Cardiovascular disease remains a leading cause of death worldwide, and obesity and overweight are significant risk factors. Recent evidence suggests that semaglutide (Wegovy), a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, may have a role in reducing cardiovascular risk. This review article provides a comprehensive overview of the latest research on the effects of Wegovy on heart health. As a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, Wegovy has been shown to improve glycemic control and reduce cardiovascular risk in individuals with obesity or over weight. We summarize the findings from recent clinical trial and additionally, we discuss the potential mechanisms by which semaglutide exerts its weight management effect. Recent clinical trial proves that Wegovy significantly reduced the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events by 20% (6.5% vs 8% in the placebo group), cardiovascular death by 15%, and all-cause mortality by 19%. Additionally, semaglutide showed improvements in secondary endpoints, including significant reductions in body weight, blood pressure, and lipid levels. Based on the results obtained on those clinical trials, on 8th March 2024 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a new indication for use for Wegovy (semaglutide) injection to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death, heart attack and stroke in adults with cardiovascular disease and either obesity or overweight.

Accessing, organizing, and preserving information in the digital age has been completely transformed by digital libraries. They are vital for ensuring that people all over the world have access to information and knowledge since they are huge archives of digital resources. They offer a platform for archival records, books, multimedia, and other types of digital information such as academic articles. Digital libraries allow users to access information from anywhere at any time by digitizing resources and removing geographic restrictions. Digital libraries also offer advanced indexing techniques, metadata tagging, and keyword searching, which improves the discoverability of materials and speeds up information retrieval. While interacting with digital libraries, users frequently run across a number of problems despite their many advantages. It takes efficient management techniques to address these user difficulties. By implementing user-friendly interfaces, streamlined navigation, and extensive search capabilities, digital libraries should prioritize improving the user experience. Iterative design upgrades should take user feedback and usability testing into account. Clear license agreements must be established in order to facilitate greater access to digital resources while preserving intellectual property rights. This requires cooperation between libraries, publishers, and content producers. To reduce the risks of format obsolescence and data loss, long-term preservation methods should put a focus on the usage of open and standardized formats, thorough metadata, and regular monitoring.

India's rapid urbanization has fueled economic growth but also exacerbated environmental degradation, particularly air pollution, in megacities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. This essay examines the impact of urban expansion on air quality and public health, highlighting major pollution sources like vehicular emissions, industrial activities, and biomass burning. The deterioration of air quality has led to a public health crisis, with increased respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, as well as mental health issues. Cities like Delhi frequently experience hazardous Air Quality Index (AQI) levels, affecting vulnerable populations. Government initiatives, including the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP), Bharat Stage VI emission standards, and the promotion of electric vehicles, are being implemented to combat the issue. However, more sustainable urban planning and stricter enforcement of pollution controls are essential to mitigate the long-term effects of air pollution on public health and the environment in Indian megacities.

Abstract The Indian freedom movement, influenced by ancient Indian philosophies like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, aimed to establish a just and fair society. Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy of Satyagraha, rooted in ahimsa, was a form of nonviolent resistance. Buddhism and Jainism, which emphasize non-violence, compassion, and the Middle Path, were relevant to the movement. The Indian Freedom Movement challenged Western colonialism by emphasizing nonviolence, self-determination, and cultural preservation. It played a crucial role in establishing India as a democracy, promoting religious tolerance, pluralism, and social justice. The movement's focus on marginalized communities continues to shape Indian society and culture today.

Celebrity endorsement is a form of advertising or marketing strategy that an organization uses to promote their product by using the fame of celebrity like actor, sportsperson, social activist and so on. Marketers use celebrity endorsers in a hope that the positive image of the celebrity endorser will be passed on to the product's or brand's image. Celebrity endorsement of a company's product is effectively large because celebrities have the potential to reach a large number of consumers. Endorsement is a channel of brand communication in which a celebrity acts as the brand's spokesperson and certifies the brand's claim and position by extending his/her personality, popularity, status in society or expertise in the field to the brand. Celebrity advertisement drives the sales of many products. These days, a celebrity advertisement can tap into the social media following of celebrities. That is direct access to thousands of eyes for a product in addition to the credibility of a celebrity endorsemen

The advancement of microelectronics and wireless communication technologies has facilitated the widespread adoption of small, networked, and cost-effective sensors in industrial applications and environmental monitoring. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), however, encounter significant challenges due to limitations such as limited processing power, small memory capacity, energy constraints, and network-specific issues like narrow bandwidth and dynamic topology changes. This paper explores the enhancement of WSNs through the implementation of the Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol and a hybrid optimization technique, combining Particle Swarm Optimization and Grey Wolf Optimizer (PSOGWO), for cluster head election. Our approach aims to optimize the lifecycle of nodes within the network. Performance metrics such as network lifetime and network throughput are evaluated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. The results indicate a significant improvement in both network longevity and data transmission efficiency, showcasing the potential of optimized cluster head selection in extending the operational lifespan of WSNs.

This paper has made an endeavor to explore the direction of linkage between eco-efficiency and firm performance. By invoking the use of review of literature, this paper has comprehensively reviewed and presented the studies carried out in context of the linkage between eco-efficiency and firm performance. It was observed that there existed subjectivity in the type of measures used for gauging eco-efficiency as well as firm performance. This variability in results was attributed to the diversity in the different methods of measurement of the variables used in quantifying the variables. The nation in which the study has been done also had a major role behind the inconsistency of the results.
