Education system is getting revised in a progressive manner and it is at this point of time the new educational approach of integrating KWHLAQ strategy to Problem Based Learning has its importance. Problem Based Learning can be regarded as a powerful concept for active learning in education, but is left with no structure to implement if a proper strategy is not aligned with PBL. This paper aims to explore the effectiveness of KWHLAQ strategy if integrated with ProblemBased Learning (PBL) as an innovative approach to meet the PBL principles in a well-structured, organized and guided manner. The KWHLAQ strategy provides a framework that aligns with the core principles of PBL, in in which the learners actively involve in finding solution for ill structured problems related to real-world contexts provided in PBL scenario. The explanation on synergies between PBL and the KWHLAQ strategy, demonstrating how the latter can enhance problem-solving give a deeper insight of why this approach is significant.

Abstract The educational philosophies of Indian thinkers have stressed that education must be comprehensive and should aim at the development of the total personality of the individual in harmony with society and nature. Sri Aurobindo too has placed emphasis on all round development of the personality, which includes education of the senses, body, mind, moral and religious education and thus integral education is the combination of 5 domains - 1) The physical being 2) The vital being 3) The psychic being 4) The mental being 5) Spiritual being. Sri Aurobindo's philosophy of education research had a functional value only when its concerns emerge from events and problems that are experienced here and now. In this context the thematic problem-oriented type of research study acquires great significance. In the present study, the researcher has attempted to assess the effectiveness of integral education of Sri Aurobindo at cognitive and non-Cognitive level of 3 types of school - Delhi Administration, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Public school. Sample of study was selected by purposive sampling method. 180 students (60 each) of class 9th and total 42 teachers from the district West of Delhi were the sample. Observation schedule, Attitude scale and Achievement Test were the tools used in this research. The data was analyzed quantitatively as well as qualitatively. For quantitative analysis SPSS was used. The data was analyzed after intervention of tools of the study and the major findings of the study is that there was a significant difference in cognitive and non-Cognitive learning outcomes of Sri Aurobindo's integrated approach as compared to traditional educational approach. Sri Aurobindo's integral education gives complete description of education system and also the consciousness structure of the human being.

There are high recovery claims for damages suffered by patients in world's richest countries, inspite of best medical care system developed countries face several malpractice suits. Often bad decisions, mistakes and failure to diagnose and treat patients properly attract liability of law. Lofty compensations are claimed against careless medical providers. In developed countries there are caps on damage claims, therefore medical insurance both by the doctors and patients are mandatorily availed to be protected under insurance coverage benefits. The medical malpractice systems around the developed counties of the globe has astonished the Indians who has very meagre idea about medical negligence issues. Hence the Indian Government at the centre and state apply these medical negligence laws of the developed countries to help patients' victims of medical negligence in getting justice from competent courts and authorities.

The genre known as "cli-fi," or climate fiction, has gained prominence as a means of artistically addressing the complex realities of environmental degradation and climate change. This ecocritical study looks at how climate fiction explores the potential for resilience and adaptation, the interconnectedness of ecosystems, the ethical ramifications of human choices, and the catastrophic effects of climate change. These stories force readers to confront the unimaginable consequences of inaction and to consider the psychological and emotional aspects of the climate catastrophe. The analysis, viewed through a critical lens, demonstrates how cli-fi emphasises the moral responsibilities of individuals, critiques anthropocentrism, and imagines hopeful futures amid despair. Furthermore, the genre promotes empathy and understanding by amplifying diverse voices, especially those of marginalised communities that are disproportionately affected by climate change. In the end, climate fiction is a potent tool for igniting social change and raising awareness of our shared responsibility for creating a sustainable future.

Lung disease identification is an important field of research in healthcare, and non-invasive approaches such as human voice analysis have gained traction. This study investigates the use of deep learning approaches, such as 1D Convolutional Neural Networks (1D CNN), Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN), Long Short-Term Memory networks(LSTM), and Gated Recurrent Units (GRU), to automatically diagnose lung disorders using human voice data. The suggested models, which extract relevant features from voice recordings, aim to discover patterns linked with various lung disorders such as COPDchronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) ,pneumonia, and URTI. The 1D CNN and CNN are used to extract features and recognise patterns from audio inputs, while the LSTM and GRU networks are used to capture temporal relationships and sequential patterns. A dataset of speech samples labelled with the respective lung disease categories is utilised to train and evaluate the models. The performance of each deep learning architecture is measured using accuracy. The results show that these models are successful at recognising lung disorders, laying the groundwork for non-invasive, early-stage diagnosis via speech analysis. This study highlights deep learning's potential voice analysis as a viable tool for the rapid and precise diagnosis of lung disorders, perhaps resulting in earlier intervention and better patient outcomes.
