There is a myriad of social and economic issues in India and the most cardinal ones are that of social injustice, racial tensions, and workplace equality that is affecting the labor market in India. The lack of capital funding and formation by the government of the country pose serious barriers to resource planning and development in India. And that is why external support is often required to promote the skill development programs as well as the need for social inclusion at workplaces in India. Overall, a holistic sense of equality should be developed appropriately among the communities and social sections of India. That is why, the multinational corporations with the level of resources and leadership they have, can help the government in these special progress areas. In this study, a review has been used methodology to understand the impact of multinational companies on social and skill inclusivity and development of professional and vocational skills in India.

A rapid, sensitive, robust, rugged and linear HPLC method is developed using QbD approach and validated as per ICH for the estimation of amlodipine impurities in tablet dosage form. Different concentration of mobile phase was used to get the satisfactory results, The mobile phase Buffer: Methanol: ACN (30:35:35) at pH to 4 is used as the mobile phase and 3? particle size C18 column of 150 mm length and 4.6 mm internal diameter is used and it gives the extremely satisfactory results. Using photo diode array (PDA) detector, the compounds are monitored at 340 nm. The Design of Experiment Central Composite designs by Design expert 8 Software was used. HPLC methods were validated as linearity, precision, accuracy, specificity, system suitability, and robustness exceeded the limit. When compared to the previously reported method, the HPLC method is more sensitive, accurate, and precise. There was no excipient interference in the recovery study. The low percent RSD and molar extinction coefficient (L mol-1 cm-1) values indicated that the developed methods were sensitive. The proposed high-performance liquid chromatographic method was also evaluated for accuracy, precision, and robustness, and it was found to be convenient and effective for Amlodipine quality control. The developed method was found to be simple and cost effective for the quail. Furthermore, the reduced solvent consumption results in a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly spectroscopic procedure. As a result, the proposed methodology is quick and selective, requires only a simple sample preparation procedure, and is suitable for Amlodipine.

The registration of births and deaths Act, 1969 and the Mizoram registration of births and deaths Rules 1978 framed under the act came into force in the state with effect from 1.7.1985. The whole of the state of Mizoram is covered by 843 registrations of births and deaths whose jurisdictions are specially defined. These Registrars of births and deaths submit monthly returns directly to the office of the Additional Chief Registrars of births and deaths. Statistics on the number of births and deaths and medical cause of death are imperative for decision-making in health. The inadequacy of the CRS (Civil Registration System) to record births, deaths and the causes of death in the country leaving the countries powerless to track and protect the well-being of their populations. The average over all birth rate of Mizoram during these ten years (2010-2019) was 20.86 and the average overall birth rate of the state during the first five years (2010-2014) were calculated at 22.3 while the last five years birth rate were calculated at 19.4 which was 13 percent declined from the first five years birth rate. While the average combines death rate of Mizoram was measured at 5.3 per thousand and at the same time all India death rate was calculated at 6.66 per thousand during the same periods

Education institutions are under increasing pressure to implement technological improvements in the educational system; in reality, they are under increasing pressure to shift away from traditional teaching methods and toward more innovative, flexible, creative, and student-centered teaching approaches. As a result, a new method known as "FLIPPED Classroom" has been developed to address this issue. It is the preferred type of teaching in many advanced countries. Even in India, only a few B-schools are already in use. However, the focus of this research is on the difficulties in implementing Flipped Classroom in India. As a result, a descriptive research was conducted to examine the effectiveness of the FLIPED Classroom, as well as its relevance, benefits, and drawbacks.

