Plants are the primary source of many medicines, and they are crucial to human and plant health in particular. Many plants and herbs are well known for their therapeutic and curative properties. The use of different plants as medicinal plants in the healthcare system has become crucial everywhere in the world. MPs (medicinal plants) are very important in the medical field because of their greater adaptability and compatibility with the human body, which means they have fewer side effects and are more widely accepted. It has been shown that the majority of commonly used medications contain plant extracts as a primary ingredient. As active ingredients, many of them contain bioactive components that are extracted from plants. The medicinal properties of MPs have been uncovered through a number of studies through the investigation of conventional and therapeutic treatments. The most widely used medications that are believed to be derived from PEs (plant extracts) include aspirin, digoxin, pilocarpine, quinidine, physostigmine, morphine, reserpine, ephedrine, taxol, colchicine, vincristine, aspirin, and tubocurarine. It is impossible to overlook MPs' enormous significance anywhere in the world. Certain secondary compounds derived from plants, like those found in pawpaw, mango, citrus, and Emilia sonchifolia, may be highly effective against parasites and infections.(1, 2)

The feminist perspective on Shakespeare's Othello has gained increasing attention in modern literary discourse, with a particular focus on the character of Emilia. Often overshadowed by more prominent figures like Desdemona, Emilia's role in the play is crucial in understanding the complex dynamics of gender, power, and autonomy in the Elizabethan era. This paper aims to re examine Emilia's character through a feminist lens, emphasizing her transformation from a subservient wife to a vocal critic of the patriarchy. By analyzing her interactions with Iago and Desdemona, as well as her final, bold confrontation with her husband, the paper highlights Emilia's agency and underscores her pivotal role in Othello. The exploration of Emilia's defiance against the male-dominated society presents her as a proto-feminist character, whose voice, though silenced tragically at the end, resonates as an early challenge to patriarchal norms.

According to Ayurveda the body is an outcome of nutrition. Diseases are the result of Mala & impaired nutrition. The concept of Saptadhatu of Ayurveda refers to the physiology of basic nutritional and structural factor of the body. The Ahararasa (essence part of the food product) is the source for giving nourishment to all the Dhatus and Dhatus nutrients are nourished one after another from Ahararasa to Shukra. Dhatu Poshana Nyaya gives us a simple and clear view about how the Dhatus formed and how the conversion of Ahararasa takes place in Saptadhatus. Dhatus are those entities which actually sustain living body. Even though all three entities, Dosha, Dhatu, and Mala sustain body and for this reason are called "Tridhatu". The physical as well as mental health depends upon the type of ahara taken and metabolic transformation of ahara and their uptake by different cells, as per classical texts this concept is known as dhatu-poshana nyaya. Dhatu indicates sustenance of body and nourishment from only and only Sara portion of Ahara Rasa. Food has to undergo digestion by Pachakagni, Dhatwagni, along with Bhutagni. Dhatu also gets nourished from Dhatu and nourishes another Dhatu. The term metabolism of a food substance is meant by a series of specific biochemical reactions occurring within the living organism from the time of its incorporation into the cell or tissue till its excretion, of which some are concerned with tissue synthesis and others with tissue breakdown what are termed as anabolism and catabolism respectively. In Every dynamic system whether it is a machine or living cell, it loses mass when it is left to itself. Against this persistent destructive -tug, the living cell must pit itself-repair and replace. The structural metabolism based on nutrition, and energy metabolism makes such gains possible. Fuel sources are required from which structural supplies may be procured. The concepts of Saptadhatus of ayurveda refer to the physiology of basic nutritional and structural factors of the body. The same explanation is elaborated in Ayurveda classics by various Acharyas giving their own point of view and which is termed as Dhatu Poshana Nyaya. Theories of Dhatu Poshan Nyaaya are not different all together but these have conjugative sequence or different levels of digestion from ingestion of food to metabolism at cell level or whole nourishment process. In this way all theories are not controvert each other while these theories stand as one set of principle of tissue nourishment. Tissue nutrition is the continuous process which persists throughout the life, but it's different during different phases of life. Acharayas postulated theories of tissue nutrition and transformation of tissue nutrients into bodily element through Dhatu Poshana Nyaya (tissue nutrition and differentiation theory). The theories of tissue nutrition are Ksheera Dadhi Nyaya (Law of Transformation), Khale Kapot Nyaya (Law of Selectivity), Kedari Kulya Nyaya (Law of Transportation) and Ek Kaal Dhatu Poshan Nyaya (simultaneous supply of nutrients to whole body).

