The use of folklore or traditional media in conveying messages takes place at different media stages. The traditional media method, in its various structures, serves as alternatives to the traditional way of entertainment and the interaction of society. As a grassroots specialty, it has a place among the delegates. "Ojapali"(???????) has been perhaps the most well-known type of folk tradition of Assam since the ancient period. Ojapali is a traditional media depicted in a semi-emotional hierarchy that is fully associated with the pre-Indian "Kathakata" (?????) custom. It contacts the strict, social, and social sides of the individuals. The aim and the objective of the study are to understand the "Ojapali" and some more about their culture. The main focus of the examination is to grasp the "Ojapali" some more about them. The Methodology used in this study is an interview and observation for the collection of primary data. Assam or old "Kamrupa"(??????) Kingdom of "Pragjyotishpur"(???????????????) has differently been depicted as a place that is known for dance and music and it is obvious from different sources.

In this fast and keep changing world, it is so difficult to explain what should be the exact and precise foreign policy for a particular country. No country in the world would ever compromise with its national interest. We can also call foreign policy as a medium, of speaking of countries to each other at global level. India's struggle for independence, India's geographical location and India's all time search for peace has been the deciding factor in the making of India's Foreign Policy. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, successfully established the foundation of Indian foreign policy by adopting Panchsheel followed by the policy of Non-alignment and Peaceful Coexistence. After independence, India's goals revolved mainly around fostering new relationships with colonial and pre-colonial nations and to encourage peace and cooperation in light of international disputes such as the Cold War. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had become the first top dignitary to be accorded the privilege of offering special puja inside the Pashupatinath temple in Nepal since the abolition of monarchy in Nepal since 2008. His visit to Pashupatinath Temple has rejuvenate the old and traditional people to people bond between India and Nepal.

Hydrological dynamics in upslope and downslope region of HEPs describes the attributes related with water flow in an area. It is known fact that these linkages are complex in nature because of extremely high altitude nature of young and dynamic geology of Himalayas, extreme seasonal and spatial change in the rainfall pattern and diverse anthropogenic activities. As the Himalayan water output is in the form of one of the major running surface water source of the land, the River Sutlej along with its other tributaries is affecting the hydrological balance in Indian Himalayan region. The upstream portion of the river comprises all traits of Youth River equipped with high surface runoff due to high slope and high gradient in the river basin where with the dam placement, river flow density subsequently tends towards low and another form of water impacts can be seen in the downstream portion as well. Being the most important river of the region it carries most of the water which flows through the respective ecosystem. The findings and observations during the ground zero visit and secondary data analysis has underlined some of the responsible factors which have drawn last unit impact on the regional hydrological balance and well-being of the region.

In order to add value to potato Starch and also curb their contagious disease, this study investigated the ethanol enrichment of potato starch1 with the fungal strains A.niger, A. awamori and A. foetidus were taken and compared from the results when bulk dried yeastS.cerevisiae was used from other sources. Fermentation process involves solid matrix and Incubation has been done in limited aerobic condition at 30oC with shaking at 200 rpm for 5 days with S. cerevisiae at 30?C, pH of 5-6.For each set of experiment 10 ml of sample solution was centrifuged at 4oC for 20 min with a speed of 5,000 x g. The study for the determination of ethanol, reducing sugar and amylolytic activity was performed.Gas chromatography technique was used for the determination of ethanol concentration in experimental sample. The results showed that amylase activity in the culture of Aspergillus species caused inhibition by glucose produced from starch hydrolysis. The test for co-culture of an Aspergillus species in starch-containing growth medium could prevent the accumulation of inhibitory concentration of reducing sugar and increase in amylolytic activity as well as the percentage of ethanol yield, in the main objective for the study. This isconcluded that utilization of starch, amylolytic activity and ethanol yields are low in the studies with A. niger, A. foetidus and A. awamori whereas in study with S. cerevisiae the excellent increase in the amylolytic activity and ethanol production have been observed.Starch was used upto 96.1% this value is much higher than those obtained in monocultures.

The application of big data strategies to increase the efficiency of healthcare delivery has become unavoidable owing to the overwhelming quantity of data in the healthcare system. Big Data Analytics like Hadoop plays an important role in doing meaningful real-time analyses on massive amounts of data and predicting emergencies before they occur [1]. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a computer database that stores important details from patient records. Because of government directives and technical advancements, the volume of data in the EHR is growing. Sensors and diagnostic records are used to document patient details. Given the massive quantities of data sets in the EHR, appropriate methods for storing and analyzing this data for practical interpretations are needed. This paper aims to address the uses of big data in the healthcare sector. The usage of medical big data for secondary uses is becoming more widespread in healthcare and medical studies. Understanding the rationale underlying medical big data reveals trends in healthcare information management which has significant implications for hospital information systems that are developing and improving medical systems [1]. This paper investigates a secure medical big data ecosystem built on Hadoop to expand the sophistication of the medical system. The framework in this paper incorporates healthcare information based on the Hadoop big data network, with the original centralized on data being processed and evaluated internally through a modern networking system and an autonomous data acquisition system. The customized health information framework for diseases has been developed to offer personalized health care systems for patients and to promote the treatment of patients by medical professionals by using the capabilities of the Hadoop big data system.
