Intra muscular injection are the most frequently used invasive device in hospitalised patients. They are commonly associated with complications such as vascular damage, muscle contracture, nerve injury due to IM injection and injections site reactions such as redness and swelling, which may occur. It causes further necrotizing fasciitis. In such cases after debridement of necrosed infected wound skin loss occurs which posing a challenge for surgeons to cover the wounds. As a result, in the last few decades, various techniques such as negative pressure therapy, partial and full-thickness skin grafts, and the use of different flaps have been implemented. This article aims to discuss the use of skin grafts to manage the necrotizing fasciitis. It will also present a case study of a 44-year-old male patient who suffered with necrotizing fasciitis due to intra muscular injection complication over right gluteal region, wound bed prepared by surgical necrotectomy or wide sharp debridement with giving antibiotics according to culture and sensitivity. The wound was covered with a split thickness skin graft, which showed good evolution and excellent aesthetic results.

Every person is unique and should be treated as such; the universe has as many variants as there are variances in human beings." Ayurveda places a strong emphasis on giving up material belongings in order to prioritize safeguarding one's physical health. Customized and preventive care was first introduced by The Sanskrit word prakriti means "knowledge." Ayurveda offers a Personalized strategy for vyadhi treatment and health maintenance. Pitta, Kapha, and Vata are the three main doshas. Three fundamental prakriti types exist, each named after a dominant dosha, determined by the other doshas' relative significance. These are the vata. Pitta and Kapha. According to some, the prakriti is decided upon during conception by the mother's dietary habits, way of life, and the conditions in the womb. The Etiology of these two types of OA differ, although they both have similar symptoms. Bones rubbing against each other is a result of cartilage degradation in joints, which occurs in both primary and secondary OA. Osteoarthritis, with a frequency of 22%-39% in India. According to acharya charaka sandhigata vata is known as sandhigata anila which is a shotha of the joint and feels like a air filled bag which can be called as vatapurna druti sparsha and veadana during movement of the joint on prasarana and akunchana.

Abstract: This article explores the concept of Rasas in Caitanyacandrodaya, a Sanskrit devotional drama by Kavi Karnapura. The play, which dramatizes the life and teachings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, is deeply rooted in the classical Indian aesthetic theory of Rasas as expounded in the Natya Shastra. The analysis focuses on how the predominant Bhakti Rasa (devotional emotion) is evoked throughout the drama, along with other Rasas such as Shringara (divine love), Karuna (compassion), Adbhuta (wonder), and Shanta (tranquility). Through a close examination of key scenes, dialogues, and character interactions, the paper illustrates how Kavi Karnapura employs Rasas not only to engage the audience emotionally but also to convey profound theological and spiritual ideas central to the Bhakti movement. The blending of aesthetic pleasure with devotional experience in Caitanyacandrodaya demonstrates the transformative power of Rasas in creating a spiritually immersive theatrical experience.

Automated chest X-ray image classification is a critical tool for efficient and timely diagnosis of various pulmonary conditions. In this study, we propose a novel approach utilizing Manta Ray Optimization (MRO) in conjunction with state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, specifically Mobile Net and ResNet, for enhanced accuracy in classifying chest X-ray images. Mobile Net and ResNet are popular deep learning architectures known for their efficiency and high performance in image classification tasks. We leverage the strengths of Mobile Net and ResNet, integrating them with Manta Ray Optimization, an evolutionary algorithm inspired by the movement patterns of manta rays. The MRO algorithm helps optimize the model parameters and enhance the convergence speed during the training process, ultimately improving the classification accuracy.

