Road construction planning is a basic and challenging task in the management and execution of construction projects. A good construction plan is the basis for developing the budget and the schedule for a project. A considerable amount of time, money and resources are wasted each year in a road construction industry due to an improper management of construction activities. Time and Cost are the two fundamental parameters in the execution of the road construction. Providing good planning, proper organization, sufficient flow of resources to a road project cannot automatically achieve the desired result. The Primavera P6 software provides a warning mechanism, which can alert the organization about its possible success and failures throughout the project. The main objective of this study is to know the importance of road construction planning with the help of Primavera P6 software. Also put forward measures to the organization for enhancing their project planning skills for similar projects in future. The aim of this review paper is to promote the use of Primavera P6 in construction engineering and help the young engineer or learner to get an idea about the software.

Women are not only a part of the majority of India. They are the base of India. If the base is weak and crumbly, the building might topple. So, to empower this root from within, making them financially independent is the first and foremost step. Giving them the necessary employment as power is the need of the hour. Empowering one woman leads to the empowerment of the whole family. Self-help groups are an integral part of improving the overall well-being of women in India. Women in India are always given a back seat. Self-help groups have played a pivotal role in the upliftment and enhancement of women of rural India. The main aim of the self-help group is to reach the deep crevices of the villages of India and to help the respect deprived women. The women get a chance to come together as a group that may or may not be registered. They help each other by pooling together small savings and loaning that amount to whoever requires that money.

With the sudden surge of Artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, the world is getting digitalized, and many people are benefiting from it. Due to this many internet-based company using this technology and enhancing their products and services to target new consumers. Many companies are targeting many new sectors one of them is mental health, mental health is one of the most neglected part of our society and many people suffering from mental health-related problem but not taking cure or not able to afford the treatment due to huge cost. To counter this problem many new start-ups and big tech companies are emerging to make it more accessible and less destigmatize. As this technology becomes more developed and advanced, we would see a new age integration of psychiatrist and AI in future

The history of English language teaching is a remarkable testimony of how pedagogy evolves and adapts itself to changing environments, cultures, trends and purposes. Right from the ancient Classical Method to the more recent Audio-lingual Method, educationists have theorised and put into practice various methods of teaching English for the benefit of learners who are not native speakers of English but wish to learn it in order to move up the ladder socially, academically and professionally. The Direct Method, the Audio-lingual Method, Designer method, Suggestopedia, Silent Way, Grammar-Translation Method, among many others, are some ways in which English has been taught. History bears witness to the fact that the pedagogical approach is more student-centric today than it was in the past. Educationists are mindful of taking into consideration the temperament, need, interest, psychological state, mental ability, ethnicity, culture and social background of the learner. In other words, the approach has become more inclusive and student-centred. Similarly, ESL programs endeavour to accommodate students from different language backgrounds, accepting the inevitable mother tongue influence in the way they use English.

Tourism promoters believe that the Hornbill Festival in Nagaland allows tourists to have an insight into the different tribes of Nagaland, fostering an understanding of the rich cultural heritage of the state, its resourceful architecture and its ethnic cuisine and promotes economic activities. Understanding tourist satisfaction allows the managers and service providers to provide amenities and services that will match with the expectations of the tourist and ensure the satisfaction level with the experience they have perceived. The study attempted to analyze the effect of socio-demographic characters of the tourist on the level of satisfaction of tourist visiting the Hornbill Festival of Nagaland using ANOVA tool. A set of questionnaire was constructed consisting of the socio-demographic profiles of tourists and their overall satisfaction of Hornbill Festival Tourism. To determine the overall level of satisfaction, a 5-point Likert scale was employed. Using convenience-sampling technique, 200 sample respondents were taken into account. The study found that there is a significant relation between the different levels of education, employment and income status of the tourist and the level of satisfaction with Hornbill Festival experience.

On 12 May, 2020, the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi announced in his address to the nation an economic package of Rs. 20 trillion to tide over the Coronavirus crisis under the Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan. Complementing this view point of the nation, the Honourable Finance Minister of Govt. of India Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman in her budget presentation speech announced Rs. 35,000 crore for the development of Covid-19 vaccines. Even though one can find out certain controversies around the Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Mission, the current scenario warrants for more thought-provoking intrusions into the subject. The present paper details the intricacies of the Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan and relates it to the global marketing scenario.

Oil, a major component in transportation, is likely to bring about price fluctuations in the agricultural commodities when its price changes. Naturally, this relationship tends to be positive i.e., with an increase in global oil prices, the food prices would go up. This paper attempts to study this relationship and obtain its nature by taking the case of wheat (cereal), gram (pulse) and coffee with the help of Vector Error Correction Model (VECM).

This paper introduces an idea of Speaker Recognition (SR) system. Speech is considered as most reliable form of communication between humans, which gave the idea for the production of human machine interface technology. One of the important aspects of human machine speech interface technology is speaker recognition which is used in Biometric system. SR is the process of automatically perceiving the oneness of a speaker on the basis of discrete information extracted from their speech signals. It tends to be extensively grouped into two sections: Speaker Identification and Speaker Verification. Also there are two modes to record the database for SR: Single Distant Microphone mode (SDM) and Multiple Distant Microphone mode (MDM). In this paper features of both SDM and MDM signals have been extracted using MFCC and proposed algorithm. For feature matching Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) has been used, finally the performance has been accessed using ROC (Receiver operating Characteristics) and DET (Detection Error Trade-Off).

This research work investigate the effect of Lagenaria siceraria fruit extract (LSFJ) using chamber across transepithelial membrane to investigate ions transport the relationship between drug intake and a clinical response is highly complex. Deviations between drug response within or between individuals may be ascribed product bioavailability, drug pharmacokinetics and particular concentration-effect relationship. Membrane integrity was evaluated in the terms of resistance. At the 0 milli volt current measured as a short circuit current. Regular samples were withdrawn in 15 minute- 90 minute. Current at 0 mV and at 10 mV was noted. After 90 min. membrane was replaced by fresh membrane It has proved by this study that using chamber is a useful technique to evaluate permeation and interaction of other material on permeation. Sweet and bitter both types of Lagenaria have effects on permeation of model drugs and variations occur with concentration, time and subject. There are some impressive results have come which will be later used to discover the applications of bitter Lagenaria and sweet Lagenaria in modifications of drug effects or we can say modification of pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic of drug materials.
