Due to increasing population, the worst situation can now be seen in many countries, where people are facing many types of dire situations. Population growth refers to the sudden and rapid increase in human population. The world's population has increased rapidly in the last few decades. If we look at the current scenario of the world, we will find that India is close to becoming the most populous country in the world. In fact, according to United Nations data, India has become the most populous country in the world. This place used to belong to China till now. The current population of India has become 142.86 crores. The population of China is 142.57 crore. According to Census 2011, the population of India was 1210854977 which included 623724248 males and 586469174 females. The total literacy rate in country at that time was 74.04% the density of population was 382 person/ square kilometre. In regards to sex ratio, there are 940 females on average on per 1000 males and the child sex ratio is 914 females per 1000 males. This requires utmost attention. If we want to avoid many problems related to this, then our intention, policy and destiny will have to be improved. In-depth discussion on many types of serious problems in the context of population in the global region, which are interconnected with each other, such as: industrialization, urbanization, traffic, unemployment, poverty, exploitation of natural resources, impact on the country's economy and environment, etc. is required. All these problems can be solved by controlling population. For this the youth will have to be awakened. Apart from this, things related to this will have to be included in the school curriculum. This problem can be solved only by the collective efforts of everyone. So that the coming generations can live their lives in a healthy environment.

 Abstract

Background: Medication Therapy Management (MTM) has emerged as a critical component of patient-centered care, aiming to optimize medication regimens, enhance therapeutic outcomes, and improve overall health outcomes. This review explores two innovative models of MTM delivery: clinic-embedded pharmacist programs and telephonic MTM services. These models represent novel strategies to overcome barriers to patient access, intervention success rates, and administrative efficiency, ultimately enhancing patient care and improving health outcomes. Methods: A comprehensive review of literature was conducted to examine the key features, outcomes, and implications of clinic-embedded pharmacist programs and telephonic MTM services. Empirical evidence, case studies, and program evaluations were synthesized to evaluate the effectiveness of these models in improving medication adherence, optimizing therapy outcomes, and reducing healthcare utilization. Factors influencing the adoption and integration of these models into clinical practice were also explored. Results: Clinic-embedded pharmacist programs involve the integration of pharmacists into primary care settings, facilitating close collaboration with healthcare providers and direct patient care delivery. These programs have demonstrated success in identifying and addressing medication-related issues, improving medication adherence, and enhancing patient education and self-management skills. Telephonic MTM services utilize technology to deliver MTM interventions remotely, offering flexibility and convenience for patients. These services have been effective in reaching and engaging patients, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, and delivering targeted interventions to address medication-related issues. Discussion: Innovative MTM delivery models, such as clinic-embedded pharmacist programs and telephonic MTM services, demonstrate promising outcomes in terms of patient engagement, medication optimization, and healthcare utilization. By leveraging technology and interdisciplinary collaboration, these programs overcome traditional barriers to MTM delivery and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care. Moving forward, healthcare organizations and policymakers should continue to invest in these innovative models to improve the quality, accessibility, and affordability of medication management services. Conclusion: Clinic-embedded pharmacist programs and telephonic MTM services represent innovative approaches to delivering comprehensive medication management services. These models have shown promise in improving medication adherence, optimizing therapy outcomes, and reducing healthcare utilization. By promoting pharmacist-led interventions and leveraging technology-enabled platforms, healthcare providers can enhance the quality and accessibility of medication management services, ultimately improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare delivery.

