Puberty may be the biological time frame involving the child as well as their adult seen as a physical body changes that lead to sex maturity. In these times adolescence experiences a growth spurt develops, create secondary sex features and attain the reproductive system maturity. The moment associated with puberty beginning and its progress tend to be varied between people and therefore are influenced mostly by genetics. The study made use of one group pretest and posttest design. Convenient sampling method was used to select 150 samples. Video assisted teaching program was administered to the samples and the effectiveness of video assisted teaching program was evaluated. A well formulated questionnaire was made which comprised of selected variables. The knowledge questionnaire was used to assess the level of knowledge on puberty among samples. For analysis inferential and descriptive statistical methods were used. It was evident from the study finding that the knowledge was improved after video assisted teaching program. Result: (122) 81.33% had inadequate knowledge and (28) 18.67% had moderately adequate knowledge in the pre-test.74.67% had adequate knowledge and 25.33% had moderately adequate knowledge in post-test.The mean post-test knowledge score was significantly higher than the mean pre-test knowledge score at 0.001 levels. This indicated that the video assisted teaching program has helped the samples to improve their knowledge on puberty. Conclusion: The present study finding shows that the samples who were attending the video assisted teaching program have shown improvement in the level of knowledge which was proved statistically. The respondents expressed their gratitude for the knowledge they gathered regarding puberty. This feedback led the future researcher to use the questionnaire as a guide for assessing knowledge on puberty. The Headmistress and teachers were appreciated the topic and video compact disc. Video assisted teaching method was very much encouraging among the school girls rather than other methods. It is necessary to learn about puberty for the girls who attend menarche. Series of teaching on the same aspect of all school girls will be improve their knowledge as well as improve their physical and mental health.

Seizure, acknowledged as one of the most prevalent neurological disorders, continues to present challenges in comprehending fully, leading to difficulties in precisely diagnosing and selecting appropriate treatments. This all-inclusive article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of seizures, with a particular emphasis on their classification, causes, and underlying mechanisms. Seizures, sudden and abnormal electrical disruptions in the brain, manifest in various ways, complicating their identification and categorization. To achieve accurate diagnoses, a series of extensive diagnostic tests are employed, including Electroencephalography (EEG), Furthermore, neuroimaging techniques, such as MRI and CT scans, aid in identifying structural abnormalities in the brain, while blood tests are essential for detecting metabolic or infectious triggers. Treatment options are selected carefully based on the type of seizure, frequency, and individual patient characteristics, with antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) being the primary choice, though surgery or alternative therapies may be considered for drug-resistant cases.

Monetary Policy Transmission (via banking channel) is the process through which the changes in RBI Repo rates transmit into various sections like retail, MSME segment via changes in banks deposits and advances rates. RBI ultimate monetary policy objective is to maintain inflation within tolerance level while supporting economic growth. Indian financial system is banking dominated, so it is important to analyse the nuances of monetary Policy transmission to gauge the ultimate impact and efficacy of Monetary Policy. Author observes that Monetary Policy rates affect deposits and advances rates differently therefore transmission is unequal as the banks efficiency and asset liability structure differ with one another. Historically lower transmission has been persistent, Even though RBI had taken several steps to ensure that better transmission takes place, most recently it has introduced EBLR to enhance Monetary Policy Transmission yet there is still lag in the transmission due to sticky nature of deposits and floating nature of advances to a large extent. In current financial year (FY 2023-24) so far, transmission is more on deposits than advances. This is possible due to CASA (Current & Saving deposits). Despite of increase in Policy Rates this financial year, banks are maintaining good margin, profitability owing to low cost CASA among other factors. As per RBI, approximately 48% of loans and advances are still linked to MCLR (Marginal cost of funding-based lending rate) i.e. good proportion of loans and advances are linked to MCLR, which is less transmittable rate. Author concludes that transmission through banking channel will further improve if banks deposits are also made floating and proportion of EBLR loans and advances rises in the Indian Banks.

Deep learning leverages optimization functions to minimize the loss function while training a neural network. Several optimization functions are prevalent in deep learning for this purpose, such as SGD, Adagrad, RMSProp, Adam, Adamax, ASGD (Average Stochastic Gradient Descent). Selection of best optimization functions helps to avoid under-fitting or over-fitting situations and helps to converge training faster. All the optimization functions were trained and tested on SRCNN model. This paper addresses the problem of selecting the best optimization function as one of the hyper parameters to train the SRCNN model for TCIA NSCLC chest CT images to enhance the quality of LR chest CT images into Super Resolved images. The experimental results show that Adam is the best optimization function with better PSNR values

