 Abstract

Hypertension is extremely common among patients on maintenance hemodialysis (HD) and is a major driver of cardiovascular complications and mortality. Effective blood pressure (BP) management depends not only on appropriate drug therapy but also on consistent adherence to prescribed regimens. In HD patients, adherence is frequently inadequate due to factors such as treatment complexity, large pill burdens, emotional distress, and financial or logistical barriers. The Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale (ARMS) is a validated questionnaire that evaluates both medication-taking and refill behaviors, making it especially suitable for individuals with chronic health conditions such as end-stage renal disease (ESRD). This review outlines the epidemiology and pathophysiology of hypertension in HD, explores adherence-related challenges, compares available assessment tools, and highlights the advantages of ARMS for evaluating and improving antihypertensive medication adherence. It also summarizes available evidence and proposes directions for future clinical and research initiatives.

 Abstract

The advent of digital humanities has revolutionized the study of literature by integrating computational tools with traditional interpretive methods. This paper explores the application of digital humanities methodologies including text mining, computational linguistics, and digital archiving to analyse literary texts and uncover patterns, trends, and hidden structures that remain elusive through conventional close reading. By employing large-scale text mining techniques, scholars can identify recurring motifs, stylistic markers, and intertextual relationships across extensive corpora. Computational linguistics enables nuanced examinations of language, semantics, and sentiment, offering insights into authorial style, cultural influences, and socio-political contexts. Digital archives further enhance accessibility, enabling researchers to curate, annotate, and preserve vast bodies of literary work while fostering collaborative scholarship. The study emphasizes the complementary nature of distant and close reading, arguing that digital humanities tools do not replace humanistic inquiry but rather augment it with scale, precision, and new interpretive possibilities. Ultimately, this paper demonstrates how computational approaches extend the boundaries of literary analysis, paving the way for innovative scholarship that bridges technology and the humanities.

 Abstract

Tourism has multi-dimensional impacts, influencing the social, cultural, economic, political, environmental, and other aspects of society. Among these, environmental impact has emerged as a significant concern, as the rapid growth of tourism over the years has brought both opportunities and challenges for tourism and society. The objectives of this study are to assess both the positive and negative impacts of tourism on the environment and to analyse the community's awareness of, and response to, these changes. The research design was descriptive, and the study was conducted in the key areas of Dharamshala. Purposive sampling was used to select 50 respondents. Data collection involved the semi-structured interview schedule method. The present study findings highlight that tourism in Dharamshala has led to both positive and negative environmental impacts. Consequently, local communities, authorities, and tourism-related commercial establishments are actively working towards sustainable tourism practices.

 Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a cost-effective smart solar tracking system aimed at improving the efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) energy harvesting. The system is designed to automatically orient itself toward the sun throughout the day, unlike conventional fixed panels that capture limited sunlight. The design employs Light Dependent Resistors (LDRs) as sensors, an LM393 comparator for signal processing, and a motor driver (L298N) to control the motion of DC gear motors. A small solar panel is used for power generation and tested under varying sunlight conditions. The research follows a descriptive design supported by quantitative analysis, where the tracker's output performance is compared with that of a fixed panel. Findings indicate that the smart tracker enhances energy output significantly, demonstrating its potential for scalable and sustainable applications in renewable energy.

 Abstract

Ocular drug delivery is one of the most challenging tasks faced by Pharmaceutical researchers. Major barriers in ocular medication are the ability to maintain a therapeutic level of the drug at the site of action for a prolonged duration. The ophthalmic preparations are available as sterile, buffered, isotonic solution. Several types of dosage forms are applied as the delivery system for the ocular delivery of drugs. The most prescribed dosage form is the eye drop solution as drops are easier to administer. Suspensions, gelled systems, ointment are also used for prolonged therapeutic action. Solvent casting technique was used to prepare the ocuserts. Ten formulation were prepared by using propranolol drug, cocos nucifera as biopolymer . The ocuserts were physically examined for colour and various other physical parameters were evaluated. Based on the physical parameters further studies were carried out like stability, invitro release studies. The therapeutic efficacy of an ocular drug can be greatly improved by prolonging its contact with the corneal surface. Newer ocular drug delivery systems are being explored to develop extended duration and controlled release strategy.