 Abstract

Online user-generated material and the quick spread of digital platforms have sparked intense legal discussions about the obligations of intermediaries. In the digital age, intermediaries have taken on a far larger role, influencing how people communicate, do business, and share content online. The multidimensional world of intermediaries' liabilities within the developing digital ecosystem is examined in this essay. It provides a thorough analysis of the duties that intermediaries assume in their capacity as hosts of user-generated material and online interactions. This study explores the development of intermediary liabilities within the framework of IT intermediary rules, concentrating on the dynamic interaction between free speech, content regulation, and online platform obligations. This paper is an analytical and descriptive work with primary and secondary data collected through various sources. The journey starts with a look at the early internet scene, which was characterized by a lack of liability protection to encourage creativity and freedom of expression. The idea of notice and takedown procedures evolved in an effort to balance user rights with content regulation as worries about dangerous and unlawful content increased. This study explores how intermediary obligations have changed via the lenses of several subtopics, such as the establishment of particular legal regimes, the difficulties associated with cross-border jurisdiction, and the moral implications of proactive content filtering. A shift towards making intermediaries more responsible for content produced by their users can be seen in the implementation of intermediary rules and regulations, which are typified by the Information Technology (Intermediary rules and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 in India. This essay analyses how these regulations will affect the digital ecosystem, outlining both their possible advantages and potential censorship issues. This study offers a global perspective on the various strategies for striking a balance between online freedoms and regulatory requirements by comparing intermediary liability frameworks across several nations. The report also explores the effects that tougher liability can have on digital innovation, highlighting the necessity of a supportive environment while tackling content-related issues. The study emphasises the practical ramifications of changing platform liabilities by drawing conclusions from case studies regarding legal difficulties faced by intermediaries. This study examines the effects of intermediary norms on digital platforms and underlines the consequences for digital innovation and creativity via the perspective of numerous case studies. The study discusses issues with potential unintended repercussions and censorship while taking into account the need of user responsibility and education in this constantly changing environment. The topic of unforeseen effects, such as limiting free speech and inhibiting digital business, is covered in the conversation. This study offers a view into upcoming trends and proposed reforms that might shape the digital world as the debate over intermediary responsibility develops. A nuanced understanding of the complexities surrounding intermediary liabilities under the scope of IT Intermediary Rules is fostered by the analysis, which highlights the delicate balance that must be maintained between the preservation of online freedoms and the responsible regulation of digital content. This paper will contribute to future research on similar topics.

 Abstract

This paper presents the foreign policy of India regarding soft power from the perspective of the Buddhist philosophy of Cultural heritage in the world in the 21st century, which has milestone diplomacy especially the regime of Prime Minister Mr. Narender Modi. India is in a position to claim legitimacy, which it's, promotes Buddhist diplomacy. There is expanding engagement with its Asian countries based on Buddhist philosophy potentially, a large aspect of national interest namely, the Fast Neighborhood policy and Act East policy. From the historical aspect, India hosted the international Buddhist conference in Sanchi that was attended by over three thousand Buddhist nuns, monks, and historians. At that time, this was one of the largest gatherings of Buddhist preachers and followers in the world. Now, Modi's current Government is placing a strong engagement in the use of soft power values in Indian foreign policy. One of the more novel manifestations of these initiatives has been engagement in Buddhist diplomacy. The Buddhist faith due to its emphasis on peaceful coexistence and its wide pan-Asian presence lenses itself well to soft power diplomacy. The science spirituality, art, and faith that developed over millennia in the subcontinent found their way across other regions, earning India a considerable amount of soft power. Thus, it is within this context that one can understand the efforts of the Indian government at incorporating Buddhist heritage form a basis for further diplomatic, economic cultural and strategic links within its foreign policy. This paper will attempt to explore the values of soft power and the principles of Buddhist philosophy affecting foreign policy in the changing international Buddhist environment.

 Abstract

In the analysis of its potential to prevent diabetes, the effects of petroleum ether, chloroform and methanol, fast blood glucose and blood biochemical analyzes in streptozotocin diabetic rats were investigated. Of all three extracts, oral administration of 500 mg/kg of methanol extract significantly reduced glucose overload and streptozotocin in normal, normal rats after 15 days of treatment. Petroleum ether and chloroform extract did not show any significant effect on three groups of rats at an oral dose of 500 mg/kg. Simultaneous histological studies on the pancreas of these animals first demonstrated the comparative regenerative capacity of methanol extracts necrotic by streptozotocin. The results showed that it had a positive effect on diabetes in the experimental diabetes model. The plant material were collected dried and extracted. Among these ethanolic extract of Mollugo oppositifolius linn, and hydro-alcoholic extract of Glinus oppositifolius linn, were taken for studies. Glinus oppositifolius linn was examined for its anti-inflammatory activity also. The in-vitro analysis of both extracts were carried out and compared with standard drug. After screening the anti- diabetic property was confirmed by in- vivo methods. Both the plant extracts found to have a moderate to high capacity to regulate the hyperglycemia and associated complications.

