Every child is entitled to some right. Our constitution has guaranteed each citizen some rights. Along with other rights, educational rights are the most significant one. Education empowers people. As such right of education is a means of equalizing the status of people irrespective of gender and caste, creed, and minimizing the illiteracy as well. In spite of these opportunities provided by the constitution, disparity exists in education in terms of gender and other feasibility status of people to attend educational institutions like-ability/disability, locality etc. Inclusive education is an approach to overcome these disparities in the field of education. The NEP 2020 too incorporated inclusive approach it its policy and specially emphasized on this aspects. In this paper, an attempt has been made to highlight inclusive practices with special reference to national Education Policy 2020.

Aims & Objectives: To study the association between maternal serum alpha feto-protein and morbidly adherent placenta. Methods: This prospective observational study was carried out in a tertiary care hospital to analyse the condition of 110 cases of third trimester placenta previa. In few strongly suspect cases analysis was done to associate MSAFP with MRI. Results: The levels of MSAFP was found to be significantly raised i.e more than 2.5MoM in 12 out of 14 cases (85.71%) of adherent placenta previa, having sensitivity of 85.17%, specificity of 94.79%, positive predictive value of 70.59% and negative predictive value of 97.85%. The patients having significantly raised MSAFP levels underwent major surgical intervention. Conclusions: MSAFP is considered as an important biomarker in detection of adherent placenta in placenta previa cases

In the south coast of India a part of West Bengal, Sagar Island is situated close to the epicentre of Amphan Cyclone. The Sagar Island is normally not located on the path of cyclone but due to its geomorphological region the island is very often affected by sea waves and cyclones. As the Island is a low line area, during cyclone and tidal surges the margins of the Island are normally inundated. Such incident was experienced during Alia cyclone. Sagar Island is one of the remote Islands of south 24 Parganas district. More than 40,000 people live in Sagar Island. The island is characterised by mangrove swamps extensive sea beaches in its souther porstion and the flow of Muriganga and Hugly River of its Eastern and Western portion. It is very much prone to coastal flooding, coastal erosion, tidal surges, embankment breaching and cyclonic impact. The island already lost 30 km of land due to its openness to sea and river. The island is physically is most vulnerable and the people who are living there belongs to vulnerable community. This article mainly aims at the vulnerabilities of the communities living in Sagar Island and different management strategies. Management strategies were based on the occupational structures of the villagers.

The main purpose in the paper is to investigate some characteristic properties of theory of measures based on construction model. It is being shown here that this approach is most appropriate in probability and functional analysis where classical approaches advanced by Gardner seems to be inadequate. The topological structure of measure theory is being critically examined in the light of its different applications.

Nowadays, Twitter is used worldwide millions of users share and creates tweets. While this is informative, it can also be beyond limits even though a tweet is in raw form. Since millions of tweets are shared and created, it is causing lots of collisions. It is a tough job to handle. Sumblr has proposed a novel continuous summarization framework called to eliminate the problem. This has been intended to manage dynamic, snappy showing up, and enormous structure tweet streams. Then again, conventional record outlines techniques which center on static and little structure informational collection? Our proposed system comprises three significant stages. We offer an online tweet stream clustering algorithm to bunch tweets and keep up refined identification in an information structure known as TCV (tweet group vector). We proposed a TCV-Rank rundown procedure for making on the web synopses and authentic outlines of self-assertive time lengths.

Connections between language and culture often come to question while studying second or foreign languages. It is generally agreed that language and culture are closely related. Language can be viewed as a verbal expression in learning a second or foreign language it is possible to separate language and culture. For language teachers and learners in general, an appreciation for the differences in opinion regarding the relationship between language and culture can help to illuminate the diversity of views held toward the use of language In this regard, this paper aims at discussing the relationship between language and culture proposed by Wardhaugh (2002).

