 Abstract

Pharmaceutical stability is the ability to sustain the product's identity, quality, purity, and safety over the course of its shelf life. A stability-indicating assay method is a validated quantitative analytical approach that may detect changes over time in the chemical, physical, or microbiological features of a drug substance or drug product in particular manner that allows the concentration of the active components and product degradation to be measured accurately and unaffectedly. A Stability Indicating Method (SIM) is a validated analytical peptide testing procedure that accurately and precisely assesses active ingredients (drug substance or drug product) free from process impurities, excipients, and degradation products, in accordance with FDA guidelines (Guidance for Industry, Analytical Testing Procedures and Methods Validation, FDA, 2000). A stability indicating method's crucial aim is to maintain a close watch on the final results of stability research in order to safeguard their safety, potency, and quality. The primary goal of stability indicating methods in contemporary times is to provide details about the facts of stress testing with the aim to estimate the stability of pharmaceutical substances and products.

 Abstract

Cyber analysts find it more and more challenging to efficiently monitor the volume, velocity, and diversity of data produced as the number of Internet-connected equipment grows. Cyber security tactics that rely on signatures are unlikely to deliver the performance needed to find new attack vectors. The development of advanced attack techniques that can evade detection by present security systems is also made possible by technical advancements. We require cutting-edge tools and technologies to identify, investigate, and take prompt action on new assaults and threats as the cyber threat scenario gets worse. To identify various sorts of attacks, a cyber-security system must be constructed. The use of various intelligence algorithms in cyber security enabled the detection and analysis of attacks on computer networks. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms are used in cyber security to take the best feature representation possible out of a large data set. This has been used in a number of cyber security scenarios, including the analysis, prediction, and detection of attacks. The purpose of this work is to analyze cyber security attack datasets using clever methods. Additionally, it offers a thorough comparing of algorithm effectiveness and field application to explain the advantages of network protection optimization methods. We analyze the key traits of reflective deep learning approaches used in cyber security application domains, we bring the recent developments in deep learning, and we offer an insight of resources required like a systematic framework and appropriate datasets before analytically and comparably assessing state-of-the-art services from the research. We point out the shortcomings of the examined works and present a picture of the current problems in the field, offering helpful advice and best practices for academics and developers tackling relevant issues. Finally, we identify current research directions and pain issues that need to be addressed.

 Abstract

Infective endocarditis is a very common heart disease that occurs both on native and prosthetic valves. It may present with very different aspects and is actually highly associated with deadly complications .A 77 yo with multiple risk factors and history of cardiac surgery by a coronary artery bypass associated to aortic root replacement by a bentall procedure, was admitted with fever and signs of infection; cardiac examination revealed a 3/6 systolic aortic murmur and blood cultures grew immediately enterococcus feacalis.EKG showed a complete heart block. TEE revealed a sub valvular endocarditis associated to a thickened aortic valve with severe stenosis and a likely abscess on a tickned trigone. Cardiac CT confirmed an ungoing abscess and a 14mm vegetation , and a pseudoaneurysm of the membranous septum just around the aortic annulus ,permeable coronary artery bypass graft but an occluded right coronary artery. While a CAP CT revealed a splenic embolus. Antiobiotic was conducted and the patient underwent a reconstructive surgery by bentall replacement associated to CABG bridging , a gastric pacemaker and a primary closure of a peroperative unexpectedly discovered Left ventricule - right atrium fistula.A post operative pulmonary embolism was diagnosed on controle Chest scan and atrial fibrillation occurred the following days. The complications of PVE are multiple and more difficult to handle. Septic embolism associated with PVE significantly increases mortality and morbidity. Similar to Native Valve Endocarditis it may manifest as cerebral, splenic, or renal abscess. Extension of such abscesses at the aortic root can destroy the mitralaortic intervalvular fibrosa and result in pseudoaneurysm formation. Rupture of a pseudoaneurysm can cause fistulous communications between the aorta and the left atrium, left ventricle, or pulmonary artery. Because of the close proximity to the right atrium, such paravalvular and root abscesses can also rupture into the right atrium resulting in a fistulous communication between aorta and right atrium. Extension of aortic root abscess may involve the conduction system, resulting in AV conduction disturbances as in our patient.

 Abstract

This paper presents the empirical research and report of the banks and committee's role towards the agriculture sector and finance of the state which shows that agricultural production is declining during 2001-07 and the farmers are unsatisfied from the income from agriculture to meet their basic needs. It is far small and marginal farmers whose income is less than their expenditure. Due to this most of the farmers don't have money to invest in the basic inputs of farming like irrigation, seeds, fertilizers and agricultural chemicals and due to adoption of modern technology, the financial requirement of farmers has increased more. So, there is the only option which can help in investing in agriculture by using the important inputs at the right time through improving the liquidity of the farmers is Institutional agriculture credit. Keeping in view the increasing demand for agricultural loan in Bihar, the NABARD is also focusing on it and increased their agricultural credit in the State from Rs 1745 cr. to Rs. 8427 cr. in last 10 years.