Abstract: This paper explores the profound influence of Gothic elements on the cyberpunk genre, specifically through the analysis of William Gibson's Neuromancer and Ridley Scott's Blade Runner. Both works, while emblematic of cyberpunk, encapsulate key Gothic motifs such as existential dread, alienation, and the interplay between humanity and the monstrous, thereby enriching their narratives. In Neuromancer, the decay of physical and digital environments mirrors the Gothic fascination with ruin and decay, while the plight of the replicants in Blade Runner evokes themes of identity and mortality akin to traditional Gothic literature. This examination highlights how the dark, oppressive atmospheres, morally ambiguous characters, and supernatural-like technology present in these narratives serve to enhance the emotional and philosophical depth of their respective worlds. By interweaving Gothic elements with cyberpunk aesthetics, both Neuromancer and Blade Runner challenge conventional notions of humanity, consciousness, and the nature of existence, ultimately creating a unique narrative space where the uncanny thrives in a technologically advanced yet morally decaying future. This exploration aims to demonstrate that the Gothic tradition significantly shapes the thematic concerns of cyberpunk literature and film, offering a lens through which to understand the complex relationship between technology, identity, and the human condition.

Microalgae are emerging as one of highly promising and sustainable source for biodiesel production, thanks to their exceptional growth rates and lipid yields throughout the year. They present a viable alternative to traditional biofuel feedstocks, offering economic and environmental benefits. Their cultivation leverages waste streams and requires minimal land and water, thus avoiding competition with food crops and preventing deforestation. However, the commercial viability of microalgae biodiesel faces challenges such as low biomass concentration and high downstream processing costs. To overcome such obstacles, the necessity of advancing in photobioreactors, innovating low-cost biomass harvest and oil extraction methods, and genetic engineering to enhance fatty acid synthesis while reducing ?-oxidation. Additionally, exploring algal-bacterial interactions can further boost microalgal growth and lipid accumulation. By addressing these challenges, this means that microalgae will be able to make significant contributions towards the global energy demand with a low environmental impact and hence play a key role in the transition to renewable energy.

The present research work titled "Pharmaceutico-Analytical & Antifungal Study of Durvadi Lepa & Its Cream" aims to investigate the pharmaceutical, analytical, and antifungal properties of two traditional Ayurvedic formulations: Durvadi Lepa Churna and Durvadi Cream. These formulations, derived from classical Ayurvedic texts, were analyzed using modern techniques, including High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC), and tested for their antifungal efficacy against 'Trichophyton rubrum' and 'Microsporum canis' two fungal pathogens responsible for dermatophytosis. The pharmaceutical study involved standardizing preparation methods to ensure consistency in quality. The HPTLC analysis provided a detailed chemical profile of the formulations, identifying bioactive compounds responsible for antifungal and therapeutic effects. Results showed that Durvadi Lepa Churna exhibited stronger antifungal activity, whereas Durvadi Cream, though less potent, was more user-friendly for daily application. Both formulations have potential applications in treating skin disorders, particularly fungal infections, with Durvadi Cream offering a convenient alternative to conventional antifungal treatments due to its ease of use and patient compliance.

Wound is a type of physical trauma whereby the integrity of skin or any living tissue is compromised. It may be produced by physical, thermal, chemical, microbial, or immunological damage to the living tissue(1). Also wound (Vrana) is an injury or trauma to the body (i.e. due to violence, accident, or surgery) that typically include abrasion to superficial skin and damage to underlying tissues(2). Healing is protective mechanism of our body. Healing of wounds is one of the important areas of surgery explained in many Ayurvedic texts and even in modern text books. In Ayurveda and in modern science the healing of wound is the central focus of surgery. Ayurveda is a science where there are so many formulations available to treat wound without any complication(3). The Indian traditional system of medicine, i.e. Ayurveda based on empirical knowledge of experiences and observations over millennia. Aacharya Sushruta has given the first preference to ''Wound, i.e. Vrana and its management ''. Acharya Sushruta has given 60 measures for management of vrana in samhita(3). Kalka and ghruta application is one of them(4). On comprehensive review of Ayurvedic classics, Yava kalka with Ghruta was found to be one of the drugs having wound healing properties(5). Here we can correlate acute wound with Sadyovrana And the prevalence rate of Sadyovrana (Acute wound) is 10.5 per 1000 population in india(6). In this paper the importance, the mode of application and their probable mechanism of Yava Kalka with Ghruta lepa or application on Sadyovrana has been explained.
