There is a coherent and internal relationship between soil and all living organism on the earth. Soil and water act as mechanical and organic units in all respect in the life of all living creature. So,Survival rests on the top soil which is known as life supporting due to the productiveness of this layer. Koraput and Malkangiri are the southern most districts of Odisha. Both the districts are located in south Eastern most Ghat mountain range. Some parts of the area occur at 150-1000 meters above the Mean Sea Level (MSL). The rigion is characterized by scatted, isolated, sharp and some series hills with forest cover. The evidences of soil erosion and degradation in this region shows a cause of multipurpose reservoirs in Machhakund-Sileru catchment area.. Gullies and ravines are steadily encroaching into productive table land of many major command areas Excessive deforestation, overgrazing, faulty agricultural practice and the industrialization is the causes of erosion. Factors like climate (temperature, rainfall and wind), vegetation, topography (degree and lengrh of slope) and soil type (infiltration, permeability, soil depth, particle size) ultimately refers to its erosivity. The paper includes the analytical framework of soil economics with four objectives, which based on firstlt,to appriciate hydro-electric projects and its Potential located in Machhakund-Sileru catchment area. Secondly,to know the entire soil profile of Koraput and Malkangiri districts which come under Machhakund-Sileru catchment area of Odisha.Thirdly,to focus various watershed and sub-watershed projects established in the Machhakund-Sileru catchment area and fourthly,to find ecological balance with tribal gain due to the implementation soil conservation programmes by the department. Soil conservation activities are undertaken various agro-economical and socio-economic measures. The central government has launched many policies, Programmes to protect the soil erosion and to increase the productivity in the region. Various approaches like watershed management, promoting farm crops (cashew, mango, sisal, etc.) have been an effective tool for rural transformation and natural resource management. Watershed project is a useful technique for soil conservation process. The benefits of watershed are based on afforestation, gully control, conserve fertile top soil and percolating and run off recycling with ground water recharge.

Constructivism has occurred in recent years as a prevailing approach in English Language Teaching. Among other innovative methods and approaches, constructivism has proved more helpful in the development of English communicative skills. The present paper studies constructivism as an innovative strategy in which the language learners construct their knowledge themselves through interaction with each-other on the basis of previous experiences. The paper offers the principles of constructivist theory and describes the characteristics of a constructivist teacher. Constructivism presents a radically different view about the process of education. This paper talks about constructivist language classrooms vision education as a meaning making development and centre their attention on the construction of knowledge and language by learners.

The investigator tried to explore the concept of multilingualism in inclusion for children with divers needs and benefits of multilingual education for children with diverse needs in inclusive classroom. The findings of the study are: Though the implementation of multilingual approach seems to have some practical difficulties, the successful implementation of this system results in many amazing benefits to the children with diverse needs. The benefits of multilingualism to children with diverse needs are: The learner with diverse needs who goes to acquire more than one language, gains a very good proficiency in his own minority language because it is mandatory for the learner with diverse needs with diverse needs to attain good command over his native tongue. This in-depth command over the mother tongue or the first language makes the learner with diverse needs more confident and more powerful in expression. A learner with diverse needs who has proficiency in two or more languages will have a multiple perspective on the world issues and will be more flexible in decision making and problem-solving.

SP3 Transcription factor contains 81,925 Dalton mass, which member of the Kruppel like zinc finger protein family that is clinically relevant for many neuronal transmission diseases. Considering the functional importance and lack of X-ray crystal structure of SP3 TFs protein, present work was undertaken to build the 3D structure of a protein using homology modeling with a multi-template approach. This present study, we chose three different SP3 templates (PDB ID: 3EBT, 4M9E, and 2WBS) were used for homology modeling. Five models were developed with the help of multiple sequence alignment respect to templates using Modeller 8.0.0 software. All models were refined and ranked as per their overall DOPE-score. The top-ranked predicted model of SP3 TFs had 93.8% of residues in favored regions as revealed by Ramachandran plot and the ERRAT score was 100% which indicated an accurate model. The results of the homology modeling study and the proposed model can be further used for understanding the structural and functional characteristics of SP3 and to gain more insights to the molecular basis of SP3 inhibition through docking and molecular dynamics simulation studies.

In the present study an attempt was made to characterize and explore the relation between different geo-botanical units using RS and GIS. The studies were conducted in the Rajaji National Park (RNP) and Great Himalayan National Park Conservation Area (GHNPCA) in Siwaliks and Higher Himalayas, India respectively. The visual interpretation techniques were used for vegetation and geo-morphological mapping from remote sensing data and the spatial data was generated in GIS domain. The species wise distribution of vegetation on various landforms was analyzed. It was observed that in RNP; a particular landform is preferred by specific species, like Sal grows on Heavy Drained Soil, Reverine on Piedmont and Chirpine on Highly Dissected Hills whereas in GHNPCA, the area covered by the vegetation types was different under each terrain parameter. Further, maximum vegetation was found in less complex areas (41%) and minimum vegetation was found in north aspect (3%). It was also analyzed that the effect of microclimate, soil and altitude is unavoidable. The present attempt will be useful, for developing an information base, which will facilitate conservation practices in future.

A rectangular planar Ultra-wide band antenna with dual band notched characteristics is proposed using two rectangular slots and one T-shaped slot on radiating patch. The proposed structure uses one T-shaped slot between two identical rectangular slots with stepped corners on the radiating microstrip patch antenna. Microstrip fed line is utilized along with partial ground plane in this design. This antenna operates in frequency ranging from 2.99 to 11.76 GHz with dual band notching ranging from 3.33 to 3.84 GHz and 5.21 to 7.28 GHz respectively. The VSWR is below 2 for entire said frequency range except for the two band rejections. The bandwidth of the proposed structure is nearly 6.187 GHz. This antenna may be utilized for applications in upper S band, C band, X band, ITU up-link satellite communication band (8.1-8.4 GHz) while rejecting 5.2/5.8 GHz WLAN, 3.5/5.5 GHz WiMAX, RFID (6.6 to 7.1 GHz) and whole U-NII (Unlicensed National Information Infrastructure) (5.15 to 5.825 GHz) band. The parametric study of different parameters is discussed in detail for better results.
