Loperamide hydrochloride is a common antidiarrheal drug and due to its poor aqueous solubility absorbed very slowly and erratically after oral administration. To enhance its solubility, dissolution rate self microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) was formulated and evaluated. The solubility of loperamide hydrochloride was determined in various vehicles. Pseudoternary phase diagrams were evaluated for microemulsification existence area, and the release rate of loperamide hydrochloride was investigated using an in vitro dissolution test. SMEDDS formulations were tested for microemulsifying properties and the resultant microemulsions were evaluated for clarity, precipitation and particle size distribution. Formulation development and screening was done based on results obtained from phasediagrams and characteristics of resultant microemulsion. The optimized formulation was studied for in vitro study and was found that the formulation containing Labrafac CC (28.5%), Tween 60 (53.64%) propylene glycol:ethanol (1:1) showed a complete release in 30 minutes as compared with the pure drug which showed a limited dissolution rate. The stability studies found that the formulations were stable over period of 3 months. Thus the study confirmed that the SMEDDS formulation can be used as a possible alternative to traditional oral formulation of loperamide hydrochloride to improve its solubility and dissolution rate

Blackout is the most dreaded events in any power system. All LDCs & Utilities are combining their efforts to avoid the occurrence of blackout. In case of blackout occur effective measures & ancillary services are in place for restoring the system within minimum possible time. Mock black start drills and learning sessions on the subject familiarize the operators with the system recovery procedures, build their confidence to respond to contingencies and provide them an opportunity to address systemic deficiencies detected during the exercise. Tata power has carried out partial actual blackstart exercise with Tata hydro stations successfully in presence of RLDCs. These efforts ultimately reduce the time taken during actual system restoration and help in improving the coordination between various agencies. This paper describes the philosophy adapted during actual black start drills and Innovation practices adapted to reduce restoration time..

Tantra is an important system of Indian philosophy and its close affinity to the Vedas is apparent. The Tantra scriptures themselves contain references to its Vedic origin. In this subsequent development, however, Tantra shows a more pronounced influence of the Upanisads, as well as of Yoga and the Puranas. The ritualistic worship of modern Hinduism has been greatly collared by Tantra, and this fact is particularly noticeable in Bengal, Kashmir, Gujarat, and Kerala. Saivism is an ancient Indian faith in the broad sense of the term.

Agricultural crop land suitability assessment of Thanjavur District is the primary objective of this study. In the present study, the remote sensing and geographic information system (GIS) techniques are utilized to assess the land type suitable for crops production. The various land capability parameters are chosen such as topographic wetness index (TWI), land use and land cover (LULC), soil, drainage density, slope, aspect and geology. All these factors determine the suitability of a given area for a particular type of crop cultivation. The various agricultural crop produce in Thanjavur district are paddy, maize, wheat, potato, and oilseed etc. All the parameters were prepared and integrated with the help of weighted overlay analysis in ArcGIS software. The final suitability maps are categorized into five classes such as not suitable zone, poorly suitable zone, moderate suitable zone, highly suitable zone and Very high suitable zone. The not suitable zone cover 27 sq.km (1%), poorly suitable zone covers 292 sq.km (8%), moderately suitable zone covers 1196 sq.km (32%), highly suitable zone covers 1596 sq.km (43%) and very high suitable zone covers 624 sq.km (17%). The result revealed that only 17% of Thanjavur district falls under very high suitability class, so it is necessary to improve the soil quality parameters to sustainable agricultural practices in the study area.

In the early period Buddhist Education was restricted inside the religious communities and just for the individuals from the monasteries. In any case, later on it was available to the mass, even laypeople got extension to have instruction in the establishments known as monastries. Buddhist Education turned out to be totally open and accepted individuals of varying backgrounds. The point of Buddhist Education is to change an incautious to insightful, monster hood to Buddha hood. Caste based discrimination was prevalent in India at the time when Buddha arrived. This separation was assigned to a person from the birth itself. Broadly speaking, at that time there were four divisions of whom Brahman was predominant. They delighted in privileges for strict preparation and instruction. However, other class of individuals were denied of these privileges by their strict and instructive privileges. Buddhism appeared in around 600 B.C. Buddhism and Jainism were branch-offs of Hinduism. As there was little change in their goals of life, the idea of training additionally experienced just a shift of accentuation. There was no water tight compartment in the domain of thought isolating Brahmanism, Buddhism and Jainism. They all contributed agreeably to the improvement of culture overall and their commitments to training were inseparably stirred up. The imaginative vein of the age was reflected in the field of training and culture. As knowledge became wide spread, quest for knowledge was also undertaken in a more scientific manner. The Buddhist Education presumably changed particularly in various nations and at various occasions. We get an important image of Buddhist training as it existed in India from the records left by specific Chinese Buddhist researchers, who visited India in the fifth and seventh hundreds of years of this period. The present research paper focuses on the purpose, curriculum and methodology of Buddhist education in India at that time.

Today, the whole nation has been moving towards the period of digitization and systems administration, which without a doubt acquires arranged advantages various fields, for example, internet business, correspondence, etc. On at an abrupt, it additionally brings about the new crook approach, by and large known as cybercrime. To stop crimes of a particularly virtual world, spotlight is needed on related laws and orders. There are numerous laws and measures which are outlined and have been taken to forestall these shades of malice, for example, IT ACT 2000, Public Network protection Strategy and so on Albeit the term cybercrime has neither begun, nor reference point in law and furthermore the exercises, for example, digital defacing, digital brutality and digital assault are not arranged and have lawful status under cybercrime. This paper chiefly centers around the difficulties under the internet and features the pressing requirement for transformation in India's digital proclamation system and different issues in which digital law implementation needs.

The rapidly spread of Coronavirus is still the leading cause of death worldwide. The numbers of COVID-19 test unit are accessible in emergency clinics as the cases are expanding daily. Hence, it is essential to implement an automatic detection and classification system as a fast elective finding choice to predict COVID-19 spreading among the people. Medical images analysis is one of the most promising research areas, it offers the facilities for analysis and making decisions of a number of diseases such as Coronavirus. This paper conducts a comparative study of the use of the recent deep learning model that deal with detection and classification of coronavirus pneumonia. The experiments were conducted using chest X-ray dataset of images (images of bacterial pneumonia, of coronavirus and normal) AI technique detect the COVID-19 patients using X-Ray images in an automated manner, where radiologists are not available, and help make the pro-posed testing technology scalable

Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are most powerful and effective water filtration system. Through both are the different filtration properties of reverce osmosis and ultrafiltration. The reverce osmosis and ultrafiltration system are Kay difference from mineral retention installation cost maintenance and all system has unique advantage and disadvantage. The reverce osmosis semipermeable membrane that are seperate 95-98% of inorganic dissolved material from the water molecules. The ultrafiltration use hollow fiber membrane system to stop microscopic contaminant and solid debris. It is mechanical filter it is filter water down to the superfine level of 0.025 micron. Hence it is called ultrafiltration.
