Hypothyroidism is common condition which occurs due to thyroid hormone deficiency. it also known as underactive thyroid. Clinical features may vary from no sign or symptoms to life threatening condition. Hypothyroidism can be easily diagnosed with blood test and it can be managed very well with medications like levothyroxine . If left untreated it can be fatal in some cases. Hypothyroidism affects women more than men. Nearly 42 million people in India are suffering from thyroid disorders. 1 in every 10 Indians suffers from Thyroid disorders. The prevalence of hypothyroidism is 11% in India in comparison with other countries like United Kingdom it is only 2% and United States of America it is 4.6%. The high percentage of prevalence in India is possibly due to long standing iodine deficiency which has been corrected over only past 15-20 years. Pharmacological and non pharmacological therapies both can help in successfully managing the Hypothyroidism and Helps in improve the quality of life of patient.

Schiff base with an additional oxime group have been considered as ligand both on account of synthetic flexibility and sensitivity towards metal ion as well as wide range of application ranging from analytical to biological activities. Many biologically important Schiff base complexes of transition and inner-transition metal ions have been reported in the literature possessing antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, anti HIV activities, etc. The Schiff bases with sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen donor atoms in their structures act as superior chelating agents for transition, inner transition metal ions. It has been seen that the ligands containing both oxygen and nitrogen donor atoms behaves as a good building blocks for formation of various lanthanoid co-ordination compounds. The pharmacological properties of N-donor ligands of Schiff bases and their derivatives have attracted worldwide attention in the last few decades because of their wide occurrence in natural products and drugs. Benzilmonoximehydrazone-p-hydroxybenzaldehyde acts a tridentate ligand coordinating to the metals through the azomethine nitrogen atom, the nitrogen atom of oximino group. The metal complexes will be synthesized in a suitable medium and characterized on the basis of various physicochemical techniques such as Elemental analysis, Solubility in various solvents, Conductance measurements, investigation of UV-Vis, FT-IR, PMR, powder XRD, ESR spectra as may be necessary.

Substituted benzaldehydes are the simple aromatic aldehydes and their derivatives are widely used in different industries such as dyes, flavouring, artificial flavours, solvents etc. they also exhibit different biological activities. Due to these reasons, there exist a vast scope of study of substituted benzaldehydes, in this light pentachlorobenzaldehyde is reported for study. The quantum mechanical calculations are performed with the help of Gaussian 09W program package using the Becke-3Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP) functional supplemented with the standard 6-31G (dp) basis set. The thermodynamic properties are discussed with the different thermodynamic properties obtained in the temperature range 200K-1500K. Frontier molecular orbits (HOMO-LUMO) and molecular electro-static potentials (MESP) are also studied.

In semi-arid locations, climate change and human activities have a significant impact on groundwater properties. Mastering the groundwater dynamic variation and giving scientific recommendations for the sensible exploitation and management of groundwater resources require analysing the change in groundwater level and measuring the contributions of influencing elements. For the Bankura Sadar sub-division in West Bengal's semi-arid climatic zones, an attempt was made to find probability distributions using seasonal (January, April, August, and November for 2019 to 2020) statistics on groundwater table. The study describes how a geostatistical method was used to improve an existing network of groundwater samples. Semivariogram analysis was performed to fit the best theoretical model with experimental model. The study shows that ordinary kriging provides the best answer, and that the error variance can be used to add more observation wells for the best groundwater level tracking network infrastructure. The exponential semivariogram model derived from conventional kriging provides the best fit model, according to spatial and seasonal evaluations. The results revealed that the groundwater level demonstrated amazing regularity with seasonal use throughout the year. Consequently, the interannual groundwater level continued to fall, resulting in the depression cone. For appropriate groundwater monitoring, these methods can be implemented for intra-district water level depth analysis.

With the growing need for human capital management, human resources are identified as important capital for any business. What makes employees happy, how they can deliver more are the important points to debate in knowledge forums and learning platforms. But, there always existed a gap between employer perception and employee perception. This gap has been major because of lack of empathy from the employer front and employee involvement from the employee front in the problem-solving process. Lately employee engagement and organizational commitment have been much spoken and strategies have been in place to increase employee involvement. Responding to the need of the hour, customer satisfaction leading to employee satisfaction, and business results, design thinking is one such concept that has brought a paradigm shift in organizations. Thinking from the perspective of the customers by way of interaction, feedback, and knowing the need to deliver the service or product has been a breakthrough idea that changed the game of business altogether. Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends 2017 report revealed that nearly 80 percent of executives rated employee experience very important (42 percent) or important (38 percent), but only 22 percent reported that their companies were excellent at building a differentiated employee experience. Especially HR functions have a major role to play in the organization which is responsible for managing human resources. Present paper is an attempt to present the facts on how design thinking can change the HR role from managing HR to reinventing the HR role.