Potable water shortages are one of today's world's most critical problems. While water covers more than two-thirds (about 71%) of the earth's surface, works suitable for everyday usage are still scarce (only about 2.75 percent). Countries with long coastlines and island states that do not have adequate freshwater facilities, such as rivers and wetlands, face the acute water scarcity crisis. This paper conducts an experimental and theoretical analysis for an atmospheric water generation system. The unit is based on the thermoelectric cooling theory, with solar energy as the system's power source. The experimental work is conducted at Basra Region, located in southern of Iraq, between August and September 2019 and March 2020. Different climatic conditions test the experimental system on different days. Maximum water production is 3.4 L/day from all test days for various hours of service when relative humidity varies from (45-95 percent), and temperature ranges from 17C to 45C. Results indicate that water production rate increases with increasing humidity, temperatures, and hours of service and model area

Soil is described as a natural body composed of a mixture of organic and mineral materials in which plants grow. The factors responsible for soil formation and development are climate, biological agencies including vegetation and animals, parent rock, topography and time. The first two of these factors are referred to as active factors because it is through their action that soil formation takes place. In recent years, the use of plants products has increased tremendously due to the remarkable variations in chemical and physical properties. Plant requires light, water and nutrients for growth, reproduction and efficient crop production. Plant nutrient are mostly abased by plant roots from soil. The physical, chemical and biological properties of soil lead to a series of physiological, biological and chemical changes along with growth, yield and quality of the plant biomasses. Soil properties such as soil structure, depth, texture, salinity, acidity, water logging as compaction can limit plant growth even when the soil has adequate nutrients. Better applying fertilizer; consider what is actually limiting plant growth. Soil properties can be observed in the paddock or measured through soil testing. Three groups of soil properties influence plant growth physical or the texture and structure of the soil, chemical, which affects both the fertility of the soil and its physical properties, Biological or the organism in the soil, such as bacteria, fungi, insets and earthworm.

Library management needs a lot of manual work and the manual work is nothing but making the book issue/return entries in the database. For that lots of softwares is available.Still human involvement is required. To avoid that human involvement the IoT provides a feasible and efficient solution. Till date various systems proposed and developed to improve the quality of issuing and returning book from/to library. This paper proposed system which will be physically fixed in library. The machine works with smart-card and electronic magnetic waves. The smart card uses Near Field Communication Technology (NFC). This new concept will reduce cost of labor, time management and paper consumption using IoT sensors. In the given Paper,we have used NFC technology for Library Transactions to make it more feasible and efficient. We have used Magnetic sensors which generates magnetic waves and activates the chip mounted on smartcard required for transactions.IoT provides the solution using NFC tags. Those tags will store the data automatically in a computer when it comes in a range of electromagnetic waves. Also automization in a work reduces the human efforts and minimises the errors in a system. This will also keep a record updated.Due to this loss of book will be minimized.

The present study investigates the selected heavy metal concentration (cadmium and lead) and trace elements (iron and copper) in different brands of pasteurized milk available at local market of Raipur. Total six samples of pasteurized milk (based on the availability at local market) were purchased and brought to the laboratory and 20 ml of each sample were digested and absorbance of these solutions was obtained using AAS for cadmium, lead and iron and copper respectively. The analyzed metals were observed in the following decreasing order of concentration: Fe> Pb> Cd> Cu. The concentration of lead in the milk samples ranged as 0.31 to 0.40 mg/l, which is far more than the limits (0.025mg/l) given by Joint Expert Committee on Food and Agriculture and World Health Organization. Level of cadmium (0.032 to 0.041mg/l) in every sample was found low than the limits (0.057 0.071mg/l) given by Joint Expert Committee on Food and Agriculture and World Health Organization. The concentration of iron was ranged as 0.392 to 0.927mg/l. Except the sample 3 which had 0.392mg/l of iron, all the other milk samples exceed the limits (0.5mg/l) given by Joint Expert Committee on Food and Agriculture and World Health Organization. The values of copper were ranged from 0.019 to 0.049mg/l which is above the prescribed limit of copper (0.01mg/l) by JECFA (1989). It is clear from the result that except cadmium other three metals (Pb, Fe and Cu) are exceeding the permissible limits. To monitor the level of heavy metals, water used for drinking animals and forage should be regularly inspected.