Over the past several decades there has been a growing trend toward adding value to raw agricultural products. As populations have become more urban, this trend has accelerated. The need for stable, convenient foods has increased along with the demand for exotic products for international cuisine. With the globalization of the food industry, the demand for quality juice and juice type beverages has markedly expanded. Traditionally, only a handful of fruit and vegetable juices have served this market as large multinational companies or their affiliates, have captured the majority of national and international juice trade. Juices such as orange, grape, pineapple, pomegranate, apple, tomato and blends are well established in developed countries. Now, minor juices, tropical juices and juice products are attracting new attention. The Nasik district is especially famous for grapes with being the biggest producer of grapes in India. More than 1.75 lakh acres of land is under grape cultivation. Because of the suitable soil and climatic conditions, Nasik is very suitable for cultivation of crop like horticulture, which is a very important contributor towards economy of the district. This project puts forward a study of factory setup for manufacturing grape pulp. A study of various industries running in District of Nasik was done, based on which Agro based industry was selected for further study. Agro industry manufactures various products among which grape products contribute to major revenue generation. Manufacturing process of grape pulp and juice was studied. The machinery required to setup the manufacturing units were decided. A quotation was crafted for installing the machinery. Raw material required, utility expenses along with other expenses such as selling expenses were projected. The Debt Equity ratio was decided. Further, the Break-Even Analysis was performed. Profitability of the processing unit was indicated using financial indicators.

MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are the heart of Indian Industry. Their contribution especially to a developing country like India is very valuable. They not only contribute in generating employment but also encourage low skilled level workers to start as entrepreneur level in rural areas. This position gets reflected in the form of their increasing number and rising proportion in the overall product manufacturing, exports, manpower employment, technical innovations and promotion of entrepreneurial skills. It helps in industrialization of rural and backward areas, reducing regional imbalances and assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealth. Khadi and Village Industries is one of the significant wing of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Sector in India. The contribution of KVI in increasing employment, exports of products, developing rural areas is incomparable. Over the years, Khadi and Village Industries Commission-KVIC had many efforts with the MSME Ministry to develop the Khadi and Village Industries and as a result of this, KVI is one of the successful sectors of MSME. It has developed many indigenous industries in India. The research paper focuses to evaluate the contribution of KVI in employment, production and sales of KVI and about its budgetary fundings.

This article reviews recently published research about consumers in digital and social media marketing settings. Five themes are identified: (i) consumer digital culture, (ii) responses to digital advertising, (iii) effects of digital environments on consumer behavior, (iv) mobile environments, and (v) online word of mouth (WOM). Collectively these articles shed light from many different angles on how consumers experience, influence, and are influenced by the digital environments in which they are situated as part of their daily lives. Much is still to be understood, and existing knowledge tends to be disproportionately focused on WOM, which is only part of the digital consumer experience. Several directions for future research are advanced to encourage researchers to consider a broader range of phenomena

Food, clothing and shelter are the basic needs of human beings. The requirement of cloth to the human beings is to protect themselves from light, wind and rain. The vision of the manufacture of clothes was sophisticated. The cotton spinning and weaving and cloth manufacturing were always emphasized in India. Indian historical evidence testifies this. Large number of handloom units was established in India before 1600A.D. The handloom industry in India is, by far the largest cottage industry with having high employment potential. It provides employment to millions of artisan weavers and is only second to agriculture in providing livelihood. The grasamer silk of Varanasi, fine muslin of Deccan and Patola of Baroda and other fabrics of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Karnataka, Manipur, Orissa and Tamilnadu have been famous for ages. The cotton textile products have become indispensable for all sections of people through out the world. The industry has been emerging as a highly organized one in almost all countries today. In fact, many countries have made a significant progress in manufacture of cotton textile products. In order to provide adequate clothing to the growing global population, several countries have been going in a big was by taking more land under cotton crop cultivation and thereby to increase the production and productivity in the cotton textile industry. The textile industry is the single largest foreign exchange earner for India. Currently it accounts for about 8 % of GDP, 20 % of the industrial production and over 30 % of export earnings of India and it have only 2-3 % import intensity. About 38 million people are gainfully employed with the industry making it the second largest employment providing sector after agriculture. In this article examine the performance of spinning mills in terms of manpower employment in Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh.

Rush at the railway stations and airport is common in country like in our country. In most of the cases, there are limited number of escalators. One has handle luggage manually. Carrying luggage with ordinary trolley bags at the lengthy platforms. Situation becomes more difficult for elder people and women. This project concept of design under a special purpose. To take plenty of goods and travelling all our without an exhaustion. You always have a seat whenever you need. Rectangular seat let you sit down. So that they can easily carry the luggage. Whenever they feel tired they can sit in the rectangular seat. Though the experiment was done on rectangular frame, ANSYS analyses have been done for seat and luggage. Experiments are done on using mild steel and the validations of experiments are done on work using ANSYS analysis have been performed.
