Women's epithelial ovarian cancer has been on the rise in recent years, with one of the highest morbidity and death rates. There are numerous variables that contribute to the development of Ovarian Cancer (OVC). Adrenomedullin (ADM), which is present in nearly all tissues, including cancer tissues, has a variety of biological roles. In this study, We investigated the therapeutic potential of ADM22-52 against 7,12-Dimethylbenz [a] anthracene (DMBA) covered on silk suture induced ovarian cancer in female Wistar Albino rats. The nodule resolved weekly after the ?rst surgical procedures and ultrasonography carried out in the 20th week. On ultrasound assessment, variations of size and volume of the right and left ovaries observed. The histological studies also showed serous carcinoma cells, sarcoma, and squamous carcinoma in an induced tumour.

Abstract: River water quality is very essential as it is used for drinking and domestic purpose, irrigation and aquatic life including fish and fisheries. The study was conducted to assess the relationship between the catchment area and water quality of Kolar River (A right bank tributary of Narmada River). Physico chemical analysis was the focus to evaluate the water quality. The water samples were collected in plastic container of 500 ml capacity from five different geographic locations along the river. And samples were collected from water at different selective sampling stations. A number of physiochemical water quality parameters including Temperature, pH, EC, TDS, DO and Chloride, were measured on field, so that the accuracy of the result will be suitable. The mean value of such respective parameters compared with the water quality standards as set by the NWQS. For catchment assessment QBR index has been used in the present study.

The main source of water for a country like India which is having climatically vivid temperatures in different regions is the dams. These water resources available through dams are one among the most sources available for the usage to industries, livestock, irrigation, etc. and there's a critical got to make sure the safety of the water level at these dams against any natural or anthropogenic threats and to develop an efficient Water Level Management system using IoT. This paper gives an overview of the event of a data system supporting the prevailing systems with the use of some sensors and IoT. This paper proposes a unique idea of collecting and sharing real-time information about water levels of different water bodies that refills the dams to a licensed central command center through an ML model that analyzes the data collected and determines the next action taken. The call to whether the release of the water then can be taken based on the recommendation by the ML Model. By doing so, the operation of dams can be centralized and automated which can lead to better management of Flood control across the country.

A prototype hardware module for the heart rate measurement system is presented in this study. This research concentrates on real-time heart rate monitoring, which is necessary for mobility from the user's perspective. A HB (Heart Beat) sensor is being developed for acquiring the input signal using BPW34 photodiode and LED (Light Emitting Diode). BPW34 photodiode senses the HB of a person and converts it in the form of electrical output voltage using a Transimpedance amplifier. The electrical output voltage processed by PSoC1 (Programmable System On-Chip) CY8C28433 microcontroller. This work has tried to make easy short distance wireless Bluetooth data acquisition system for heart rate measurement system using advance PSoC1 microcontroller. In this system PSoC used as a transmitter and PC (Personal Computer) /Laptop used as receiver.

Ketosis is a common metabolic disorder of dairy cows that occurs mainly due to negative energy balance (NEB) and its prevalence results in reduced milk yield and poor reproductive performance. The diagnosis of the ketosis in the subclinical stage will prevent metabolic deterioration and stops production losses. In the present study, an in-house bovine ketosis diagnostic kit (KetoQuant) that detects ?-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) in milk samples was developed and its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were estimated in comparison with a commercially available milk strip test. Of 702 milk samples screened, using 0.2 mmol of BHB as a cut-off for diagnosing sub-clinical ketosis, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were estimated to be 99.5% and 99.2% respectively with the positive predictive value of 99.5% and a Kappa value of 0.988. Thus, the developed KetoQuant kit is useful as an affordable cow-side test for BHB detection in milk samples for routine monitoring of ketosis in cows.

In this paper ,the eigenvalues in the time-domain, we can say ,indirectly the poles of system functions in the s-domain, are used to determine the dynamics of the systems in circuit analysis of linear circuit. This paper deals with an efficient method to determine the eigenvalues of linear electrical circuits. It is based on characteristic equation obtained by applying nodal and mesh analysis. Its applications are simpler than the state-space representation. This paper gives the dominant method for evaluation of Eigenvalues.

Indian women are playing a crucial role in this era of globalization. They are also playing a considerable role in the progress of our country and in increasing the real per capita income. Though entrepreneurship, women are being acknowledged as job providers rather than job seekers. They are contributed by giving new and innovative ideas for business management and organization. Nevertheless, the involvement of women in entrepreneurial activities is still a matter of concern and the reasons for low participation of females in the field of entrepreneurship are needed to be analyzed or discussed. The paper reveals the status of women as an entrepreneur in India. The paper discussed about the challenges that a woman generally has to face to become an entrepreneur as well as the problems she faces after being an entrepreneur.
