Environmental value strongly depends on human behaviour patterns. We review the role and the potential of environmental education for understanding and promoting environmental protective behaviour. A general framework is planned, comprising: (1) identification of the behaviour to be changed, (2) examination of the main factors underlying this behaviour, (3) design and application of interventions to change behaviour to reduce environmental impact, and (4) evaluation of the effects of interventions. We discuss how environmental psychologists empirically studied these four topics, identify apparent shortcomings so far, and indicate major issues for future research.

ABSTRACT: Good health is the key to a happy and productive life and an important indicator of human development. Each and every step of life is recurrently exposed to state of helplessness if human being is prone to commonplace ailments. Long healthy life is the basic aspiration of human development. From the stand point of both personal and social level a healthy person is an asset. Safe Motherhood reflects the strength and capability for bearing and rearing healthy children. It is a form of human capital and an important dimension of human development which is necessary to achieve a healthy society. The reproductive health of mother depends more on social phenomena than the biological determinants. To show the intra district status of maternal health is the main purpose of the study. The present study mainly based on secondary data processed and analyzed by different GIS and statistical techniques. In rural areas maternal health services mainly delivered by Government primary health centers and sub centers. On the other hand in urban areas this service are mainly available through Government or municipal hospital, urban health posts, hospitals and nursing homes operated by non-government voluntary organizations and various private nursing homes. The maternal health is closely related to socio-economic development in the study area as well as all over world. So, the deprived section of the society having an adverse affect on their maternal and reproductive health. Weaker parts of the district in terms of urbanization, education, awareness are holding higher ranks in the vulnerability status of pregnancy and maternal health outcome. So, these parts of the study area need more attention through ensuring high maternal health facility.

Amplifiers play a vital role in the development of high performance and low-cost solutions for front end of the RF and microwave systems. Early RF & microwave amplifiers were the exclusive province of vacuum tube devices such as triodes, tetrodes, Klystrons, TWT amplifiers and magnetrons but today amplification is dominated by solid state amplifiers except for application at high output powers i.e. more than 100W for microwave and more than 1KW for RF. The usefulness and methods to design a SSPA are discussed. The functionality of proposed design of solid state power amplifier will be verified for parameters like Bandwidth, Gain, Output power and high efficiency. [1]

As the Lok Sabha passed Goods and Services Tax (GST) bill it was confirmed that the country will now come under single tax net for the first time. This tax reform came into existence when the Lok Sabha approved four supplementary legislations. The opposition parties put up a lot of objections which resulted in some amendments in the legislations. GST subsumed a host of indirect taxes levied by the Centre and states, including excise duty, VAT, service tax, entry, luxury and entertainment levies. As the news flourished both the print media, the electronic media, the political parties and the trade pundits started talking about the pros and cons about the GST Implementation. With the Government portraying it as a landmark achievement the opposition was full of criticism. Many International newspapers also published their views on it by depicting it as a new wave of economic reform in the country. This paper tries to analyse the background, future prospects and the challenges of Implementation of Goods and Services Tax(GST) in India. On the basis of the study the paper will examine the key facts and draws out the conclusion.

This paper presents review of the design of watt-level solid-state power amplifiers (PAs). The main motive is to reach up to desired power level from CWRF solid state PA, the paper focuses on proper biasing technique and impedance matching of transistor with the Characteristic impedance of the transmission line. Reliability often sets the limits for the PA design and mismatched impedance matching results in low gain is reviewed. In this work, a commercially available solid-state device MRF134 has been used for developing a power amplifier. The stability of this MOSFET is improved by parallel loading of the input and output circuit. The Transformer and L section matching technique are reviewed and the simulation of MRF134 by L section matching technique is presented.

A heterogenous wireless network consists of different wireless access standards. To transfer data seamlessly vertical handoff (VHO) plays a major role. Seamless continuity is the main goal in 4G wireless networks. When a mobile terminal is in overlapping area, for service continuity handoff mechanism is mainly used while moving in heterogenous wireless networks. Vertical Handoff decision (VHO) is based on received signal strength (RSS) signals. While taking VHO decision, user mobility is an important factor. VHO is required only at lower speeds and higher speed user velocity may cause unnecessary handovers that can reduce system capacity and Qos level. UE velocity makes the HO decision, we can reduce the transmission cost and transmission time. Wireless access standards : Wi-Fi, Wimax, LTE. This algorithm is simulated in NS2 and its performance is evaluated in terms of user velocity and handover numbers. This approach leads to improvements in the end user experience.

The spotlight of school education is child cantered education and always an overall development of the child by all possible ways of using various methodologies of teaching. Group projects can help students develop a host of skills that are increasingly important in the professional world (Caruso & Woolley, 2008; Mannix & Neale, 2005). The project work is one of the methods to promote various skills related to their leadership qualities, communication skills, team work efficiency, research and innovation, creativity and management. Positive group experiences, moreover, have been shown to contribute to student learning, retention and overall college success (Astin, 1997; Tinto, 1998; National Survey of Student Engagement, 2006). Students really enjoy doing the project work but they go through various difficulties in the completion of the same. The present research paper is throwing light on the problems in the completion of the group project work of the students of class 5th of CBSE schools of Noida City.

In this article an attempt has been to find out the duties and disabilities of ??dra in ancient India. The life of ??dra in ancient India was very iserable. He was considered the fourth var?a. He was the servant of twice-born classes and may engage in agriculture, rearing cattle, carrying loads, sale of commodities, drawing, painting, dancing, singing and playing on musical instruments. He lives on the mercy of upper var?as. He had not allowed to study the Veda. He was not to consecrate sacred fires and to perform the solemn Vedic sacrifices. He was not debarred from hearing itih?sa (like the Mah?bh?rata) and the Pura?as. He was considered impure. He was not owner of anything. The sm?tis did not like that wealth should be accumulated in the hands of the ??dra. If he committed any mistake by chance, then his punishment was very hard. He was not appointed as judge. According to sage Manu when the king does not himself look into the litigation of people owing to pressure of other business, he should appoint a learned br?hma?a as a judge, but never a ??dra. A br?hma?a was not allowed to receive gifts from a ??dra except under great restriction. He was compelled to undergo no sa?ask?ra (except marriage). His life in ancient India was very miserable because he was deprived from everything. I think this article would be very helpful for the government policy makers to make the policy for the ??dra var?a to uplift.

Hyperlipidemia or hyperlipoprotienemia or dyslipidemia is the presence of elevated or abnormal levels of lipids or lipoproteins in the blood.Lipid and lipoprotein abnormalities are regarded as a highly modifiable risk factor for cardiovascular diseases due to influence of cholesterol. Statins are the most commonly prescribed lipid-lowering agents because they are effective ,well tolerated and easy to administer. Atorvastatin is a selective competitive inhibitor of HMG CoA reductase. Its absolute bio availability is 14%.Atorvastatin is slightly soluble in water,BCS Class II drug. Based on Atorvastatin calcium characteristics the bioavailability is improved by complexation technique with ?-Cyclo dextrin a solubilizing agent by solvent evaporation method. After these the coating is done with methacrylic acid copolymers for the targeting action to avoid first pass metabolism and convertion of Atorvastatin calcium into its respective lactone. This project theme is to lowering the cholesterol level by using statins drug of Atorvastatin calcium and it is unstable in gastric pH, so it is targeted to colonic pH which is stable and less side effects.
