Abstract Manikpur is a subdivision of Chitrakoot District. There is no proper sever system in the town and effluents in rainy season are allowed to flow over the roads and streets, as the result dangering the ground water quality. To determine the extent of ground water pollution assessment of physico-chemical characteristics of drinking water sources was done during rainy season. Eight sites christened as Site-I-Patel Nagar, Site-II-Jawahar Nagar, Site-III- Shastri Nagar, Site-IV-Subhash Nagar, Site-V-Gandhi Nagar, Site-VI- Arya Nagar, Site-VII- Mahaveer Nagar& Site-VIII- Shiv Nagar were chosen for the purpose. The Parameters which were determined are Colour, Taste, Odour, Temperature, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and contents Total solids, Suspended solids, Settable solids, DO, BOD, COD, TKN, BHC. The water Samples were also analyzed for the determination of contents like Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, Carbonate, Nitrate, Sodium, Potassium and free CO2. The level of those parameters and contents were evaluated ;exceeded all the eight sites on comparing with desirable limits as prescribed by WHO and results were lowest at Site-7- Mahaveer Nagar and highest at Site-1- Patel Nagar in the rainy season.

Development of children with early ages is now increasingly recognized as a human right issue (UNICEF 2015). To recognition that young children as holders of rights enshrined in the constitution, Convention on Right of Children (CRC-1989) and other policy documents should be guaranteed. The early childhood is a critical period for the realization of these rights. Useful interpretation and implementation of child right and analysis of it at various contexts and developmental stages of child is inevitable. Implementing the showcased child rights (UDHR 1948) and legal entitlements in early childhood education system is thus an effective way to prevent personal, social and educational difficulties of child during later stages of development (ICCPR1966)3. This paper aims to make aware the teachers, parents and care givers to realize of rights for all young children, enhance them to practice it by knowing the policies, laws, programmes, practices entitled for preschool children. It suggests the need of professional enrichment in a global process and perspectives on early agers rights and localized the practice (Bodil Rasmusson 2016) by teachers in all preschools. The data from 240 preschool teachers from Kozhikode District, Kerala were analyzed for different aspects of child right at early age. The results show that teachers are less aware of child right and implementation and enactment legal entitlement related with early agers speculated in various documents.

The ITMU at ICAR-NRCSS, Ajmer has achieved many marvels in terms of development of technologies in various aspects of seed spice crops in terms of crop improvement, crop production, crop protection, basic sciences, social sciences, post harvest and value addition, MOUs etc. The salient achievements are mentioned below under pertinent heads. The issuance of a patent by the government office is basically done by a patent application record that is an agreement between the inventor and the government office. Correspondingly, a patent application is in many ways like a contract. Preparation of a standard patent application is curious because it sets out in a transparent way, the terms and condition by which the patent owner and others will be bound. These criteria of the patent application make it different from writing a scientific paper. The technical subject matter that is available in the patent application have bear some similarities to a scientific or technical paper, although it does not usually need to rise to the level of a blueprint for making the invention protected by the patent. Public officials of government take a long time to review the patent as examiners and judges and business partners. Therefore it is necessary that a patent application should be drafted with these important audiences in mind. The parts of the patent application typically include the Background, Summary, Detailed Description and Drawings, Claims, and Abstract. The patent agent is unlikely to draft the patent application in this order and should ordinarily draft the claims first.

Nowadays the usage of computer technology and the internet has increased rapidly. We are using this improvised network in data transfer and storage of data for faster communication. However, where there is a positive there will be negatives also, in this safe communication/transmission of data is always of concern, and new techniques keep developing to safeguard the data. So, to provide secure data transfer we propose a synthesis text encryption technique that is Deep Substitution and Key Encryption algorithm(DSKE).DSKE is the combination of DSEM[1]and RSA. DSKE splits the user data into two parts and one half is sent to DSEM and the other half is sent to the RSA algorithm. This paper comprehensively explains the DSKE cryptic process.

