 Abstract

When 2- hydroxynaphthaldehyde, functionalized salicylaldehyde and ethan -1, 2- dihydrazide are refluxed together in equimolar proportion in ethanolic medium in presence of cobalt acetate, chelates of the type, [Co L1-4] are formed. Characterization has been done on the basis of elemental analysis, magnetic, conductivity and spectral studies suggesting structure of the complexes to be square planar.

The local Congress was forced to abandon some of its chosen centres for the salt satyagraha' and the campaign was replaced by their decision to lay more emphasis on economic issue. Intelligence reports say, 'small parties' moving about the province advised cultivators 'to refuse to pay any enhancement of rent ... because many of these enhancements are illegal'. Kalka Prasad, a member of the Rae Bareli District Congress Committee, spreading 'no-rent' propaganda coupled with promises of smaller rents under Swaraj.

 Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the adjustment behaviour systematically in gender differences and decrease for juvenile delinquents through behaviour therapy. The Visakhapatnam city has taken as the study area, and a sample of 100 respondents (50 males 50 females, ages 11 to 16years) covered males and females of juvenile homes. The data collected by Bell Adjustment Inventory by Hugh M. Bell (1962) questionnaire. Data obtained processed with SPSS software to find out the results. Concerning gender, males held found to move significantly higher in number compared to girls for the groups of juvenile delinquents. Adjustment behaviour training, for example, Behaviour therapy training can build the function of control systems, including those prompting enhanced adjustment behaviour and along these lines, might be a promising methodology for the treatment of fixation.

 Abstract

We outlined our findings on impact of the eigenvalue on electron-phonon coupling (e-p coupling) strength of the selected alkali metals Li, Na, K. In our study we primarily employed Harrisons First Principle [HFP] pseudopotential technique and computed form factors of alkali metals and its binary alloys using different sets of eigenvalue. Further with the help of McMillan formalism the impact of eigenvalues on one of the fundamentally important SSP e-p coupling strength, in case of alkali metals Li, Na, K carried out. Our studies give acceptable results. We also concludes that with choice of suitable eigenvalue the HFP pseudopotential technique can suitably reproduce SSP of metals.

 Abstract

Education is the fundamental right of every person and all the children belonging to the age group of 6-14 years are entitled to free and compulsory education under the Right to Education Act, 2009. However, education for females with disabilities is still a far away dream due to the physical, social and attitudinal barriers when compared to their disabled male or non-disabled female counterparts. While different policies and programmes are run by the central government and the state governments for the education and empowerment of women in general, no specific consideration is given on the education of these women and girls. Though the National policy for persons with disabilities, 2006, gives special focus on women and recognises their special needs, hardly any specific programmes are being implemented at the grassroots level to empower these women who are multimarginalised and have to fight battle at many fronts for their own empowerment like, physical, social, economical, cultural and attitudinal level. The present article is concerned with the prospects and challenges related to the educational opportunities for the girls with disabilities and their role in empowering women at large. The study attempts to explore if the various Government Acts, Policies and Programmes framed for women and disabled people offer specific provisions for girls and women with disabilities considering their unique needs and requirements. Further, it also explores the kind of barriers the girls with disabilities have to face to access the educational opportunities available. Finally, the study attempts to offer some suggestions for the empowerment of girls with disabilities.

 Abstract

Agriculture is the main contributing factor in the Indian economy where majority of our countrys population is employed. Compared to the secondary and tertiary sectors, the primary sector is lagging behind. Farmers still do not have access to financial credits and knowledge to take their farming to a next level with the growing technology. Developments had been happening all around the country but the agricultural sector is lagging behind. Dr. Rajendra Prasads contribution to help this sector and the farmers has been phenomenal in the Indian history. He brought a revolution in the agriculture by improving the condition of farmers at that time. Though a lot is yet to be done, his efforts surely took the condition of farmers and agriculture to a path of progression. This paper will talk about the contributions of Dr. Rajendra Prasad for improving the condition of farmers.

