The aim of the research paper was to see the effectiveness of the PDPET (Professional Development Programme for Elementary Teachers) for Elementary school teachers who are in service and already B.Ed. qualified. For this purpose, a sample of fifty teachers from the schools affiliated with HP Board/CBSE was selected by using a simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire containing 16 questions was prepared to collect the data. The results were analysed using percentages. The paper revealed that a maximum of the teachers were of the view that the PDPET programme should not be compulsory for those who are already B.Ed. qualified and was useless to do this programme. Few teachers responded that it was just a burden for already burdened teachers. Though few teachers said that this programme made aware them of current issues and objectives of elementary education as well as objectives of the RTE act,2009 and challenges in the implementation.

In Ayurveda Kasa is explained as a separate disease entity with the explanation of specific nidanapanchaka and treatment. Kasa is a condition due to Pranavaha Sroto Dushti which originates from Amashaya. Dhuma and Raja are the main causes of pranavahasroto dushti, which have become unavoidable, making Kasa the most commonest disease to the extent of 60% of total diseases being recorded. The Prana and Udana Vayu are responsible for normal functioning of Pranavaha Srotas, which can be altered due to causative factors in turn lead to manifestation of Kasa. Kasa though it is not life-threatening, it troubles the person as it hinders day-to-day activities. Here, we tried to evaluate the efficacy of shuntyadi lehya in Vataja Kasa. It was a clinical study with a pre and post design in 30 patients who were diagnosed with Vataja Kasa and with absolute eosinophil count >500 cell/mm3 . After examination shuntyadi lehya was given for 8 days. The assessment criteria were noted before and during treatment and on follow-up.The formulation has shown highly significant results. All the changes were statistically highly significant. No patient has reported any adverse drug reactions during the treatment and follow-up periods.

Reservations for Indian Women as a Means of empowerment is an important and Reservation policies in India have been implemented to ensure that women from traditionally marginalized communities have access to education, employment, and political representation. These policies have empowered many women who would otherwise not have had these opportunities. Over the years, the reservation policy has been amended and expanded to include various categories of women such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) among others. The goal of this program is to promote gender equality by providing equal opportunity in key sectors like education, politics, government jobs etc. Studies show that the reservations system has played a significant role in uplifting tribal communities while also ensuring sustainable development for them. It's worth noting that with more female representatives in governance positions India can be transformed into financially strong nation quickly the merits and demerits of reservations are hotly debated but at least they increase diversity within certain fields or entities which certainly improves creativity & innovation regardless of any Cultural aspects resulting -a mutual empowerment on both sides.

Nephrotic syndrome is clinically identified by exorbitant proteinuria along with other noticeable changes such as hypoalbuminaemia, oedema and hyperlipidemia etc. It is mainly pediatric group morbidity but ratio of cases in other age and sex can also be seen. Generally the well-known treatment for nephrotic syndrome has diuretics in it but in Homoeopathy the treatment is not based on the disease only but on the characteristic symptoms of the patient. Homoeopathy treats the patient as a whole and not the disease only. In this article we have discussed the details about nephrotic syndrome and role of homoeopathy in treating it.

Cancer is the most widespread life-threatening disease today, which spreads because of the lifestyle we live. Cancer is caused by uncontrolled cell growth, which can be cured if diagnosed at an early stage. Cancer is a genetic disorder that results from genetic or epigenetic changes in somatic cells and has abnormal cell growth that can spread to other parts of the body. According to Nutrition and Cancer Research, diet and lifestyle changes can successfully prevent 30 to 40 percent of all cancers. Obesity, nutrient-poor foods that affect glucose metabolism, such as concentrated sweets and refined wheat products Based on the presence or absence of molecular markers for estrogen or progesterone receptors and human epidermal growth factor. Breast cancer is divided into three primary subgroups. The fifth leading cause of cancer death in the United States is liver cancer. The prognosis of liver cancer is dismal as patients are often diagnosed at an advanced stage. Among all liver cancer cases.

A giant cell tumor (GCT) is defined as the presence of large multinucleated osteoclast-like giant cells, along with mononuclear spindle-like stromal cells and other monocytes. It most commonly occurs in the knee joint. The most common age of presentation of GCT is 20-45 years with female preponderance. The most usual presentation of a GCT is pain due to mechanical instability from bone resorption. A localized bony swelling may be observed due to destruction of the bone and tumor progression. One should keep in mind this entity and final diagnosis is always done by histopathological examination. Curettage and Bone Grafting is a common surgical approach and effective too.

This research paper explain about the Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a dynamic network between mobile nodes for sharing of information and is popular for its infrastructure-less design. Due to the lack of central governing body, however, various security threats come forward in MANETs in comparison to its infrastructure based counterparts. Blackhole attack is one of the most challenging security issues present in MANETs. Blackhole attack reduces network efficiency considerably by disrupting the flow of data between source and destination. In this paper, we propose an algorithm which is based on the technique of changing the sequence number present in control packets, in particular the Route Reply Packets (RREP) in widely used Ad-Hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol, in order to identify the blackhole nodes and thereby to minimize the data loss by discarding the route with such Blackhole nodes. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the legacy Intrusion Detection System (IDS) provisioned for AODV

This review paper explain about the Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a powerful organization between versatile hubs for sharing of data and is famous for its framework less plan. Because of the absence of focal administering body, in any case, different security dangers approach in MANETs in contrast with its framework based partners. Blackhole assault is one of the most difficult security issues present in MANETs. Blackhole assault lessens network effectiveness extensively by disturbing the progression of information among source and objective. In this paper, we approached a calculation which depends on the method of changing the grouping present number in charge parcels, specifically the Route Reply Packets (RREP) in broadly utilized Ad-Hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) steering convention, to distinguish the blackhole hubs and subsequently to limit the information misfortune by disposing of the course with such Blackhole hubs. Reenactment results show that the proposed calculation outflanks the inheritance Intrusion Detection System (IDS) provisioned for AODV.

Asthma is a major noncommunicable disease (NCD), affecting both children and adults and is the most common chronic disease among children. Asthma affected an estimated 262 million people in 2019 (1) and caused 455,000 deaths. Homeopathy plays a major role in the management of asthma both in terms of acute exacerbation and chronic phases by reducing the recurrence of episodes in terms of its frequency, duration, and intensity. Prolonged use of homoeopathic medicines succeded in reducing the drug dependence on inhalers and bronchodilators etc. Asthma, when hereditary, is one of the sycotic complaints of Hahnemann. Natrum Sulphuricum is a very excellent remedy when it comes to humid asthma, especially in children with a strong hereditary background it goes down to the bottom of the case and will cure the case.