: Chromium-boron hard facing can be applied on mild steel to increase its service life in areas of high wear applications in industries. The influence of welding process factors such as current, voltage and travel speed on the microstructure and hardness of the chromium-boron hardfacing deposited by Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) is the subject of this research. By modifying these four parameters the work investigates the dependence of the formation of hard phases like martensite and chromium borides and hardness of the deposited layers on heat input. The results revealed that microstructure improvement depends upon the use of minimum welding current and voltage and increased welding speed. On the other hand, large currents, voltage, and slow speed result into coarser microstructure and low hardness due to high rates of cooling and grain formation. Comparison between SMAW and FCAW indicated that FCAW and its continuous wire feed and comparatively stable arc gives better control of deposition process to produce more uniform surface layers to hardface with higher hardness. The results indicate that selecting appropriate technological factors; low current, low voltage, and high travel speed, can lead to improved hardfacing with better wear resistance and surface hardness. From this research, a wealth of potential practical applications is presented to enhance the effectiveness of chromium-boron hardfacing other in several industrial fields; highlighting specific welding conditions to attain the proper material characteristics.

Abstract Pharmacovigilance is an important aspect of clinical research that focusses on detecting, assessing, analysing, and preventing adverse drug reactions (ADRs) throughout the drug's lifecycle. The name is derived from the Greek word "pharmakon" (medication) and the Latin "vigilare" (to watch). Spontaneous reporting of ADRs is critical for early safety data gathering since clinical trials frequently exclude different groups and may not completely account for genetic or environmental factors that influence drug reactions. Historical occurrences, such as the thalidomide catastrophe in the 1960s, highlighted the importance of rigorous drug safety monitoring, prompting global regulatory improvements. In India, the National Pharmacovigilance Program was formed in 2005 to promote the reporting of adverse drug reactions and to include healthcare professionals in safety monitoring. Despite operational issues, the initiative is looking for to serve as a global standard for drug monitoring. Pharmacovigilance aims to find unrecognized ADRs, monitor safety on a regular basis, and provide vital information on drug interactions. Pharmacovigilance is critical for recognising and managing drug-related hazards, and it necessitates coordination among a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and the pharmaceutical industry. Effective pharmacovigilance is critical for the safe use of medicines, ensuring that the benefits outweigh any hazards. The future of pharmacovigilance depends in improving mechanisms for detecting adverse drug reactions and data collection approaches. Active surveillance and patient participation in reporting are critical in identifying risk variables linked with ADRs. An effective pharmacovigilance system will benefit healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and consumers by increasing transparency and drug safety, ultimately boosting public health. As advances in data analysis and visualisation emerge, the area of pharmacovigilance is poised to make great progress, enhancing the overall safety of medicinal interventions.

This paper critically investigates federalism's function as a democratic instrument in post-conflict South Sudan is a country with severe ethnic divisions, civil unrest, and government issues. It looks at the theoretical benefits of federalism, especially how it might strengthen local government, improve political representation, and provide room for a variety of ethnic groups. On the other hand, the article also discusses important drawbacks and difficulties, like the possibility of escalating ethnic tensions, encouraging regional disparities, and enhancing national cohesiveness. This study has exposed the demerits, merits and the challenges of enacting federalism within the distinct socio-political environment of South Sudan. Therefore, the paper has made the case that although federalism offers chances for democratization, its success in South Sudan depends on its cautious application, continuous discussion, and the creation of strong institutions that place a high value on accountability and inclusivity. This critical study seeks to further the conversation on governance tactics in precarious states.

Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) is a pedagogical approach that prioritizes language learning through meaningful tasks rather than traditional grammar instruction. By focusing on real-world applications, TBLT aims to improve students' communicative competence, fluency, and problem-solving skills. This article explores the benefits and challenges of implementing TBLT in the modern classroom. Key advantages include increased learner engagement, development of language proficiency in contextual settings, and the promotion of student-centered learning. However, challenges such as classroom management, task design, and proficiency variability are discussed. Effective strategies for overcoming these challenges are also examined, providing teachers with practical insights for successful task implementation.