 Abstract

This paper examines the shift from traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) toward AI-driven optimization models such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO). With the rise of generative and conversational search technologies like Google SGE and ChatGPT, users now receive synthesized answers instead of browsing search results. The study uses a qualitative literature review and comparative framework to evaluate how these models affect digital marketing strategies, user behavior, and content creation. Findings show that AI-powered engines prioritize semantic accuracy, structured data, and authoritative content. The paper identifies best practices for marketers to adapt in this new search environment.

 Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive examination of Cauchy's principle in the context of special and general relativity, tracing its origins from classical partial differential equations to its modern role in the formulation of deterministic spacetime evolution. We review the mathematical structure of the Cauchy problem, including PDE classification, constraint equations, and well-posedness criteria, before applying these concepts to relativistic field theories. In special relativity, the principle manifests in Lorentz-invariant hyperbolic systems, ensuring consistent propagation of initial data across inertial frames. In general relativity, the interplay between the Einstein field equations, foliation techniques, and gauge choices defines a more intricate Cauchy problem, where spacetime geometry itself is a dynamical variable. We analyze the ADM decomposition, constraint propagation, and the implications of local versus global hyperbolicity, emphasizing the physical significance of domains of dependence and Cauchy horizons. The discussion connects these mathematical results to the principles of relativity, determinism, and cosmic censorship, situating Cauchy's principle at the core of modern theoretical physics.

 Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has evolved into a transformative technology capable of analyzing and forecasting human behavior across multiple sectors--ranging from marketing and healthcare to social media, security, and psychology. With access to extensive datasets and powerful learning algorithms, AI systems can recognize behavioral trends, predict future actions, and even personalize responses with remarkable precision. This study reviews the current progress in AI-driven behavior prediction, focusing on methods like neural networks, natural language processing, and behavioral analytics. It also examines their effectiveness, ethical considerations, and limitations. While AI demonstrates high accuracy in certain scenarios, issues related to bias, privacy, model transparency, and human unpredictability continue to restrict absolute precision. The research concludes by discussing future prospects and the importance of maintaining ethical, explainable, and human-centered AI development.  Abstract

Social media influencer marketing has emerged as a powerful strategy for brands to connect with target audiences through trusted voices in the digital space. By leveraging influencers--individuals with established credibility and substantial followings on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)--companies can enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and influence consumer purchasing behaviour. This marketing approach thrives on authenticity, relatability, and the influencers' ability to create persuasive, niche-specific content. As traditional advertising loses effectiveness among digital-native consumers, influencer marketing provides a more personalized and interactive alternative. However, challenges such as influencer fraud, ethical concerns, and measuring return on investment (ROI) continue to evolve. This study explores the dynamics, benefits, and limitations of influencer marketing in the modern digital ecosystem, highlighting its growing role in shaping brand strategies.

 Abstract

This paper examines the integration of sustainability within digital marketing, with a focus on identifying and evaluating green marketing strategies in the online environment. It explores how businesses can mitigate the environmental footprint of their digital operations while effectively integrating eco-friendly messaging into digital campaigns. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach combining a consumer survey (n=500) and multiple case studies, this research identifies a significant consumer willingness to reward authentic green strategies and penalize greenwashing. The findings suggest that sustainability in digital marketing is not just a trend but a strategic necessity driven by increasing consumer expectations, regulatory pressures, and the urgent need for environmental preservation. The study concludes that a framework combining technological efficiency, transparent communication, and ethical data practices is essential for credible sustainable digital marketing.

 Abstract

Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) remains an effective yet controversial psychiatric treatment. This study assessed the knowledge and attitude of caregivers of psychotic patients toward ECT and evaluated the effectiveness of psycho education. An evaluative quasi-experimental study was conducted among 80 caregivers (40 IPD and 40 OPD) using a semi-structured questionnaire and Likert scale. Psycho education was provided to the IPD group, and post-test data were collected after seven days. Findings revealed significant improvement in knowledge (t=14.34) and attitude (t=9.49) in the IPD group, while minimal change was observed in the OPD group. The correlation between knowledge and attitude in the IPD group was strong (r=0.81). The study concluded that psycho education effectively improved caregivers' knowledge and attitude regarding ECT.