Online shopping has been more than a decade since e-commerce first evolved. Researchers and practitioners in the electronic commerce constantly strive to obtain a better insight in Customer behaviour in cyberspace. Online shopping or online retailing is a form of electronic commerce which allows Customers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using a web browser. Alternative names are: e-shop, e-store, Internet shop, web-shop, web-store, online store, and virtual store. The largest of these online retailing corporations are e-Bay, Flipkart and Amazon.com, are based in the United States and have their global presence. Students play a major role in understanding and utilising the technology to their best, therefore, online shopping has become reasonably at ease in which case, they feel comfortable, risk free and authenticity with more comparison not compromising the cost factors drive their attitude and intention in buying products through online this persuaded the interest of the researcher select the study in Kerala confining to Palakkad District where there are sufficient number of arts, science and engineering colleges available for survey and analysis. The objective is to analyse the factors influencing purchase intention of students shopping online. For this research study, samples are selected only from students studying in Self- Finance Arts and Science Colleges in Palakkad District. Final sample achieved is five hundred and twenty (520) considered for data analysis and interpretation. The statistical tools used are Multiple Regression Analysis. Perceived Usefulness have increased their purchase intention of shopping online, thus proving that the hypothesis partially accepted when the predictors (X factors) viz. X: Purchase Attitude, Usefulness and Consumer Factors are significantly related with Y: Purchase Intention, while, Perceived Risk and Purchase Intention have negative effect, thereby, rejecting the null hypothesis (H0). it is strongly recommended, if the ease of use has significantly influenced the perceived enjoyment by avoiding risk factors then there is a definite prospect to elevate the Purchase intention and behaviour of the shoppers.

The paper delineates the interpretations made by the people of a particular person immediately without analyzing the cause is equal to outraging an individual. The perspectives vary from person to person, what a person sees in an individual, acknowledges his or her opinions. The error lies in the fact, that there is no further analysis or says observations. Yes! Sometimes a person is astonished by discovering the actual nature of that individual at the end. Similarly, the short story Bohemians from the book In Persuasion Nation. The boy has his own opinions towards the two old polish ladies; the widows who have lost their husbands due to Eastern European pogrom (persecution). Later, the boy recognized his faulty perception that he was building up towards those ladies living in an urban house. Likewise, an English idiom 'not to judge outwardly, may it be a person or a thing, a man may seem very stout and not very noticeable, but you never know, he is the most powerful person in his area and vice versa. As the narrator had aggregated his point Mrs. Poltoi just by acknowledging her behavior outwardly.

As we know that the science and technology creates new records day by day and the inventions are very helpful for the human beings also. Many researches have been done in the field of medical industry and this process is continuing in the scenario. In medical devices mostly the biomaterial is used in terms of bone replacement and many other replacements of the parts in a human body and the biomaterial should have the capability to biocompatible with the human replaced parts. This paper gives an idea about the different studies in the field of biomedical implants and it also provide an overview about the material of the biomedical implant which have high success rate as compare to the other materials in terms of the comparative study. Also this paper gives an overview about the corrosion in biomedical implants and its causes of failure which is a major issue faced by many of the patients who are using the implants. The material should also have the property to work like the original part and not cause any adverse reactions in the body, they must be stable retaining their functional properties.

Algae constitute a part of food chain of aquatic life in the water; they influence the population of zooplankton and other aquatic organisms. Algae being the photoautotrophs are capable of energy synthesis and are chief food supplier for most of small aquatic animals. Lakes are the important water resources and used for several purposes. The present investigation is focused on the diversity of algae. The present work was carried out during January 2021 to June 2021. Shanigaram Lake is main source of drinking water for Shanigaram and surrounding villages, it is also used for agriculture and fish culture. All the collected water samples were preserved in 4% formalin and were observed under binocular microscope for identification of algae. Mainly four groups of fresh water algae recorded in Shanigaram Lake. They were Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae, and Bacillariophyceae. The lake water is extensively used for drinking and irrigation purposes.
