A global health issue is the concurrent increase in the widespread presence of obesity and T2DM, sometimes known as "diabesity". One of the common causes of T2DM and one of the limitations in achieving good glycemic control is obesity. Effectiveness, lack of weight gain or promotion of weight loss with minimal risk of hypoglycemia, and not perturbing cardio-vascular system should all be the characteristics of best glucose-lowering drug. Development of the drug Tirzepatide, which is known as Twincretin by its action has a combined role of GIP and GLP-1 tends to promote weight loss as well with lowering blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Security has grained down to every aspect of human life. From simple mobiles to sophisticated bank accounts all are secure. In today's world, when Terabytes of confidential data are exchanged over network, why to give data security an after-thought. Cryptography is a medium to provide data security on the network. From the 16th century this technique has been promoted in various ways. Traditional cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric) have reached a saturation point with the advent of quantum computers. Cracking a key using a quantum computer is not at all a difficult task. This scattered situation was normalized with the rise of 'Quantum Cryptography'. Quantum refers to the minimum amount of physical entity involved in an interaction. Quantum Cryptography is based on the elementary particle of light i.e. 'Photon' and has overcome major gap of traditional cryptography i.e. passive interception. Quantum Cryptography has already made its debut in the practical world successfully. This technique is not much commercialized and has several loopholes too. It is progressing at a very fast rate but has not yet reached its epitome of success. Ignoring all odds, if we consider the progress of the computer world in terms of fast processing, we can say that 'Quantum Cryptography is the future of cryptographic world'

The main objective of the project is to detect pedestrians using the YOLOv5 deep learning model and enhance pedestrian safety. The goal of this innovative pedestrian detection and safety method is to address the shortcomings of the existing system, improving detection accuracy and enhancing pedestrian safety. Leveraging advancements from previous YOLO versions, the YOLOv5 model offers increased speed and accuracy while providing a unified framework for model training, enabling real-time object detection, which is gaining substantial attention. Detecting pedestrians is particularly critical for autonomous vehicles, yet it poses significant challenges due to variations in age, gender, clothing, lighting, backgrounds, and occlusion among pedestrians. The paper introduces a novel approach to pedestrian detection using a publicly available image dataset. Creating accurate annotations for this dataset is challenging, given the presence of images with extreme lighting conditions, such as direct sunlight, and unreliable intrinsic features for training. Therefore, we propose a customized YOLOv5 model trained with different loss and regularization methods to enhance its base accuracy. Based on our findings, we present a solution for addressing real-time pedestrian detection issues. These techniques hold promise for various applications, including Autonomous Vehicles and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

The use of electric vehicles is receiving increased attention due to the environmental problems associated with conventional fossil fuel vehicles and their rising energy demand. The heat the battery produces as it is being charged and discharged and the high and the low operating temperatures adversely influence the battery's lifespan and cause thermal runaway. A battery thermal management system (BTMS) is fundamentally needed to ensure the battery operates safely and extends its lifespan. Numerous BTMS kinds have been developed, including those that use air cooling, liquid cooling, PCM-based cooling, heat pipes, thermoelectric cooling, etc. The development of hybrid BTMS(HBTMS), which combines active and passive systems now in use, was prompted by the fact that each type has distinct advantages and limits. The current research examines several hybrid BTMS configurations and compares them to existing BTMS. The study concentrates on the advantages of adopting HBTMS under high discharge rate circumstances. It provided a critical analysis of the impact of performance-influencing parameters in PCMs with air cooling and PCMs with liquid cooling, as well as the range of such research in developing HBTMS in the future.

Abstract: Long hours of driving and extended periods of sitting have long been associated with various health concerns among truck drivers. One aspect of this occupational health challenge that has received limited attention is the prevalence of piriformis muscle tightness. The piriformis muscle, located deep within the buttock region, plays a crucial role in hip stability and leg movement. Its tightness can lead to discomfort, pain, and reduced mobility, significantly impacting the well-being and performance of truck drivers. This project, "Prevalence of Piriformis Muscle Tightness in Truck Drivers," seeks to address this critical gap in research by investigating the extent of piriformis muscle tightness among truck drivers. Understanding the prevalence and potential implications of this condition is essential for the development of preventive measures and interventions aimed at enhancing the musculoskeletal health, comfort, and overall safety of truck drivers during long hours on the road. Method - An observational study was conducted on 125 subjects at several truck parking stop. Individuals were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Individuals were explained about the procedure and informed consent was taken from all the included subjects before starting the procedure of the study. FAIR test was done. Result - According to the tests performed there is a prevalence of piriformis muscle tightness in 73 truck drivers i.e., 58% out of 125 participating truck drivers and 52 participating truck drivers were not having tightness of piriformis muscle tightness i.e. 42% truck drivers.

Fatigue is a widespread issue that causes cognitive and physical performance impairment and poses risks in various areas of the transportation industry. Visual cues provide valuable information for fatigue detection and monitoring due to their non-intrusive nature and the ability to capture small changes in a person's appearance and behavior. Visual cues-based fatigue detection methods are approaches that use various visual indicators to detect and assess fatigue in an individual. Various methods for using visual cues to detect fatigue in an individual have been developed using technologies such as computer vision and machine learning algorithms. This paper discusses state-of-the-art driver fatigue detection using visual cues-based methods, how these methods can be used to address an important road safety issue, and how they can transform the way driver alertness is monitored, thus avoiding accidents caused by fatigue.