The disastrous impact of the COVID-19 crisis on education has been unprecedented. It has set the timepiece back on the accomplishment of international education goals, and unreasonably affected the poorer and most helpless. And yet, the education community has proved tough, laying foundation for the bounce back. Every harmful spiral of frustrating socio-economic circumstances suggests its reverse image of a helpful spiral, one which would lead to the future of education we want: inclusive change in education delivery, unleash the potential of individuals, and united fulfilment, in all areas of life, through education investment. There is unlimited drive, and untapped resources, we can count on for the restoration, not only of educations essential services, but of its fundamental aspirations. It is the responsibility of governments and the international community to stay true to principles and conduct reforms, so that, not only will the children and youth regain their promised future, but all education stakeholders find their role in making it happen.

In India, Agriculture is the largest source of livelihoods. More than 65 per cent of its rural households still, directly and indirectly, depend on agriculture for their livelihood. However, India has many growing concerns. About 46 per cent of India's geographical area is used for agriculture purposes. But the per-capita availability of land has already decreased from 0.5 hectares in 1950-51 to 0.15 hectare in 1999-2000, which will further be reduced to 0.08 hectare in 2025 A.D. This study explicitly highlights the magnitude of farmers' suicides in India, Particularly in Malwa region of Punjab state. This study further initiate the spatial pattern and trends of farmer suicide and will help to bring down suicide and improve their well being. The present study on the unfortunate incidence of farmers suicides is likely to provide an in-depth analysis of changing agrarian relations and the impact of government policies on the incidence of farmer's suicide.

Plant disease diagnosis is an art as well as science. The diagnosis process (i.e. recognition of symptoms and signs), is inherently visual and requires intuitive judgment as well as the use of scientific methods to classify them. In this era convolutional neural networks (CNNs) has achieved impressive results in the area of image classification. Hence, this paper is concerned with a new approach to the development of pomegranate Leaf disease recognition model, based on leaf image classification, by the use of convolutional neural networks, more over deep convolutional networks, by exploring small kernels. The use of small kernels allows designing a deeper architecture, besides having a positive effect against over fitting, given the fewer number of weights in the network. We also investigated the use of intensity normalization as a pre-processing step, which though not common in CNN-based segmentation methods, proved together with data augmentation to be very effective for Leaf disease recognition.

This research compares strategic thinking and operations as an indicator of success in companies and also the moderating effect of organizational learning variable on the relationship between strategic thinking and operations, so first, a comprehensive model for strategic thinking based on the literature of the subject is inferred and designed and then tested using survey/analytical research method. The statistical population of the study is 10% of the companies listed in the foreign exchange market-based in Kabul. Due to the small number of companies, a probable method was used. A researcher-made questionnaire of strategic thinking was distributed among top managers and an organizational learning standard questionnaire was distributed among middle managers. Data on asset returns as corporate operations were extracted from the financial statements in the foreign exchange market. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between strategic thinking and high managers' operations in the companies under study, but organizational learning does not moderate the relationship between strategic thinking and performance.

The face recognition is a classical research domain, a number of research contributions are available by different contributors. Beyond their key contributions the proposed work is aimed to design a new recognition model that can work on incomplete data or information of face to recognize the target person. Additionally the work also indented to find pose recognition too. Both the issues are lead to increase the rate of misclassification or recognition during the face recognition. Thus the proposed work is proposing a LDA and MLP based face recognition to mitigate the issues of face recognition task. The proposed working model including the LDA based feature selection technique. The LDA (Linear Discriminant Analysis) is technique that is also used for dimensionality reduction additionally to compute a common projection in a higher dimensional space. Further the LDA based pose features are trained using the MLP (Multi Layer Perceptron). The MLP is a feed forward neural network and work for optimal classification outcomes. After training the model is tested on a test dataset. The experimental results demonstrate the effective performance in terms of accuracy as well as the method shows less resource consumption in terms of memory and time.

The present work aims to study the Diversity and Abundance of zooplankton in Gundalli Tank, Shahpur, Yadgir district for a period of one year from January 2016 to December 2016. Zooplankton community is also correlated with physicochemical parameters. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted by taking samples from five sampling stations of the tank. We have recorded 28 species, of which 11 species belong to Rotifera, 7 to Cladocera, 6 to Copepoda and 4 to Ostracoda. Zooplanktons are heterotrophic planktonic animals floating in water. They serve as good indicators of changes in water quality. This study also reveals that different groups of zooplanktons have their own peak periods of density, which is affected by local environmental conditions prevailing at that time.
