ABSTRACT Virechana Karma is the second procedure in Panchakarma which is considered as the best therapy to pacify pitta dosha. It is not only beneficial in adult but also in pediatric age group. There are many references that advocate Virechana therapy in children, like in case of eight types of pidika in children in Kashyapa Samhita, susnigdha Virechana has been mentioned. In fakka roga treatment shodhana (Virechana) with trivrita kshir (milk processed with operculina turpithum) is advised. Many other references are also available that indicated benefits of Virechana karma in children. It purifies Rasa-Raktadi dhatu, produces alertness in sensory system (Indriyas). Main indications of Virechana karma in children are Mandagni, Vishamagni, Arochaka, Avipaka, Gulma, Udavarta, Udara roga, pleeha, Pakvvashaya Ruja, Alsaka, Vibandha, Anaha, Chhardi, Krimikostha, Visarpa, Galaganda, Granthi, Apachi, Visphotak, Shwitra, Halimaka, Kamla, Pandu, Shwasa, Kasa etc. The commonly used Virechana drugs (therapeutic purgative) and virechanopaga (purgative associate) medicines in children are Draksha, Trivrita, Haritaki, Aragvadha, Ksheera, Triphala, Gandharva Taila. In pediatric age group there is predominance of Kapha in the body. Virechana karma occurs properly in the condition of manda (mild) kapha so there is need to treat kapha before performing Virechana in children. Virechana drugs in children should be palatable and generally mridu (mild) Virechana should be preferred.

Amylases are crucial enzymes which hydrolyze internal glycosidic linkages in starch and produce as primary products dextrins and oligosaccharides. Amylases are classified into ?-amylase, ?-amylase, and glucoamylase based on their three-dimensional structures, reaction mechanisms, and amino acid sequences. Amylases have innumerable applications in clinical, medical, and analytical chemistries as well as in food, detergent, textile, brewing, and distilling industries. Amylases can be produced from plants, animals, and microbial sources. Due to the advantages in microbial production, it meets commercial needs. The pervasive nature, easy production, and wide range of applications make amylase an industrially pivotal enzyme. Microorganisms are the most important sources for enzyme production. For production of enzymes for industrial use, isolation and characterization of new promising strains using cheap carbon and nitrogen source is a continuous process. Due to their biochemical diversity and the ease with which enzyme concentrations may be increased by environmental and genetic manipulation, attempts are now being made to replace enzymes, which traditionally have been isolated from complex eukaryotes. Starch degrading Amylolytic enzymes are most important in the biotechnology industries with huge application in food, fermentation, textile and paper. Amylases are obtained from various origins like plant, animal, bacterial and fungal.

The melting behavior of a paraffin wax (A Phase Changing Material) in various geometries and configurations has been analyzed. The paraffin wax has been selected for the phase changing material. The various geometries are tapered vessel with hot wall outside, hemisphere section with hot wall outside and cylinder with hot wall outside. A 3-dimentional analysis of each geometry based on pressure a CFD analysis of model has been created in Fluent for simulating the Melting process. The most initial step in FEA is Pre-processing which is used to build and analyze a fluid flow model. It consists building of the models and then applying the mesh and entering the boundary conditions. Software is CATIA, it is mechanical design software which is used to create 3D modeling as it helps a designer to build and then mesh a model for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and various scientific applications. FLUENT is a computer program for fluid flow modeling and transfer of heat in various types of complex geometries. It provides complete flexibility of meshing, including the ability of solving fluid flow problems using structured otherwise unstructured meshes those can be generated about complex geometries. The main aim of this study is to optimize the melting rate by changing the geometry of the object. Finally, the results calculated have been discussed in detail

Houseplants are popular Indoor decorations. Light provides the energy plants need to make the food required for them to grow and flower. Lack of adequate light is the most common factor limiting the growth of plants in many areas of the home. Supplementary electric lighting is usually the easiest and least expensive way to provide enough light for plants that do not receive adequate natural light. Fluorescent tubes provide one of the best artificial light sources available for plants in the home. Photosynthesis helps the plant to get carbon from the air and adding it to its body-leaves, stems and roots. The rate of photosynthesis increases, when artificial light is used. Each molecule of carbon dioxide absorbed, adds one atom of carbon to the weight of the plant and produces one molecule of oxygen. We can therefore get an estimate of the amount of oxygen produced by weighing the plant.

The field of advertising communication continues to be in a state of flux. New media and latest technologies promise to change the way people conduct business. Advertising is one sided persuasive communication from the advertiser to the target audience. It constitutes various factors like the message, the creation, source of message, the appeal, etc. Everyday consumers are exposed to large number of ads thus provides a challenge to the advertisers to adopt a strategy that achieves to perceive the mindsets of the audience. A consumer with low involvement rarely seek information and if the information is provided, the processing is passive. In most cases, consumers with low- involvement purchase product first and may or may not give any thought to product evaluation after use. Advertisers use experts, celebrities, models, and common man etc., to convey their message and all this depends on the kind of product endorsed. This paper focuses on the factors contributing to attitude formation based on the use of the child model in advertising.
