Expectations from every action and sense of sorrow if not rewarded are the scenario of todays culture whereas; misunderstanding and misinterpretation of words from different languages raise various questions. It is difficult to underline all, but a few of them are what and where is The I (God) and how one can interact and search God, what is the relation between the I and soul, where have I come from, what is dharma, what is religion, how can I make this life successful, what is soul, who am I, what is the difference between devotion and renunciation, what is the difference between dharma and religion, what is the qualification to get salvation, is there any interaction between the I and soul so and so forth. All these queries are about the mystical world whereas science and religion are for the material world. The creation comes in manifest form due to the latent. To understand the latent, one must be spiritual. To be spiritual, one must understand that the being is beyond the body and should have a purity of inner self. Just with proper address and proper direction, one can reach the destination, the proper language and proper texts are helpful in solving lexical misconceptions. The author redresses the simple understanding of the literal myths generated by the influence of time and many unresolved questions for centuries.

Actually, the academic research, as a sophisticated method appeared in the Higher Education, needs to facilitate the process, so it is noticeable that technology has changed the way of performing research. In the light of the tremendous technological advancements, like the use of technology in research work saves time, effort and costs allocated to research without affecting its quality, in addition to the diversity of experiences, knowledge and skills lead to the conduct of competitive scientific research. Likewise, the development of positive tendencies among researchers, creative thinking has grown, and it also plays the role of a guide, which leads the researcher to creativity and innovation in his field of research. Technology also, removes the intimidation factor of researchers, who used the technology to gather data for the academic research required in their programs. Certainly, there are several reasons for using technology in scientific research; eliminating old research methods, that were large books, which requires much time and effort, and the cost, and helping the researcher to understand new concepts in easy ways commensurate with the intelligence and capabilities of each researcher, as well as achieving a high standard of quality in scientific research, furthermore, publishing studies among a larger group of people through modern means of communication, which leads to a high achievement rates among researchers, and increases the number of the study fields. This paper will attempt to discuss and outline the role of technology in performing the academic research, and show the importance of technology not only in doing the research, but also all fields of life, all over the world, as well as shed light on some devices used in conducting the academic research.

In the poetry collection, Door into the Dark (1969) by an Irish poet Seamus Heaney (1939-2013) there is a major shift in the poet from his previous collection Death of a Naturalist (1966), from being a local poet and expands his area of poetic investigation, celebrating the self-fulfilling pre-colonial Irish history and juxtaposing it with Irish modernization. He revisits his former textual self to embrace his children, wife, mother, rural craftsmen and tradesmen and speak on their behalf to provide a distinct touch to Celtic identity and Irish Consciousness.

We see that this new disease COVID-2019, which came in December 2019, spread so widely and all over the world that it shook the whole world. The disease, which has spread around the world from Wuhan of China, has locked down the whole world. In many countries all transactions are stopped. People had to sit at home. People who have their livelihood on their hands no longer have a means of income. But the usual cost remained the same. The overall effect of this was decrease in income, increase in costs which adversely affected on the overall financial planning of the average person. The disease like Covid 2019 has happened before, but the result of this disease was found to be the worst. No such disease has been seen in the last hundred years. Everyone has experienced that the epidemic Covid -2019 has affected the whole world. It is just now possible for people to go out and earn an income somewhere. The purpose of my research is to study exactly what and how this epidemic has affected on savings, investments and the income of the common man.

This study is aimed at epistemologically investigating the effect of leadership styles on the leadership outcomes of Public Sectors of Bule Hora Town. There were 20 public organizations in the town and they were categorized by the council into three groups: social, economic and administrative sectors. Out of a total of 834 employees working in the public sectors, 277 respondents filled and returned the questionnaire. In addition, 9 key informants were interviewed. The sample selection method adopted was simple random and purposive sampling technique. Mixed designs (both descriptive and explanatory) and mixed approaches (quantitative and qualitative) were employed to attain the objectives of the study. Data were collected using both the standardized questionnaire and self-developed interview items. The data were presented and analyzed applying both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study reviled that most frequently applied leadership style was transactional leadership while the laissez-faire leadership style is the least frequently applied. Moreover, both transformational and transactional leadership styles had positive correlation while laissez-faire leadership style has negative correlation. Thus, it is concluded that practicing transformational leadership was relatively more contributing to the achievement of the goals of public sectors organizations than others. Ultimately, it has been recommended that laissez-faire leadership styles need to be organized for the leaders by the council.

