Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation is a new approach to the system of evaluation that aims to make evaluation more systematic and dynamic. The major assumption of CCE is that every child can improve. With the broader aim of examination reforms in mind, the scheme of continuous and comprehensive evaluation envisages that every learner is to be evaluated over the entire period of learning schedule rather than one three hour external examination at the end of a course of learning. CCE emphasis on the all-round development of every child and that can be achieved by active participation in different activities which in turn helps to derive self belief in the learners. The evaluation process is school based. In this new scheme, the role of formative evaluation is of utmost importance. CCE aims at making children capable of becoming responsible, productive and useful member of a society. Introduction of continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) is one of such reforms in entire education that can make education more meaningful for the learners. This article examines the concept of continuous and comprehensive evaluation, its historical perspectives, its need and importance, its features and role of teacher in implementing CCE in the modern education system.

Education system highly emphasizes the responsibility of teachers both males and females to educate and mold the students. Irrespective of the percentage of women teachers in education from primary education system to under graduate level system, we must necessarily value their role as educators. When we succeed in providing women lecturers an excellent working condition, they can contribute to the development of education and the community as a whole. The success of students and the effectiveness of education largely depend on the job satisfaction of the teachers. When the teachers are encouraged, given ideal working conditions and recognized morally and economically, they can give their best. In most cases, students see their teachers as their advisors and role models, having such teachers is very important for children as teachers can give the students motherly care.

A study was conducted to determine the Vocational Aspiration of professional college students. 480 students were selected randomly in this study. 240 Male and 240 Female students consisted in this study and attending 15 professional college of Meerut city. The data was collected with Vocational Aspiration scale by Dr. S.K. Pundir, Dr. S.K. Agarwal and Munedra Kumar and Socio economic status scale by S.P Kulshreshta. Analysis of variance and t-test statistics were utilized to analyze the data. Result indicated Socio economic status was significant on students -Vocational aspiration. On the basis of these findings suggestions were made on the ways to enhance career development of students. Keywords- Socio economic status, Vocational aspiration, student.

We reported here simple method of preparation of nano porous Carbon fibers (CFs) by thermal decomposition. Carbonization of waste plant material was carried out in single zone furnace. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) image revels that the Carbon fibers (CFs) formed around 200 ~ 500 nm in width. For the synthesis of Carbon fibers (CFs) processing on raw fibers is important step, for that naturally dried waste plant material was washed with distilled water and soaked in 20% NaOH solution for three days for the complete removal of alkaline material. These raw fibers then washed properly with distilled water and dried in oven at 1200C. Synthesis of carbon fibers (CFs) was carried out by using Carbonization method at 8500C. Hydrogen gas was used as carrier gas. The morphological structural properties of Carbon fibers (CFs) were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDX and XRD. The synthesized Carbon fibers (CFs) have a crystalline size of 200~ 500 nm. Surface of fibers is highly porous in nature with presence of small size pores. The pore cavities are present all over the surface. The side walls of each pore ranges in between 10~15 nm and inner diameter of pore cavities is in the range of 20~50 nm confirmed from SEM images. The crystalline nature of fibers are observed with help of XRD. Synthesised Carbon fibers (CFs) can be used in different fields like electrochemical sensors, Supercapacitors, fuel cell etc.

We have found that the maximum pressure and temperature give different trends of variation with initial radius, equilibrium radius and with their ratios are quite interesting. The optimum value of pressure and temperature found in this work as 2.0?109 atm and 5.5?106 0K for initial radius of 45?m and equilibrium radius of 3.0?m. This work is fruitful and it may pave the way to propose a new theory and experiment for anomalous behavior of maximum pressure and temperature as a function of relative radius.

This study provides guidelines and procedure on how to develop a low-cost parallel clustered computer. It aims to disseminate information in building a high-performance computer using ABC GNU Linux. Different configurations using the command line interface and graphical user interface were conducted. The processes of the computer were determined by the use of graphical representation using Ganglia as a monitoring tool. Rapid application development was used to establish the methodology in creating these parallel computers.

Education today is a paid service which has serious and negative effect on our society. The unit cost aspect of school education and higher education in Kerala has so far remained a neglected area. The study aims to review the recent changes in the cost of education, to analyze the general awareness about free and compulsory primary education and to suggest measures to reduce the trend of commercialization in education. The respondents also highlighted some of the issues and drawbacks of public and private education systems. There are remarkable differences in the cost of education between the public and private education sectors. Issues like fee control should be attended very carefully both in public and private educational institutions under the strict supervision of the government.

For more than fifty years, the dispute over Kashmir's territory has dominated Indo-Pak connections. The conflict has evolved a convoluted mix of intertwining reasons, ranging from religion to material resources to ethno-linguistic groupings, from its origins before India and Pakistan's independence to the contemporary insurgency that developed in 1990. These and other elements of the Kashmir conflict are covered extensively in the extensive literature on the topic. This approach, on the other hand, employs repositioning theory to shift the discussion away from the conflict and toward the narratives that surround it. The research explains how specific discourses and discourse can sustain a conflict past its logical limit by examining the precise history and utilisation of the self-determination concept. The 'self-determination movement' in Kashmir revived in the years following 1988. Within this movement, a relatively secular element emphasizes the concept of Kashmiriyat, a common shared orientation shared by people of many denominations. The early 1990s exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley appears to be a setback to secular nationalist assertions as well as the underlying premise of 'Kashmiriyat.'

Present work deals with behavioural response and morphological deformities in the freshwater fish Heteropneustes fossilis caused by exposure to pyrethroid pesticide, bifenthrin at different sublethal concentrations i.e., 0.0161 ppm, 0.0347 ppm and 0.0628 ppm. Heteropneustes fossilis in this medium exhibited restlessness, erratic movements, hyperactivity and loss of buoyancy and they started swimming at the surface of water. The response of the fish towards toxicity was dependent on concentration of bifenthrin and length of exposure.
