Abstract: This study mainly deals with the effect of capital structure decisions on firm value. The study is made on twenty pharmaceutical companies selected from BSE-500 companies for the period of 2016 to 2020 and the data is collected from the Moneycontrol. Price-earnings and price to book value ratio are the firm value ratio. The debt-equity ratio is used as the capital structure ratio. Panel data regression model is used for data analysis. The result showed that capital structure has a negative impact on firm value in pharmaceutical companies.

ABSTRACT: The introduction of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization policies all over the world has brought the need to protect the environment. It is the duty of every individual of any society to protect nature. But the greed to have more pleasures in life and lead a luxurious life, man started exploiting limited natural resources to a maximum extent. That is the reason that the man is facing the worst problem of environmental degradation. Therefore, the governments of various countries have come out with Environmental legislation. India is one among them. It is quite obvious now to protect the nature through environmental legislation. In the present research paper an attempt has been made to assess the awareness of environmental legislation of college students in Jagtiyal region. A convenient sampling method is used to collect data through questionnaire on four different environmental legislations i.e. Wildlife protection Act, Forest Act, Water Act, Air Act from 60 college students in Jagtiyal region. The results show that they are poorly aware of Environmental Legislation.

A design and development of herbal (i.e. Curcumin) nanoparticles it has become a extremes research in the Nano formulation field. Curcumin, an orange crystalline powder which derived from the herbs of curcuma longa linn (Zingiberaceae), it is natural hydrophobic polyphenol compound mainly applied in Chinese medicine and some of the food industries, which supply different biological and pharmacological activity including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-neoplastic, anti diabetic and chemo preventive properties. Curcumin shows therapeutic efficacy against many human illness and diseases but clinical application of this compound is limited due to its poor bioavailability, poor water solubility, fast metabolism, susceptibility to degradation in the alkaline medium. One of the most important technique/ method to improve the poor biopharmaceutical properties of the curcumin is to enhance aqueous solubility, bioavailability by using nanotechnology and nanoparticles, having a small size in nanometer range. In this review, there are various methods used for preparation of curcumin nanoparticles are briefly discussed.

Abstract: Over the last few years researches mainly focused on identifying and validating plant derived compounds further profound investigations proved that various parts of plant such as leaf, root, seeds, flower, fruit etc provides not only nutrition but also acts as defensive mechanism in treating various diseases. Lantana camara belongs to the family Verbenaceae. It is listed as important medicinal plant but also stated as noxious weed. Present review mainly focuses on nanoparticles which have been extracted from Lantana and their role in health care system, diagnosis in drug delivery system, its present and future prospects.

End of world triggers by wish of Almighty God Lord Natraz BBB when His orders are not obeyed by Rulers of Globe and by not hosting His Flag on UNO as Making Him Lord Of Globe and making world Akhand Bharat . Discard Indian National Fake Flag and Host Real secular owner of India and Abroad Lord Natraz's Flag as national Anthum is made and sung in His honor and worship Story of Indian Flag starts in 1885 when Indian national congress was established. At the time of Independence 1947 by some modification it became Indian Flag . Two nation Theory was imposed and Nehru became PM by grace of George 6th who was king of England and gave independence on a lease of 99 years . Hence their Stumbha ( Mark of their Kingship at Rastrapati bhavan ) and Coronation Park still exist in India and india is member of British Colony called Common Wealth games performed every two yearly . This conspiracy ( Adharma ) was noticed by Lord Natraz BBB as Adharma by British Ruler and thus He reincarnated on 22.23 Dec 1949 and imposed Ownership act 1949 before constitution of India established in 26th Jan 1950. Means the Ruler is Almighty God Lord Natraz and His constitution is prevailing since 1949 rather than Constitution of India since 26th Jan 1950. Hence a Fake constitution is working since 26th Jan 1950 in which no place of Lord Natraz BBB as owner of this land in that Fake Constitution . If this matter is not rectified , End of World would trigger as predicted in Quran .

The objective of this study is to establish a relationship between the demotivation of students, the lack of parental guidance and the academic failure of primary and secondary students in the District of Yamoussoukro. For this purpose, a convenience sample was used to collect the opinions of students, school administration and parents of students. To collect the data, we used a number of research techniques such as, desk research, direct and participant observation, interview and questionnaire. For data analysis, we combined mixed quantitative and qualitative research approaches. The results reveal both at the level of the pupils, the school administration and the parents of pupils, evoke as proof elements of the school failure of the primary as of the secondary of the psycho-emotional suffering, estrangements, moves, family divorces and certain scholastic problems of which the bad perception that they are going away from scientific subjects. Also we have listed through our analysis, common dimensions between the different courses. We have found an important relationship between these dimensions, which we consider to be risk factors for the complex phenomenon of school failure.

This study was to assess effective teaching strategies of mathematics subject in primary schools of kemissie town . The sampling methods to select the respondents were purposive and random sampling method. And the sample size of the study was determined by Yemane formula for calculating the sample size. Two main instruments MTQ and SQ constructed and administered to five primary schools in kemissie town for 180 selected students and teachers. The collected data were analyzed by inferential statistics using software package social science students SPSS (20.1). The reliability of the research questionnaire was tested by Cronbachs alpha (0.741) and validated by experienced mathematics teachers. After normality and homogeneity of data tested, factor analysis was applied to extract factors. Finally, t-test was executed to test the significance. Results showed that there are many factors that influence effective strategies of teaching mathematics subject in primary schools. But the researcher categorizes it in three major areas. These are Teachers factors such as less attention of teachers to teach students for conceptual understanding, Anxiety of mathematics due to mathematics teachers, Regarding methods of teaching mathematics(collaborative teaching method), Problem on assessment, inadequate using teaching aids, Inadequate supportive mechanisms and tutorial class, students factors such as, attitude towards mathematics, problem on mental competency of mathematics, anxiety of mathematics, poor reading style, poor time management and school factors such as, schools less attention to mathematics, less follow up how teachers use assessment, less follow up of teachers teaching methodology, less follow up of students behavior on mathematics. It is recommended that the teacher needs to have positive attitudes towards mathematics in class and needs to be willing to help students. School should build awareness of student on how students develop their capacity on mathematics, How to eradicate students math anxiety, Discuss with mathematics teachers on how to use most appropriate teaching and assessing methods, should follow up mathematics teachers how they use lesson plan, try to prepare class- room which is decorated by crafts, mathematical figures and mathematical formulas. KCTE need to give short training on the most appropriate methods to teach mathematics and on assessing students. And students also recommended to use the suggestion that researcher list techniques to learn mathematics easily.

The study was conducted to study the relationship between Test-anxiety and academic achievement of Pre university students. A sample of 400 students studying in Pre university colleges were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Test anxiety scale developed by Dr.V.P. Sharma(2009 )was used to collect data. Mean , Standard deviation(SD) , t-values and Pearson product movement were used for the analysis of the data. The findings of the data revealed that there is a significant difference in the test anxiety of boys and girls and also students studying in rural and urban areas and also there is significant relationship between the academic achievement and test anxiety of Pre university students. It is concluded that girls have performed academically better than the boys and possess more test anxiety than the boys and rural area students have more test anxiety than the urban area students studying in Pre university colleges.
