The paper delineates the interpretations made by the people of a particular person immediately without analyzing the cause is equal to outraging an individual. The perspectives vary from person to person, what a person sees in an individual, acknowledges his or her opinions. The error lies in the fact, that there is no further analysis or says observations. Yes! Sometimes a person is astonished by discovering the actual nature of that individual at the end. Similarly, the short story Bohemians from the book In Persuasion Nation. The boy has his own opinions towards the two old polish ladies; the widows who have lost their husbands due to Eastern European pogrom (persecution). Later, the boy recognized his faulty perception that he was building up towards those ladies living in an urban house. Likewise, an English idiom 'not to judge outwardly, may it be a person or a thing, a man may seem very stout and not very noticeable, but you never know, he is the most powerful person in his area and vice versa. As the narrator had aggregated his point Mrs. Poltoi just by acknowledging her behavior outwardly.

Algae constitute a part of food chain of aquatic life in the water; they influence the population of zooplankton and other aquatic organisms. Algae being the photoautotrophs are capable of energy synthesis and are chief food supplier for most of small aquatic animals. Lakes are the important water resources and used for several purposes. The present investigation is focused on the diversity of algae. The present work was carried out during January 2021 to June 2021. Shanigaram Lake is main source of drinking water for Shanigaram and surrounding villages, it is also used for agriculture and fish culture. All the collected water samples were preserved in 4% formalin and were observed under binocular microscope for identification of algae. Mainly four groups of fresh water algae recorded in Shanigaram Lake. They were Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae, and Bacillariophyceae. The lake water is extensively used for drinking and irrigation purposes.

A wind turbine, a doubly fed induction generator, and advanced AC/DC/AC power converters connected to the grid make up a modern type-3 wind energy conversion system. A dynamic model is required to investigate the dynamic difficulties of the wind energy conversion system. The various power converter topologies were used to do the grid stability analysis with the use of back to back converters. It's important to understand how grid integration works. This paper delves into the fundamentals of sinusoidal pulse width modulation and space vector modulation techniques, as well as their basic functioning, circuit design, topologies, and an overview of the back-to-back converter's control structure for wind power conversion systems.

BACKGROUND: Behavioral disorders of children lead to abnormality in their Personality, emotions or behavior, which is dangerous and affect to him, family and society. Behavioral disorders are caused by multiple factors like faulty parental attitude, inadequate family environment (broken families, low socio economic status, lack of love and affection), mentally and physically sick or handicapped, influence of social relationship, influence of mass media, and influence of social change. In worldwide, the prevalence rate of behavioral disorders is 16% and 12.3% conduct disorder, 9.6% attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, 8.4% emotional disorders, 0.5% scholastic disorders, 1.8% adjustment disorder, 1.3% pervasive developmental disorder.26 In India, the prevalence rate of behavioral problems is 43.1% and 14.5% conduct disorder, 29.7% attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, 12.5% emotional disorder, 7.1% scholastic disorders, 2% adjustment disorder, 9.5% pervasive developmental disorder. METHODS: Quantitative research approach and Pre experimental research design was utilized to assess the adequacy of structured teaching programme. 300 primary school teacher selected by non probability convenient sampling method. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: Majority of the respondents (95%) had scores underneath 18 and just 5% had scores between 19-23 and none of them had scores over 23 in pre-test. Whereas majority of subjects (91.66%) had scores going between 24-30 in post-test while in the pre-test none of them had scored over 23. The mean improvement in knowledge score was 11.74. The calculated paired t value was t = 29.088 was found to be statistically significant at P < 0.001 level.

Industrial power electronics applications, Voltage source Inverter (VSI) has significant role including variable speed ac drives. But performance of the VSI degrades because of faults occur in it. One promising fault in inverter is open circuit transistor fault. Knowledge of fault mode is mostly important to improve performance of VSI. This paper discussed a literature survey on current methods for fault diagnosis and protection of switching transistors with unique focus on those used in three-phase power inverters. Finally, the capable methods are suggested for future work

Loperamide hydrochloride is a common antidiarrheal drug and due to its poor aqueous solubility absorbed very slowly and erratically after oral administration. To enhance its solubility, dissolution rate self microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) was formulated and evaluated. The solubility of loperamide hydrochloride was determined in various vehicles. Pseudoternary phase diagrams were evaluated for microemulsification existence area, and the release rate of loperamide hydrochloride was investigated using an in vitro dissolution test. SMEDDS formulations were tested for microemulsifying properties and the resultant microemulsions were evaluated for clarity, precipitation and particle size distribution. Formulation development and screening was done based on results obtained from phasediagrams and characteristics of resultant microemulsion. The optimized formulation was studied for in vitro study and was found that the formulation containing Labrafac CC (28.5%), Tween 60 (53.64%) propylene glycol:ethanol (1:1) showed a complete release in 30 minutes as compared with the pure drug which showed a limited dissolution rate. The stability studies found that the formulations were stable over period of 3 months. Thus the study confirmed that the SMEDDS formulation can be used as a possible alternative to traditional oral formulation of loperamide hydrochloride to improve its solubility and dissolution rate

Blackout is the most dreaded events in any power system. All LDCs & Utilities are combining their efforts to avoid the occurrence of blackout. In case of blackout occur effective measures & ancillary services are in place for restoring the system within minimum possible time. Mock black start drills and learning sessions on the subject familiarize the operators with the system recovery procedures, build their confidence to respond to contingencies and provide them an opportunity to address systemic deficiencies detected during the exercise. Tata power has carried out partial actual blackstart exercise with Tata hydro stations successfully in presence of RLDCs. These efforts ultimately reduce the time taken during actual system restoration and help in improving the coordination between various agencies. This paper describes the philosophy adapted during actual black start drills and Innovation practices adapted to reduce restoration time..
