Metacognition means "thinking about one's thinking". There are two aspects of metacognition: - reflection- thinking about what we know and self-regulation managing how we go about learning (Winn and Snyder, 1996). These processes, when combined, constitute an important element of education and growth. Strengthening these cognitive processes' talents entails not only being reflective learners but also learning specialized learning approaches. Some of the terminology that pertains to metacognition includes metacognitive beliefs, metacognitive awareness, metacognitive experiences, metacognitive knowledge, metacognitive skills, executive abilities, higher-order skills, meta components, and memory retention. Being aware of how you think is what metacognitive awareness entails. Metacognition is the awareness of one's thoughts and strategies. It allows students to be more conscious of the things they are doing and the cause they are doing, as well as how those abilities they are acquiring may be implemented differently in other circumstances. The investigators in this paper try to analyze the metacognitive awareness of higher secondary school students. The metacognitive awareness scale developed and standardized was used by Gupta and Suman (2017) to check the metacognitive awareness of higher secondary school students. The study tries to find out whether there exists any significant difference in their metacognitive awareness based on gender, type of school and Stream among higher secondary school students. The investigators use appropriate statistical techniques like mean, standard deviation, and t-test for the analysis of the data.

Nowadays physical education is significantly valuable along with general education; physical education plays an important role in education of our future generation by teaching them how to acquire the ability to develop strength, speed, endurance and motor coordination from early youth. To find out the status of attitude toward physical education, an adapted version of Attitude towards Physical Education and Sports Seale (Demirhan, Altay, 2001) was administered on a random sample of 706 school-going adolescents. The results reflected that the young students exhibited their positive attitude toward physical education; again, both the male and female students revealed equal positive attitude. From the result it might be concluded that physical education was much popular among the young students.

'I visited a diabetes awareness site and it asked me whether I will accept all the cookies, is that a trick question?' Well, when we talk about cookies, the first thing to cross our mind is a treat of chocolate and butter crunch. But in the virtual world, cookie is more than a dessert menu and have to be chosen carefully. We might have noticed that whenever we enter into a website it asks for permission to grant access to cookies, it is nothing but a tiny text file stored in the browser of our devices used for collecting our search or interest data. It remembers the interests and likes of the users. In layman's terms, it is a memory chip of the user's information about their likes and wants which uses the data to personalize the user's experience. The website uses the said data to regulate the advertisement of the products according to our interests. A device cookie known as the browser, i.e., the internet or web and also known as HTTP cookies, stores data related to the login credentials, or shopping list or web experiences, and cookies make the working and regulation of such data smoother by providing the exact data of the user's choice. But with the rising AI advancements also increases the threat of potential cookie problems. When we store our data or login credentials to a site then the data is stored in the browser which may also include the payment information, address of the users, passwords and etc. can be used cyber attackers and fraudsters and can infringe our right to privacy by unlawfully authorising such data. This paper talks about the types of cookies and security concerns faced in today's scenario. Additionally, it lays down the various legal aspect which is needed in improvement of cybersecurity.

Abstract:Nature and man seems to have an everlasting bond as evidenced by the Romantic and the Transcendentalist writers. Eco criticism came as an interdisciplinary study that traces this relationship. Protection of nature and the ways and means to safeguard it from external forces has been a key concern of literary works especially in the twentieth century. Indian movies also play an important role in educating people towards the atrocities done by humans in the name of progress. The Kannada movie Kantara revolves round this issue of safeguarding the forest and its indigenous tribes. There is a clash between the powerful humans on one side who are greedy about land acquisition and the government on other side which guarantees protection only when their dwelling becomes a Reserve Forest.

Cadaveric embalming is a crucial process in the field of anatomy, facilitating the preservation of human bodies for educational and research purposes. Formalin is a commonly used preservative in the anatomy dissection hall and poses occupational health hazards to anatomists, students, and other staff members working with formalin-treated specimens, such as cadaver embalming. Exposure to formalin may lead to respiratory irritation, dermatitis, and, in the long term, even carcinogenic effects. Anatomists are at an increased risk of developing health issues. To address these concerns, anatomy departments implement safety measures such as proper ventilation, dissection hall design, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and eye protection, which are also crucial in reducing direct contact and inhalation. This review aims to explore the health risks associated with occupational exposure to formalin during dissection hall and shed light on the importance of implementing safety measures within anatomical facilities to promote the overall well-being of anatomy staff members.