 Abstract

In order to foster domestic industries, during the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth century, many countries restricted the competitiveness of foreign goods by using "tariff" imposed on imported goods that raises their price so as to make similar domestically produced goods more economically attractive. These "tariffs" were the major source of income for many countries for a quite long period of time.

 Abstract

Administration of all metals and minerals became possible because of the invention of pharmaceutical technology of converting metals and minerals into Bhasmas. Bhasmas (calx) are peculiar Rasa preparations in which metals and minerals are processed after various Samskaras (processing) like detoxification, (Shodhana) converting into powders (Jarana, causing decay of metals) and incineration (Marana, killing metallic properties) methods. The process of Shodhana removes impurities which are likely to bring about certain toxic effects. Purified substance, whether it is Rasa-Uparasa or Dhatu after maceration with some drugs, when subjected to heat treatment or puta termed as 'Marana'. the process by which Lauha (shada Lauha all dhatus), are transformed to a microfine stage for easy assimilation in the body (at cellular level), without any untoward side effect is considered to be 'Marana'.1 The measure of deciding the degree of paka is called as 'puta-paka'. Among the various intermediatory processes involved in the incineration of Lauha, the 'puta' is of paramount importance owing to the property of bringing Lauha to that state from where it cannot be restored further.2 This process not only removes blemishes but also increases the therapeutic potential of the Lauha. In other words, it is by means of incineration the unwanted metallic properties of Lauha are removed, thus making it suitable for bodily assimilation. This article gives the complete classical review of concept of Puta, it types and its importance in Rasashastra.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purpose of our garlic cream was to develop secondry treatment of skin infection, which enhances skin properties. That formulation agrees to a medicinal cream that has mainly two antifungal active properties. It helps to fungal treat fungal skin infection as well as other skin problems for any skin infection it is best topical approach and Best options. Because of the many advantages and conventional routes of drug administration, the development of topical drug delivery systems with systemic effects appears to be beneficial for a variety of medications. Garlic and clove oil was the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) used to treat skin infections. It involves two types of primary and secondary emulsifiers, co-solvents, buffering agent, waxy material, two preservatives, a buffering agent, a humectants, and water in the cream base. When the active components are combined, they provide a potent antifungal effect. The many experiments were done to evaluate the physicochemical characteristics of formulated cream, such as visual inspection, pH measurement, expandability, skin irritant test, etc. The cream was further analyzed with the use of nutritional agar for antifungal activity. The medicated cream was good in consistency and color; however the smell of the garlic was quite unpleasant, so the odor of the garlic was masked with peppermint oil, which also acting as an additional antifungal agent, in improved version.

 Abstract

The root cause of environment degradation is the widening gap between human and nature. Man has efficiently committed ecocide making the planet inhospitable for any kind of life. The technological progress has made man blind, destructive and dehumanizing. Human beings have become blinded by the advancement of civilization and hence have stopped thinking themselves as part of the natural world. This paper focuses on writers who have foregrounded the aftermath of a disaster through their works. It is probable that the cultural and ecological climate have inspired these writers to focus on future which is unpleasant but sure to come to reality if man continues to move through the current trajectory. McCarthy'sThe Road(2006)John Christopher's A wrinkle in the skin(1965) and David Brin's The postman (1985)falls into the genre of post-apocalyptic fiction. In the novels under study we find that the catastrophic event caused by man or a natural disaster has left the landscape barren. The barren landscape is a reflection of the mind of people under distress. There is also trauma of pain within oneself and within society. In such a bleak situation we find that there is an attempt to rebuild civilization and reconstruction of humanity.

 Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disease characterized by social and repetitive or limited behaviours as well as communication difficulty.Autism spectrum disorder is also known as Asperger syndrome. Autism is a neurological disorder that lasts for a lifetime. The term "spectrum" describes the wide range of signs, skills, and levels of disability that individuals with Autism spectrum disordermay experience. The autism spectrum is a group of conditions that impairs people's emotional, cognitive, and social abilities. These disorders include Autistic disorder, Rett disorder, Asperger syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder, and childhood disintegrative disorder.Autism has an impact on how people perceive, communicate, and interact with others, but it's important to note that there are different views on how these impairments should be described and that not all autistic persons see themselves as impaired. They could struggle to connect words to their meanings, which makes it challenging for them to find the right words to convey their emotion.