Cloud Computing facilitates business by storing an enormous amount of data in the cloud transmitted over the Internet with seamless access to the data and no hardware compatibility limitations. However, data during transmission is vulnerable to man in middle, known plain text, chosen cipher text, related key and pollution attack. Therefore, uploading data on a single cloud may increase the risk of damage to the confidential data. Existing literature study uncovered multiple cryptography techniques such as SA-EDS, Reliable Framework for Data Administration (RFDA), Encryption and Splitting Technique (EST) to secure data storage over multi-cloud. However, existing methods are vulnerable to numerous attacks. This article emphasis on data security issues over multi cloud and proposes a Proficient Security over Distributed Storage (PSDS) method. PSDS divides the data is into two categories; normal and sensitive, furthermore the sensitive data is further divided into two parts. Each part is encrypted and distributed over multi-cloud whereas the normal data is uploaded on a single cloud in encrypted form. At the decryption stage, sensitive data is merged from multi-cloud. The PSDS is tested against multiple attacks and it has been concluded that it is resistant to related key attack, pollution attack, chosen cipher text attack, and known plain text attack. Furthermore, PSDS has less computational time as compared to the STTN and RFD encryption method

Orality is all about making knowledge memorable. This can include proverbs, tales, riddles, legends, myths, epic songs, poems etc., which pass on from one generation to another, thereby transmitting the cultural and social values of the communities. Before the advent of writing, the oral traditions are meant for keeping the cultures alive. The Native or Indigenous people who are said to be identified with this orality are considered as the Fourth world people, no matter in which country they are living; and they are known for their specific and intense relationship with nature and the land in which they are living. Through memorising and narrating of the stories they believe in their orality which is the rich source of every detail about their origin, survival and the formation of the culture, and also these people consider the stories as the source of their bonding with each other in the communities and hence they pay tribute to the early beginnings through their stories. The complex understandings behind the creation of mankind, universe, other living creatures were made easy by incorporating them into stories, and hence making nature as an inherent part of their lives. In view of Native Americans, not only the living things like humans, plants and animals but the winds, water, fire, stones etc., are living and sentient and they believe that all these things living and non-living in the nature, are interconnected and interdependent in an imaginary circle. All the elements of nature were finely interwoven by having their identity in the form of stories; and hence the oral cultures became the source for the transmission of knowledge from generations to generations. In this context, this paper attempts to analyse the role and significance of storytelling/oral tradition in the lives of Native American people and their cultures, who are said to be the part of the Fourth world; and also, the application of the studies of orality in the contemporary scenario. The words Aboriginal, Indigenous, Native or Dalit gives the same meaning to address the people of Fourth world and hence, in this paper, the terms Indigenous and Native people are used interchangeably without any ambiguity.

Computing ability and storage space need of these devices are ever-increasing enormously, it demands the secure way of storing the data in cost efficient model. Cloud Computing has many advantages inherent in it, but yet there are several risks and constraint exists, for e.g. protection, data access control, efficiency, bandwidth, etc a novel remote data integrity checking model: CP-ABE,IDP (identity-based proxy) in multi-cloud storage. To analyze the efficiency of various well known cryptographic algorithms such as Identity-based cryptography, Proxy public key cryptography, these symmetric algorithms were implemented on cloud background and through the results derived from real time implementation of these algorithms on various handheld procedure, it is shown that which cryptographic technique can provide efficient and reliable security mechanism for information access control and security of user's outsourced information in cloud computing. Recently , fog server based three-layer architecture has been presented for secure storage employing multiple clouds. The essential techniques used are Hash-Solomon code and customized hash algorithm in order to attain the goal. Implementation loss of smaller portion of data to cloud server and failed to provide better modification detection and data recoverability. This project proposes a novel fog-centric secure cloud storage scheme to protect data against unauthorized access, modification, and destruction. To prevent illegitimate access, the proposed scheme employs a new technique Or-Combination to conceal data. Moreover, Block-Management outsources the outcomes of Or-Combination to prevent malicious retrieval and to ensure better recoverability in case of data loss. Simultaneously, this proposes a technique based on hash algorithm in order to facilitate modification detection with higher probability. It also explains a robustness of the proposed scheme through security analysis.

Abstract Women have been facing challenges and stressors in patriarchal society since time immemorial. Over the centuries they have also successfully managed to overcome patriarchal control and claim equality and emotional well-being. This study examines Preeti Shenoy's The Rule Breakers focusing on the protagonist Veda's psychological distress and her psychological journey using Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory as a framework. Through this psychological lens, the analysis explores how societal expectations contribute to characters' inner struggles and emotional distress. It investigates the cognitive processes underlying her reactions, including self-perception, identity formation, and coping mechanisms, and how the character's interpersonal relationships are influenced by her psychological distress. The research also highlights how the protagonist handles distress, fostering resilience and growth despite patriarchal constraints.