There are some visible and some invisible senses in the human body. The visible senses include eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin and the invisible ones include vestibular input, proprioceptive input and interoceptive input. From the point of view of training for language development, visual senses are suitable. These senses are known as sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. These five senses play an important role in the process of language development. According to a research by LD Rosenblum and his colleagues - "We acquire 83.0% knowledge by seeing, 11.0% by listening, 3.5% by smelling, 1.05% by touching and 1.0% by tasting." In language development, it is more beneficial to use multi-sensory approach instead of uni-sensory approach. In children whose more than one sense organ is used, language development occurs at a greater and faster pace. It also depends on the fact that which sensory organ of a child is damaged to what extent. Because of ach sensory organ has a more or less separate role in language development. There are some children who have loss of one or more senses. Such children may fall under the category of disability. One category of disability is hearing impairment. Hearing impaired children have very poor language development due to their hearing loss. Hearing impaired children need training of all other senses along with training of the sense of hearing. That is, if instead of single-sense training, multi-sense training is given, the language development can happen in a better way. Many practical techniques are used for training the senses for language development in hearing impaired children.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune condition that affects about 1% of the population and typically manifests between the ages of 30 and 50. Over the past 25 years, there has been a significant shift in the goals and outcomes of RA treatment, partly due to a better understanding of the disease's pathophysiology. The prevalence of rheumatoid arthritis in adult U.S. was estimated to be 1.29 million (0.6%) using data between 1995 and 2005, down from the prior estimate of 2.1 million. Age significantly increased the prevalence of RA in men and increased it in women. Leukocyte infiltration into the synovium is what causes synovitis. Inflammation results from the secretion of the cytokines transforming growth factor, interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, IL-21, and IL-23 by dendritic cells and macrophages, which promote the development of Th17 cells and restrict the generation of regulatory T cells. Multiple potential strategies may be used to mediate the role of B cells in autoimmune illness. Multiple joints are frequently painful and stiff in RA patients. Inflammatory etiology may be the cause of morning stiffness lasting longer than an hour. Imaging techniques such as color, Doppler sonography or Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging can detect the presence of tenosynovitis. Leflunomide is a DMARD that primarily targets lymphocytes by preventing the synthesis of pyrimidine. It produces similar improvements in clinical measurements and radiographic scores as methotrexate when used as a monotherapy. When side effects prevent its usage, it is frequently combined with other DMARDs such as cholestyramine for quick drug removals. The immune system mistakenly views bodily cells as alien substances in autoimmune illnesses like rheumatoid arthritis. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) contain immunomodulatory characteristics, which allow them to alter the immune response. MSCs may lessen inflammation in troubled joints by reducing or suppressing the immune system. All-arthroplasty is more common in arthritis than a standard operation. Hip and knee replacements are frequently required on the equal side. Arthrodesis became a common treatment for wrist arthritis. For the proximal interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal joint, surgery is still the gold standard.

The present research paper intends to explore and analyze the postcolonial situation as depicted in Naipaul's A Bend in the River. It defines Naipaul's central area of interest in all his later novels which is the review and scrutiny of the situation prevailing in the third world countries. Set in a newly independent African nation, the story of the novel, A Bend in the River comes to the readers through the consciousness of Salim, whose narrative takes the readers to a river town located deep within the nation and makes them assess the situation through his perspective. The African country which becomes the setting of the novel remains unchristened and unnamed, probably, because Naipaul wishes to present a representative tale of violence and bloodshed, decay and destruction, chaos and disorder, turmoil and upheavals taking place in the third world countries, in general, and African countries, in particular.

Solar Air Heater (SAH) is device which is mostly used to heat air in cold climates .That heated air a lots of application including warming building ,agricultural producer etc. In present work an experiment has been done to see how a Solar Air Heater (SAH) can be made more effective. This study examines the thermal performance of a Solar Air Heater (SAH) with a W- discrete, V - discrete, and a plain absorber plate at various mass flow rates. Outlet air temperature and thermal efficiency were two experimental outputs that were evaluated to confirm the performance. At a mass flow rate of 0.049 kg/s, the W - discrete absorber plate SAH was found to have a maximum thermal efficiency of 83%, which is respectively 39.83% and 30.16% greater than the W - discrete and V- discrete SAH. This study showed that for the parameter under consideration, flow configurations with W - discrete and V- discrete solar plate outperform and smooth plate SAH in terms of thermal performance. The angle at which air strike V - discrete absorber plate is 60o, where as the air has to strike two 60o angled plate for the case W-discrete absorber plate. As the friction factor has high value for two 60o in (W- discrete solar plate). The thermal performance of absorber plate with W- discrete is high.

In recent years, the digital world has advanced significantly, particularly on the Internet, which is critical given that many of our activities are now conducted online. As a result of attackers' inventivetechniques, the risk of a cyberattack is rising rapidly. One of the most critical attacks is the malicious URL intended to extract unsolicited information by mainly tricking inexperienced end users, resulting in compromising the user's system and causing losses of billions of dollars each year. As a result, securing websites is becoming more critical. In this paper, we provide an extensive literature review highlighting the main techniques used to detect malicious URLs that are based on machine learning models, taking into consideration the limitations in the literature, detection technologies, feature types, and the datasets used. Moreover, due to the lack of studies related to malicious Arabic website detection, we highlight the directions of studies in this context. Finally, as a result of the analysis, we conducted on the selected studies, we present challenges that might degrade the quality of malicious URL detectors, along with possible solutions

Molecular docking is the computational modelling of complexes generated by the interaction of two or more molecules. Based on the binding properties of the involved ligand and target molecules, it predicts the three-dimensional structure of adducts. Molecular docking provides many probable candidate structures, which are scored and grouped together using the scoring function in the molecular docking tool's software. Docking simulations anticipate an optimised docked conformer depending on the system's total energy. Computational approaches have become a key aspect of many drug development processes, from hit discovery to lead optimisation and beyond. The docking process often consists of numerous steps, each of which introduces a new level of complexity. Small molecules are docked onto the active domain of the enzyme using docking procedures. Aside from these methods, scoring functions are used to quantify a compound's biological activity by examining how it interacts with potential targets. Molecular docking is the most commonly used computational phenomenon in the field of computer-aided drug design (CADD). The terms ligand and protein are frequently used in molecular docking. Proteins are the binding sites for ligands, which offer specialised activity. Molecular docking provides information on the ability of a ligand to bind to a protein, also known as binding affinity. Molecular docking applications in drug discovery have improved substantially since it was first employed to investigate molecular recognition mechanisms between microscopic and large molecules.
