Interoperability means the ability of making the systems work together. Interoperability between e-services is important because the services provide benefits like easy access and also the coordination between the services at lower cost. Many meaningful services are provided to the citizen. Using service oriented architecture interoperability between different e-services is established so that it will be easy for the user to access different services through a single point though they are provided by different organizations.

The advent of Globalisation and Postmodernism has drastically changed the way human beings have understood the world. These two together have changed the contours of the world for ever. In India too, our centuries old habit of coexistence was questioned by the unbridled flow of ideas related to identity and religiosity, a product of post modernism and Globalisation. This paper is an attempt to construct the future of two notions like multiplicity and plurality in the context of the emerging geopolitical order at one level and the emerged postmodern bend of mind, promoting all sorts of identities.

The BChE activity was mainly localized in the inner segment, outer and inner plexiform layers, horizontal cells, amacrine cells, muller cell and layer of nerve fibers of retina of Gallus dometicus. The LRC, OPL, INL, IPL,GC and LNF revealed strong BChE activity in normal retina. An in vivo exposure condition has not shown any variations in the enzymatic activity in all layers of retina. BChE is very significant component of the layers of retina and might be playing significant role in neurotransmission of visual impulses especially in birds.

Todays economy is fundamentally different from the economy that was about four decades ago Knowledge and knowledge-based assets are more important than anything else for gaining competitive advantage over others Because of this difference new measures of performance need to be used along with the traditional ones so as to measure the true performance of companies No single measure based on financial accounting information can be relied upon because of the inherent limitations of that information itself Some of the new measures are based on value added by the business like Economic Value Added and Market Value Added Others measure performance in relation to the key resource for a particular business eg human resource in case of information technology industry and brand power in case of personal products industry The use of non-financial information in measuring performance is also being considered crucial and the measures based on such information are the balanced scorecard (that has developed from a performance measurement model to a strategic management model) and the intangible assets monitor that is being used by Infosys Technologies Ltd in India. This article attempts to provide an insight into all these new measures of performance being used in todays knowledge economy
