rapid rise of advanced software and its potential moral consequences, have put artistic creations like Studio Ghibli's popular artwork and stories at risk of being fully consumed by the general public in a matter of minutes. Unquestionably, software can repeat itself in any kind of art, particularly in the modern digital environment. However, the question remains whether it can substitute the human drama's philosophical currents and emotional touch, which are unique to Hayao Miyazaki's storytelling style. Miyazaki's actual artwork is trending throughout the entire technology sector. The concern is whether AI can replace the uniqueness of genuine art forms and their copyrights, even though it is undeniable that AI and digital technologies can replicate any style of art. A more balanced approach is recommended in the paper's conclusion, including the adoption of digital ethical principles, stringent intellectual property laws, and respect for the originality of artistic creations. Instead of eradicating such a distinctive art style, the most crucial thing is to honor and promote Studio Ghibli's conventional human art depiction.

Purpose: This paper examines how Indian firms adopt HR analytics, the barriers that impede maturity, and the extent to which analytics contributes to HR and business decision-making. Grounded in the Resource-Based View, Human Capital Theory, Dynamic Capabilities, Diffusion of Innovation, and Institutional Theory, it positions HR analytics as a potential strategic lever rather than a reporting tool. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative, cross-sectional survey instrument was developed to measure adoption maturity (descriptive -> prescriptive), outcomes in talent acquisition, training needs identification/ROI, engagement, and decision-making, alongside organisational and ethical barriers. A pilot (n ? 30) was conducted to pre-test item clarity, feasibility, and preliminary patterns; the full doctoral study targets ~350-400 responses for inferential analysis. Findings (pilot): Most organisations remain at descriptive analytics, with limited diagnostic use and rare predictive/prescriptive applications. Recruitment emerges as the common entry point (time-to-hire, sourcing mix, offer acceptance), while training ROI and engagement-to-retention linkages are underutilised. Key barriers include fragmented systems, skills gaps, cultural reliance on intuition, leadership hesitation, and heightened governance requirements under India's DPDP Act (2023). Sectoral differences are evident: IT/ITeS leads; SMEs lag due to cost and capability constraints. Practical implications: A staged roadmap is proposed--data foundations, descriptive dashboards, diagnostic analyses, predictive pilots, and prescriptive interventions--enabled by leadership sponsorship, HR-analytics upskilling, integration of HRIS/ATS/payroll/performance data, and privacy-preserving governance. Originality/value: The study contributes India-specific empirical insight, a validated survey instrument for larger-scale testing, and a theory-informed framework that links adoption maturity to measurable HR and business outcomes.

The widespread creation of high-quality AI-generated imagery poses significant challenges to digital trust, facilitating new forms of misinformation and copyright violation. Existing methods for identifying such content are often inadequate, as they can be easily circumvented through simple image edits. This paper confronts this critical gap by proposing a novel, dual-layer framework for reliably marking and verifying AI-generated images. Our solution integrates advanced detection capabilities with standardized provenance tracking to establish a highly resilient authentication system. Experimental results confirm that the proposed approach substantially surpasses current methods in maintaining detection accuracy through various image manipulations. This work demonstrates that a combined strategy is essential for ensuring transparency and accountability in the digital media ecosystem.

The present study seeks to identify the website features that contribute to e-cart abandonment across different online shopping environments. Data were collected from 1,074 millennial and generation Z shoppers in India and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings reveal that restrictive return policies, intrusive visual elements, and lengthy checkout processes are the most influential factors affecting e-cart abandonment, while inadequate product information and poor visual design exert minimal impact on e-cart abandonment. The findings underscores that modern online shoppers prioritize transactional ease, transparent policies, and minimal cognitive load over visual aesthetics or product information adequacy. The study provides actionable insights for e-retailers to enhance user experience by simplifying checkout processes, ensuring clear refund and return policies, and minimizing intrusive design elements.

Human monkeypox is a zoonotic infection caused by an orthopoxvirus, and in many ways its symptoms resemble smallpox. This similarity often makes it hard for doctors to clearly distinguish monkeypox from smallpox or even from varicella (chickenpox) just by looking at the patient. Because of this, laboratory tests remain the key method for confirming cases and keeping track of outbreaks. The problem with monkeypox testing is simple: the tools we have right now are often too slow and not always accurate. That means there's still a big gap in how quickly we can confirm cases, and better tests are badly needed. Most of the infections are still seen in Central and West Africa, usually in rural areas where hospitals and labs are limited, making tracking even harder. Still, health workers have found that simple guides and training materials can make a difference in spotting and reporting cases. Another issue is that since smallpox vaccination stopped years ago, people have lost the natural protection it used to give against related viruses. This has left whole communities more open to outbreaks. To understand how things are shifting, researchers are turning to new epidemiological studies to map out how monkeypox is spreading and what burden it carries.

The Apparel Industry is a major part of the world economy, involving the design, production, marketing, and distribution of clothing or apparel. It is one of the biggest and most labor-intensive industries, adding billions of dollars to the world economy and employing millions, especially in developing nations such as India and Bangladesh. As fashion trends and consumer demand change rapidly, the industry keeps evolving through supply chain changes, technological innovation, and sustainability efforts. Despite its economic importance, the Apparel Industry in both nations has some challenges. The Apparel Industry is an economic mainstay worldwide, but it is also one that is routinely characterized by systemic labor issues that compound mental health issues. The same trend can be seen across the supply chain, from apparel workers in low-income countries to retail workers in high-income ones. This paper focuses on these concerns, the responsible factors for these issues, and how more holistic as well as psychological interventions could help to alleviate the mental health issues among workers in the Bangladeshi and Indian Apparel Industry. Improving the mental health of workers in the apparel industry requires structural changes, including the integration of corporate responsibility, policy development, and community care, as prioritizing workers' mental health is both ethical and essential for sustainable industrial development.