The 'child' can be defined by analyzing the point at which it becomes an adult also the determination of societies stating when the childhood comes to an end. A youth becomes psychologically efficient adult when he is honest, responsible and learning by his mistakes. During childhood a child must be given an opportunity to develop their capacities. Only mere instructions to children will not prove to be fruitful to formulate their strong personality. Their participation in the activities will develop them. Also, the instructions must be about" what is to be done?" rather than instructing them "what is not to be done?" this will help them to improve in clear and positive way. Childhood upbringing environment develops the psychological well-being, formation of identity and self-concept in young adults. Childhood and adolescence are phases when many progressions are established. Here the environment in which a child is brought up plays an important role. The surrounding will help children become healthy, successful, cultured, competent adults. The surrounding may be home neighborhood, school, digital media, friends, leisure spent and sports.

Appropriate regulation is necessary to ensure the securities market operates fairly and equally, even while unethical practices like insider trading undermine the integrity of trading. Numerous frauds and scams over the nation has frequently exposed regulatory framework chaos the gaps in the legislation. In order to address these actions that attract investors losing faith and enthusiasm in the securities industry, the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has developed a number of guidelines and laws to prevent such wrongdoings. This essay aims to educate readers about insider trading and the detrimental effects it has on the markets. To this end, the author will utilize case studies in addition to the legal position for that specific matter. To preserve the authenticity of the market for securities It's critical that insider trading gets punished. There are strict restrictions in place to penalize players who engage in these kinds of activity since insider trading upsets market equilibrium and provides an unwarranted benefit for those engaging in insider trading. Insider trading and its methods were established by a number of legislations, and it has offered a range of sanctions to stop insider trading. In 1992, the SEBI released the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 ("1992 regulations"), which have since been revoked. The "2015 regulations"--the Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015--have been implemented action to address the inadequacies of the prior regulations and to limit the danger of insider trading, an illicit practice employed by certain vested interests in the corporate world to satisfy their personal financial expectations by supplying data (price-sensitive, unpublished-private data) that have the potential to cause significant shift in the share value. Essentially, insider trading is the purchase and sale of shares based on significant and private knowledge that is not typically made public but is revealed by an insider with the malicious intent of making illicit riches.

International trade is currently through a period of transformation due to the quick development of innovative technology. This study examines the numerous effects of modern technologies on the dynamics of global trade, concentrating on how they affect trade facilitation, economic expansion, and regulatory issues. It is essential for policymakers, corporations, and academia to comprehend the ramifications of developing technologies as the global economy becomes more interconnected and dependent on digital infrastructure. Our analysis's first component explores the function of developing technologies in trade facilitation. We look into how supply chains have been transformed by technologies like block chain, the Internet of Things (IOT), and artificial intelligence (AI), making them more effective and resilient. These developments have facilitated global trade by streamlining logistics, lowering transportation expenses, and improving transparency. To fully utilize their potential, however, issues with data security, interoperability, and standards must be resolved. The consequences of developing technology for economic growth are the subject of this paper's second dimension. We investigate the beneficial effects of technical advancement on trade growth and economic development. The report emphasizes how small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) may now access international markets thanks to e-commerce, which is made possible by digital platforms and online marketplaces. The use of AI and data analytics has also increased market intelligence, assisting firms in making wise decisions, and fostering innovation and productivity. To achieve inclusive growth, nevertheless, issues with employment displacement, technological access, and data monopolies must be resolved. The third component of our analysis examines the regulatory difficulties brought on by new technology in global trade. We look at the need for global governance frameworks that can keep up with the quick development of technology. Legal and regulatory frameworks must change to reflect new realities when technology like 3D printing and driverless vehicles upend conventional trade patterns. Internationally harmonized standards are crucial in the areas of cyber security, data privacy, and intellectual property rights. The study emphasizes the value of international cooperation in creating regulatory standards that strike a balance between innovation and accountability. The significance of digital infrastructure runs throughout the entire text. It is clear that underdeveloped nations have particular difficulties when utilizing new technologies for commerce. Their complete integration into international commerce networks is hampered by infrastructure deficiencies, digital divides, and the high cost of technology adoption. In order to close these gaps and advance global inclusion, this study makes the case for targeted policies and international collaboration. Our data also highlights how constantly changing international trade agreements are. Traditional trade agreements need to change to keep up with the development of new technology. This research highlights the necessity for flexibility and agility in forming future trade agreements by examining existing trade agreements and their provisions pertaining to technology and innovation. In conclusion, there are wide-ranging and significant effects of developing technologies on global trade. They present prospects for greater effectiveness, expansion, and inclusivity, but they also pose difficulties that call for careful regulation and collaboration. The importance of taking a comprehensive strategy to utilizing emerging technologies' potential while addressing their risks and disparities is stressed by this research. To create a future of international trade that is both technologically cutting-edge and socially responsible, policymakers, corporations, and academia must work together. To successfully traverse the complicated environment of the global economy of the twenty-first century, it is crucial to comprehend the intricacies of emerging technologies in international trade.