 Abstract

The current intellectual property landscape is made up of two pillars: copyright law and freedom of expression, each of which are vital in establishing the originative and informational ecosystems. This outline explores the intricate relationship between copyright and freedom of expression, examining their evolution in the digital age. Copyright laws are enacted to foster innovation and promote entrepreneurs' economic rights by giving them exclusive ownership of their works. However, these privileges inherently limit the public's ability to use, share, and build on copyrighted content. This restriction has sparked fears that this could be incompatible with the freedom of expression, a fundamental human right enshrined in international conventions and national constitutions. In discussions about fair use, transformative works, and digital sharing, the tension between copyright and freedom of expression is most apparent. Fair use principles, which are embedded in many copyright structures, allow for a restrict use of copyrighted material for purposes such as criticism, commentary, and education. The intersection of copyright and freedom of expression is made clearer in this area. Copyright holders advocate for the right to protect their intellectual property rights on the one hand, while advocates for expression advocate for the importance of a strong public domain and unrestricted discourse. This intersection has been exacerbated by the proliferation of user-generated content, social media, and online platforms in the digital age. The ease with which individuals can post and remix content raises alarming questions about the boundaries of copyright and the degree to which it can limit free expression. The internet's global nature, in addition, creates cross-border challenges for copyright enforcement and expression. What is considered a violation in one jurisdiction may be considered free expression in another, highlighting the need for international coordination and legislative frameworks that strike a balance between these rights. This paper concludes by stressing the importance of this ongoing debate and the need for nuanced approaches that safeguard both creative incentives and fundamental rights. In the digital age, finding the right balance between copyright and freedom of expression is a challenging, dynamic, and often contentious challenge that continues to shape the way we create, share, and consume information and culture. As we navigate the changing landscape of intellectual property and free expression in the 21st century, it remains a critical issue for legislators, designers, and the general public alike.

 Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has grown in importance in the Indian corporate sector due to a desire to combine financial goals with societal and environmental considerations. This study examines how CSR goals are implemented in Indian businesses, paying particular attention to the ongoing disconnect between intentions and results. There is a big gap between corporate social responsibility (CSR) promises made by firms and their actual impact, even with increased purpose and legislative restrictions. The paper begins with a detailed study of the past development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India, looking at the Companies Act's legal framework and implementation obstacles. One of the most critical parts of the research is figuring out and assessing the challenges to efficient CSR implementation, such as a lack of accountability systems, insufficient funding, and general ignorance of the significance of CSR. This study provides a variety of suggestions and fixes for the problems that are found. Several proposals have been put up to put public pressure on firms to uphold their corporate social responsibility (CSR) requirements, including modifications to the Companies Act, training programs for CSR experts, and public awareness campaigns. To maximise the impact of CSR programs, the study also emphasises how important it is for businesses, governments, and non-governmental organisations to collaborate and form partnerships. The need to have a solid monitoring and reporting system that encourages accountability and transparency is one of the research's main conclusions. It is essential to match CSR aims with more general company sustainability objectives to guarantee the long-term viability of CSR initiatives. In short, by highlighting the difficulties in bridging the gap between intention and action, this research advances the study of how CSR is implemented in Indian organisations. The suggested remedies seek to strengthen stakeholder participation, enable Indian firms to carry out their CSR goals more successfully, and ultimately have a good influence on the environment and society. The report emphasises the necessity of a comprehensive and cooperative approach to CSR to close the gap between intention and practice and promote significant reform in corporate social responsibility in India.

 Abstract

'Mok?a' is a very small word but has so many importance, significance and power in Indian literature and culture. This word derives from the Sanskrit dh?tup??h; the dh?tu named 'muc' which means 'Mukti' or freedom. What is 'Mok?a'? it is a big question among us. The Indians use this word very frequently. But a very small part of people knows the actual meaning of Mok?a. In Vedic Literature r?i's uttered mantras regarding mok?a. They kept tough spiritual practices for so long years to achieve this salvation. Mok?a is also called as Nirv??a, Mukti, Vimukti, Vimok?a etc. Not only in Hinduism but it also has different emancipations in Buddhism, Jainism etc. In a word Nirv??a or Mok?a means 'Freedom.' Freedom from the Sa?s?ra, in a broad sense the ultimate freedom from death and rebirth. Upani?ads, G?t? they show the path of salvation. But apart from these; different literatures have different paths to give the explanation or analysis of salvation. Kau?ilya has shown another type of path or way of life of freedom or mok?a. In this paper I have tried to compare or analyze the concept of mok?a in the light of Ved?nta philosophy with the Kau?ilya's 'Artha??stra. Artha??stra has completely the different perspective of freedom which we can relate in modern day's perspective also. So, it can be said that this paper is a comparative study between Ved?ta and Artha??stra.
