The migrant crisis or refugee crisis has been one of the most debated topics in Europe over the last few years. The purpose of people, moving to Europe, is to have a stable and secure life which they are not able to attain due to various circumstances at their native places. Historically, Europe has been integrating migrants and refugees within its society from time immemorial and this convention still continues during the recent upsurge of migrants and refugees from troubled areas of the world into Europe. As far as European state of France is concerned, it is a mature society that has been accommodating religious diversity since centuries. But presently, this accommodation of diversity is creating serious challenges to the state and society. This paper outlines the mechanism to accommodate religious diversity in France while briefly describing recent religious demography of the country. A candid effort has been made to find out the challenges in assimilating religious diversity and their possible implications. Although, Diversity is not always a challenge it is considered a blessing in the 21st century and it provides abundant opportunities for the comprehensive evolution of the society. This paper seeks the opportunities which religious diversity provides in the inclusive development of French Society and initiatives taken by French authorities to tap this religiously diversified human capital in the growth of the country.

In Wireless Sensor Networks data packets are used to be transmitted from node to base station. Out of these nodes, some nodes become cluster heads, compiling the details of their group members and transferring them to the sink. We suppose that the sensor node population has additional energy sources based on heterogeneity that may be due to initial setup or network performance changing. We also consider that the sensors are transmitted randomly (similarly) and are incompatible. In this research work, a different method is adopted for selection of normal nodes and advanced nodes based on a fixed criterion. Also, In a single round, there are multiple nodes which are working as cluster heads (include normal nodes and advanced node). So, a team of cluster core members is working in each round to transfer the information to the base station. Finally, the efficiency of proposed WSN increases by making the transmission of packets through this core team. In each round, energy dissipated and average energy retains by each node is calculated. Also, number of dead nodes after each round is calculated. Both the values i.e., dead nodes after every cycle and average power retain by every node will be treated as output parameters. Also, Number of cluster heads per cycle, Number of Packets to the Base station and number of Packets to the head of Cluster are calculated and plotted. These parameters are compared from that of existing SEP, EAMMH and LEACH. MATLAB R2013a is used as an implementation platform using generalized toolbox and wireless sensor network toolbox.

Tridentate Schiff base benzilmonoximehydrazone-p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (HL) derived from benzilmonoximehydrazone and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and their Mn(II), Pd(II), Cd(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes have been prepared in 1:2 stochiometric ratio and characterized on the basis of their solubility , metal analysis, FT(IR), electronic absorption spectra and magnetic measurements. The synthesized complexes have varying shades of color and decomposed at a temperature above 250oC. benzilmonoximehydrazone-p-hydroxybenzaldehyde acts a tridentate ligand coordinating to the metals through the azomethine nitrogen atom, the nitrogen atom of oximino. The electronic spectra are in consistent with the proposed octahedral geometry for Mn(II) and Cu(II) complexes around the metal ions. Successfully done by the biological activity studies on the representative.

The fields of machine learning and mathematical programming are increasingly intertwined. Optimization of machine learning algorithms plays a significant role in training the models efficiently and applying them effectively. Machine learning algorithms can take a lot of time to train without the use of optimization techniques. Optimization algorithms help us tominimize (or maximize) an objective function which is simply a mathematical function. Several researchers have identified the flaws of previously used models to come up with more optimized or better algorithms over the period. A combined survey of various optimization techniques will help to identify a suitable algorithm for different kinds of problems. In this paper, we have compared different optimization techniques and identified limitations and advantages of different algorithms. We observed the impact of each algorithm on the efficiency of the model and its impact on training time. We have studied the impact of these algorithms on different types and sizes of data sets. Next, we summarize the applications and developments of optimization methods in machine learning fields. We have displayed the need to move to the more recently developed algorithms which have advantage over the precedent algorithms.

Plastic is one product that is used in highly used in modern life for its durability and affordability. On the other hand, plastic poses a threat to the environment due to its non-renewable nature, making it difficult to decompose. Environmental pollution has increased due to the ease of transportation, single use in daily life and intensive use. Because of this, bioplastics have emerged as a solution and are thought to be more beneficial to the environment. Bioplastics are plastic materials produced from renewable biomass sources and are biodegradable. Recently, bioplastics production from fish wastes has been started. Cellulose from water hyacinth has been used to make polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), a resource for bioplastics and also contributes to a more flexible. Also it reduces the usage of petroleum derived product by using bioplastics instead of plastic. For all of that reasons bioplastics usage has increased in our life.

An iterative method is a mathematical procedure and part of the numerical analysis that used as an initial value to generate a sequence of improving approximate solutions for solving the non-linear equations f(x)=0. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the best method out of bisection method, Regula-Falsi Method and Newton-Raphson Method for solving non-linear equations f(x)=0 and also comparing them through iterative methods. The researcher used non-linear algebraic equation f(x)=0 to find approximate root and explained by three iterative methods i.e bisection method, Regula-Falsi Method and Newton-Raphson Method. Their results obtained that the Newton-Raphson Method is best and fast approximation method to compare than other two iterative methods.

The present work involves manufacturing of long fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites by single stage using polypropylene as matrix material and continuous sisal fibre roving as reinforcement and Maleic Anhydride Polypropylene (MAPP) as a coupling agent. The continuous Sisal fibre roving were obtained from external source and Physical properties were studied. Chemical treatment of fibre has been done using NaoH and Nacl solution to remove lignin content results in better adhesion observed between matrix and fibre. Extrusion process has carried out by introducing compounding element and screw configuration by that fibre attrition has been reduced. Special type of screw elements was used to convey the fibres into the extruder. Test plates were obtained for different screw speeds with different volume fraction. Microscopic tests and Solvent test were also conducted in order to do fibre length analysis, obtained Test plates were tested as per ASTM standards. Improved Mechanical properties were obtained and the result values were correlated and validated with the fibre length and screw speed.
