The Bhagvad Gita is a poetic narrative in the form of a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. In the battle field Arjun was strucked, when he saw his relatives as the opponents. To motivate him the Bhagvad Gita is preached in the battle field by Lord Krishna to Arjun. It is considered as the greatest scriptures of the Vedic philosophy. It shows the ways to live a spiritual cum material life consequently. In the Bhagvad Gita, the meaning of education fragranced in the Karma Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. We can draw all aspects of educational philosophy, i.e. meaning of education, aims of education, importance of education, curriculum, teaching method and techniques, assessment techniques and roles of learner and teacher from Bhagvad Gita. Therefore this paper deals with the interpretation of educational aspects present in Bhagvad Gita.

If it is concerned about the future of a community, local government as an institution of local administration places a focus on the need for regular public participation in developing and carrying out local development plans. The local government facilitates communication between elected politicians and the general public. For a local authority to run smoothly, the concept of citizen participation in local administration is essential because it opens a line of communication between both the leader and team members. The Gram Sansad (Amendment) Act was passed in West Bengal due to the sizeable territory and population of the Gram Panchayat. The researcher chose West Bengal's undivided Medinipur region to study rural development communication & development by the Panchayat.

Yoga and Sufism are two streams of thought and praxis that were cultivated in the two great spiritual traditions of Hinduism and Islam respectively. While at the surface, they look in very diverse and divergent, they yet share a common core that lies in their being a way of tranquility and calmness of mind and body. The discipline of Yoga, though highly commercialized in our times and often considered at best as stress busting exercise, was in it pristine purity, a way of life that led to an ultimate experience of joissance through the control of the movements of body and mind. The truth of sufism, likewise, did not lie in its associated beliefs or rituals but as a transformative way of life externalist to attain subsistence in God after annihilation of the principle of separation - ego or mind. Both Sufism and Yoga were essentially praxis for union or proximity with the divine and prescribed practices were divergent but helped to this end. Taken as an instrument, both the yogis and sufis attained their goals through comprehensive discipline of body and mind and involved association with the Masters and fundamentally renunciatory ethic. However abuses in both have been too evident to any student. This paper seeks to distinguish between various yogas and argue that while Karma yoga, bhakti yoga and jnana yoga have analogues in Sufism, differences regarding theistic framing in Sufism and more emphasis on live of God need not be seen as pulling them in divergent ways.

Urbanization is phenomenon happening all over the world at various levels from international level to the migration of rural population to urban level. This poses the question of accommodating needs of the population in terms of both infrastructure and the housing sector. The urban growth pattern on one side is moving towards fulfilling the demand on the other side is losing the connect to the nature. This lack of connect with green (nature) is adversely affecting at the various levels from the climatic to the psychological growth of the urban dwellers. The gap between the both i.e. the lack of green and the urban housing needs to bridged. The green spaces play important role in in establishing healthy relationship in terms of physical, Psychological, emotional and also economic well-being between the occupants and the nature (flora and fauna) especially in the urban residential sector. The urban housing in the current scenario needs to address the issue of the mundane development by having holistic integrated approach that focuses on overall well-being. The objective of the review paper is to understand the relation of green spaces in urban housing and the impact of incorporating biophillia in urban housing. The methodology of the study includes qualitative and quantitative analysis and the literature reviews of journals articles and guidelines relating to urban housing development. The study area of the paper is limited to the urban housing.

Hypothyroidism is common condition which occurs due to thyroid hormone deficiency. it also known as underactive thyroid. Clinical features may vary from no sign or symptoms to life threatening condition. Hypothyroidism can be easily diagnosed with blood test and it can be managed very well with medications like levothyroxine . If left untreated it can be fatal in some cases. Hypothyroidism affects women more than men. Nearly 42 million people in India are suffering from thyroid disorders. 1 in every 10 Indians suffers from Thyroid disorders. The prevalence of hypothyroidism is 11% in India in comparison with other countries like United Kingdom it is only 2% and United States of America it is 4.6%. The high percentage of prevalence in India is possibly due to long standing iodine deficiency which has been corrected over only past 15-20 years. Pharmacological and non pharmacological therapies both can help in successfully managing the Hypothyroidism and Helps in improve the quality of life of patient.

Schiff base with an additional oxime group have been considered as ligand both on account of synthetic flexibility and sensitivity towards metal ion as well as wide range of application ranging from analytical to biological activities. Many biologically important Schiff base complexes of transition and inner-transition metal ions have been reported in the literature possessing antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, anti HIV activities, etc. The Schiff bases with sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen donor atoms in their structures act as superior chelating agents for transition, inner transition metal ions. It has been seen that the ligands containing both oxygen and nitrogen donor atoms behaves as a good building blocks for formation of various lanthanoid co-ordination compounds. The pharmacological properties of N-donor ligands of Schiff bases and their derivatives have attracted worldwide attention in the last few decades because of their wide occurrence in natural products and drugs. Benzilmonoximehydrazone-p-hydroxybenzaldehyde acts a tridentate ligand coordinating to the metals through the azomethine nitrogen atom, the nitrogen atom of oximino group. The metal complexes will be synthesized in a suitable medium and characterized on the basis of various physicochemical techniques such as Elemental analysis, Solubility in various solvents, Conductance measurements, investigation of UV-Vis, FT-IR, PMR, powder XRD, ESR spectra as may be necessary.

In semi-arid locations, climate change and human activities have a significant impact on groundwater properties. Mastering the groundwater dynamic variation and giving scientific recommendations for the sensible exploitation and management of groundwater resources require analysing the change in groundwater level and measuring the contributions of influencing elements. For the Bankura Sadar sub-division in West Bengal's semi-arid climatic zones, an attempt was made to find probability distributions using seasonal (January, April, August, and November for 2019 to 2020) statistics on groundwater table. The study describes how a geostatistical method was used to improve an existing network of groundwater samples. Semivariogram analysis was performed to fit the best theoretical model with experimental model. The study shows that ordinary kriging provides the best answer, and that the error variance can be used to add more observation wells for the best groundwater level tracking network infrastructure. The exponential semivariogram model derived from conventional kriging provides the best fit model, according to spatial and seasonal evaluations. The results revealed that the groundwater level demonstrated amazing regularity with seasonal use throughout the year. Consequently, the interannual groundwater level continued to fall, resulting in the depression cone. For appropriate groundwater monitoring, these methods can be implemented for intra-district water level depth analysis.

With the growing need for human capital management, human resources are identified as important capital for any business. What makes employees happy, how they can deliver more are the important points to debate in knowledge forums and learning platforms. But, there always existed a gap between employer perception and employee perception. This gap has been major because of lack of empathy from the employer front and employee involvement from the employee front in the problem-solving process. Lately employee engagement and organizational commitment have been much spoken and strategies have been in place to increase employee involvement. Responding to the need of the hour, customer satisfaction leading to employee satisfaction, and business results, design thinking is one such concept that has brought a paradigm shift in organizations. Thinking from the perspective of the customers by way of interaction, feedback, and knowing the need to deliver the service or product has been a breakthrough idea that changed the game of business altogether. Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends 2017 report revealed that nearly 80 percent of executives rated employee experience very important (42 percent) or important (38 percent), but only 22 percent reported that their companies were excellent at building a differentiated employee experience. Especially HR functions have a major role to play in the organization which is responsible for managing human resources. Present paper is an attempt to present the facts on how design thinking can change the HR role from managing HR to reinventing the HR role.