Nations around the globe are experiencing so much anxiety, apprehension, and ambiguity. Everyone is forced to find their means of livelihood. The coronavirus, which transformed our way of living, was first identified at the WHO Country Office in Wuhan, China's largest metropolitan area, in December 2019 and is now spread worldwide. Globally, the lockdown has been implemented to slow down the unfurl of the virus. Pandemic COVID-19 has a profound payoff on human activities, the financial sector, and the health care system. The epidemic also has a huge impact on humans, the economy, education, industry, and health care centers. In addition to the various negative consequences, the present pandemic also has some positive effects. The global report speculates that the emergence of COVID-19 is having a very positive impact on the environmental conditions such as a huge improvement is noticed in the air and water quality, and on the movement of wildlife. India is among the most polluted country in the world because it is highly populated, and due to which more industrial activities are carried out, which gradually result in a high level of air and water pollution. The immediate shutdown announced by the government to control the spread of COVID-19 entrained into the improved air and water quality. Nowadays when man began to withdraw from the open space in fear of COVID-19, nature began to regain its place. This less intervention of human beings with nature proved as a blessing for the environment. Because of this virus, the authorities have reduced the shipbuilding and other water transport activities which helped in reducing the smoke pollution, resulting in a massive drop in air pollution and a huge improvement in water quality.

Bioanalytical method development is the process of creating a procedure to determine a compound of interest to be identified and quantified in a biological matrix. A compound can often be measured by several methods and the choice of analytical method involves many considerations. Analysis of drugs and their metabolites in a biological matrix is carried out using different extraction methods like liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), solid phase extraction (SPE) and protein precipitation from these extraction methods samples are spiked with calibration (reference) standards and using quality control (QC) samples. These methods and choice of analytical method describes the process of method development and includes sampling, sample preparation, separation, detection and evaluation of the results. The developed process is then validated. Bioanalytical validations play a significant role in evaluation and interpretation of bioavailability, bioequivalence, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic studies. In which different parameters like accuracy, precision, selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility, and stability are performed.

Antibiotic resistance is type of drug resistance where a microorganism is able to survive exposure to an antibiotic. Genes can be transferred between bacteria a horizontal fashion by conjugation, transduction, transformation. Thus a gene for antibiotic resistance which had evolved via natural selection may be shared. Evolutionary stress such as exposure to antibiotics then selects for the antibiotic resistant trait. Many antibiotic resistance genes reside on plasmids, facilitating their transfer. If a bacterium carries several resistance genes, it is called multi resistant or, informally, a superbug or super bacterium. The primary cause of antibiotic resistance is genetic mutation in bacteria. The prevalence of antibiotic resistant bacteria is a result of antibiotic use both within medicine and veterinary medicine. The greater the duration of exposure is the greater the risk of the development of resistance irrespective of the severity of the need for antibiotics. As resistance becomes more common there becomes a greater need for alternative treatments. However despite a push for new antibiotic therapies there has been a continued decline in the number of newly approved drugs. Antibiotic resistance therefore poses a significant problem. The widespread use of antibiotics both inside and outside of medicine is playing a significant role in the emergence of resistant bacteria. Antibiotics are often used in rearing animals for food and this use among others leads to the creation of resistant strains of bacteria so we see now different type of resistance like MDR(multidrug resistant bacteria ) and XDR (extensively drug resistant bacteria) and PDR (Pan drug resistant bacteria) .from the widely use of antibiotics through the communities.

In this paper we study about the impact of education of mothers on sharing behavior among children. In this research paper the approach taken by mothers in raising a child has been long considered a major influence on the childs later development. Child rearing attitudes are a complex set of sharing behaviors influenced by a wide range of factors including cultural and religious background, mothers personality, gender, academic level, marital satisfaction (Belsky and Fearon, 2004) and child temperament etc. The relationship between these factors and child rearing examined by any previous studies are rare (Kendler et al., 1997).

The growing interest in E-learning seems to be coming from different directions like corporate and educational sectors. Corporate sees E-learning as a tool to save cost in terms of training and travelling to the learning centre (Bassi.2010), as from the educational point of view, it is an additional access to improving the teaching and learning process and to enhance a better communication between the teachers and learners. This article reviews personal, institutional, technological and other factors that affect teachers perception of E-Learning, since we know that teachers perceptions have an impact on their teaching practices. The article concludes there are numerous factors that influence teachers perceptions of E-Learning. Teachers feelings, knowledge and attitudes influence their use of e-learning in teaching. Finally, factors (barriers) that discourage the use of e-learning by teachers were also reviewed in this article.

Abstracts: Litter fall and decomposition of Heritiera fomes (Buch-Hum) leaves were compared for different seasons and sites in Nayachar Island (Latitude 21?5833 and longitude 88? 0454). Heritiera fomes (Buch-Hum) leaf litter decomposition was estimated using litter bags method. Seasonal changes and soil microarthropods abundance has an impact on the decomposition of mangrove leaf litter. This study analysed the influence of weather conditions on the decay rate, physio-chemical parameters and microarthropods population abundance as a decomposition indicator of leaf litter of Heritiera fomes(Buch-Hum). This study present the decomposition rate for Heritiera fomes(Buch-Hum) leaf litter throughout the year. It also quantifies soil microarthpods (Acarina, Collembola, Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Isopoda etc) abundance and different value of Physico-chemical parameters throughout the decomposition process. Finally this study emphasizes that the different groups of soil microarthropods not only plays important role in litter decomposition. Simultaneously, they also plays important role in the nutrient cycling in the coastal environment.