 Abstract

The two great champions of Humanism - Ambedkar & Mahasweta. Dr. Jahir Alam Cell No- 9002796902 Email-jahiralam788@gmail.com Dr. Baba Sahed Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar (Born 14.01.1891, died 06.12.1956) and Ms. Mahasweta Bhattacharjee (born 1926, died 2016) are the two of the greatest personalities of modern India. Both of them fought until their death for the upliftment of the down trodden people of India with tremendous tenacity which is rarely seen. After Swami Vivekananda, virtually we have seen none to be so dedicated in the pious purpose of the welfare of the so called backward and untouchable mass of people of India, who have been subjected to inhuman torture and distress and poverty all along the history of India. Ambedkar, part from his strenuous struggle for his own upliftment and for the people at large, is also famous for the drafting of the constitution of the independent draftings of the constitution of the independent republican India. He is regarded as the father of Indian Constitution. This huge constitution, the largest among all other constitutions of the world states proves beyond any shade of doubt, that, keeping in view the diversity of Indian people, it is a marvelous achievement. The main theme of the Constitution has been propagated nicely in its preamble. We, the people of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a sovereign socialist secular democratic republic and to secure to all its citizen. Justice, Social, economic and Political liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship, equality of status and of opportunity and to promote among them all fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation, in our constituting assembly this twenty sixth day of November 1949, do hereby adopt enact and give to ourselves this constitution. The preamble, The directive principles of state policy, article no 32 and article 226 and a; other features of the great constitution lead us to the belief that the constitution itself is the embodiment of the noble abstract thoughts of humanism of Dr. Ambedkar. Whatever he had contemplated for the welfare of the entire people of India, irrespective of their caste, creed and religion have been reflected in the constitution. The pivotal point of the contemplation is equality of status as an Indian citizen, and equality of Human Rights. Long ago emperor Ashoka who also like Dr. Ambedkar had embrace Buddhism tried to implement equality of justice in the eye of law (Byabahar samata) and equality of punishment for equal crimes (Danda Samata), But ultimately failed to implement them properly due to the opposition of the Brahmins. Later on Pishya Mitra the Brahmin assassinator of the last kin g of the maurya dynasty revived brahmanical superiority of casteism in retaliation against Buddhism, and that was the beginning of the end of equalism which was the essential feature of Buddhism. Ambedkar embraced Buddhism, simple because he had thought that the Buddhist philosophy of equality could be the only solace and satisfaction for himself. The teachings of Dr. Ambedkar can be regarded as the guidelines for our future political, social and cultural welfare. he advised Indian people to have proper education to be organization, and to be spirited. He thought that nation which forgets its history can never be a great nation. our sakta poet Ramprasad Sen write that human mind is a great field of cultivation. If you just cultivate it, it will produce golden crops for you. (Emon Manab-Jabin Roilo Patit, Abad Korle Pholto Sona) Ambedkar also said that cultivation of mind should be the supreme purpose of life. A great man is someone different from a distinguished man. A great man is he who is always ready to serve and to be the servant of the society and of the people. Yes, Ambedkars greatest achievement of life lies in the fact that he was not only able to rise from his lowly position to the extreme height of superiority, but to be also a great and magnanimous man who was prepared to sacrifice his life to serve the people of India, to serve humanism, in the truest sense of the term. Now about the second champion of the human values. Ms. Maha Sweta Debi, who also like her predecessor, some thirty five year junior to Dr. Ambedkar followed the same path of dedication and sincerity of purpose in fighting for the welfare of the backward people of the society, especially for the people belonging to the tribal communities of hills and forest regions who have lost their Aranyer Adhikar i.e. original rights to forest rivers and hills. The tribal peoples of India scattered throughout all the hilly and forest regions of India have been living in India from the earliest periods of pre-history and historical times with their own customs of life, culture and religion. They have all along been neglected and regionalized by the administration and officials. But during the British colonialism their plight reached the highest pack to facilitate plundering their natural resources. Their mineral wealth , rail-road, and roads were constructed all through their habitats their rivers were captivated by huge barrages and inundated there by to compel hundred and thousands of people to leave their places of abode. These helpless refugees did not get the benefit of modern development and prosperity. They became as if the sheer darkness just under the bright lamp of civilization. They became destitutes of the human society. Ms. Mahasweta Bhattacharjee realized their plight, travelled through their regions, lived with them, shared their inconveniences and wrote a number of books wherein she presented every detail of their precarious condition, and waged a revolt, so to say, for them her sincerity, her understandings, her humanitarian approach to redress their misery reminds is the greatness of Swami Vivekananda and Dr. Ambedkar. Mahasweta has also been recognized like Dr. Ambedkar as one of the truest fighters for the cause of the backward people. Both of them great personalities are the excellent champions of humanism, of true liberty of people equality and justice and of financial stability of the backward communities of post independence India.  Abstract

Edge cloud networking becomes the modern concept where only centralised cloud data centre storage and distribution facilities were transferred towards Edge Cloud Nodes (ECNs) mostly on edge of the network. Comparison to standard cloud data centres, ECNs were physically similar towards smartphone customers such that contact distance was massively diminished. Throughout this article, they research the topic including its distribution for Virtual Machine (VM) assets throughout geo-distributed ECNs for smartphone users utilizing marketplace methodology. Next, they consider smartphone users as well as ECNs like sellers and buyers for VM property auctions, accordingly. After which they design a VM resource allocation algorithm like an n-to-one balanced bipartite graph representing the 0-1 knapsack restriction issue. Although the issue was NP-hard, they are constructing the biased optimal solution for decide the champions of auctions, mostly on basis for that we are proposing the veritable auction-based VM resource allocation (AVA) method for overcome the issue. In addition , we show that perhaps the AVA method not just to provides the essentially ideal outcome to winning choice, yet has the characteristics for truthiness, human rationality as well as computationally efficient. Eventually, they carry out detailed experiments of actual residues for validate the substantial efficiency of proposed AVA system.

 Abstract

The anticipated change in the demographic composition will result in a reduction of the workers compared to the elderly persons. The needs of children are mainly covered through transfers from the parents and the needs of elderly persons mainly through public transfers from the population which is active in the labour market. The relative sizes of these groups are surly extent of burden. The relative changes in the age-groups will act supply chain in the social structure. An increase in economic dependency will require more reallocation from workers to the dependent population. In the light of this, dependency ratio, age-specific dependency or support ratio has been calculated for the states in India for last 3 census years. The states have also been compared.
