Trail by Media is a phrase which was popular in the late 20th century and the early 21st century to define the impact of television and newspaper coverage on a person's reputation by creating a widespread perception of guilt irrespective of any verdict in a court of law. This research paper is an attempt to analyze the role of media in the society, to find the impact of media trial on Indian judiciary and to critically analyze two conflicting fundamental rights i.e. Right to Freedom of speech and expression vs. Right to personal liberty and fair trial. The study is analytical in nature. For this purpose, secondary data has been reviewed and collected. In the study it was found that the court of justice is the only forum and competent for justice and decisions and these forums must be allowed to role without any interference hindrance or spreading prejudice in the public opinion. Right to free and fair trial under the Indian constitution must be indorsed.

Field experiment was conducted at Eastern Block Farm, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore during Kharif 2022 with an objective of influence of drip fertigation and growth regulators in soybean. The treatments composed of 75 % ,100 % and 125 % of RDF through drip fertigation with foliar application of 100 ppm succinic acid and humic acid twice at peak flowering and pod initiation stages. The drip irrigation was scheduled once in five days based on daily pan evaporation as per the treatment schedule and at 0.8 IW/CPE ratio in surface irrigation with 5 cm depth of irrigation and fertigation was scheduled with respect of crop growth stages with the computed quantity of fertilizer as per the treatment. The effect of nutrient application methods drip fertigation and soil application reflected on differential rate of N, P and K uptake by the crop. The nutrient uptake was higher under drip fertigation compared to soil application of nutrients. Among the drip fertigation, the N, P and K uptake was higher at 100 per cent RDF through RDF through drip fertigation with foliar spray of 100 ppm humic acid compared to other treatments. Grain yield was significantly higher under 100 % RDF through drip fertigation with foliar spray of 100 ppm humic acid

Vehicle Anti-Theft Face Recognition is an advanced system that can be utilized in many cars. Today, it is not difficult to make duplicates of vehicle keys and using such keys increases the risk of robbery. For such problems, we hereby propose an efficient and reliable solution. Our system uses a face recognition system to identify the authorized users of the vehicles and only authorized users are allowed to use the vehicle. This allows for a fast easy to use the authentication system. The system uses a Raspberry Pi circuit; it also consists of a camera. When we turn on the system authority provided by 3 options that are registration, start, and clear data, while registering, it first scans the owner's face. After successful registration, the owner can start the vehicle. If an unauthorized user tries to use the car, the system scans the person's face and checks whether face matches with the authorized face, if it does not match the system denies. In this way, the system helps to secure such intelligent vehicles.

In this paper, we proposed a mathematical model for optimization of profit in agricultural production considering ecological, financial and irrigation constraint. The study aims to describe the profitability of the current crop production systems in the Ranchi district, calculate the annual production and profit that could result from optimal land use using linear programming and analyze how using linear programming, irrigation constraints might have a beneficial impact on irrigation efficiency and as a result, sustainable use of environmental and natural resources. We selected 6 crops (arhar, gram, maize, rapeseed and mustard, rice and wheat) for the purpose of study and collected data regarding agricultural practices such as land size, cost of production, productivity of crops per hectare, crop irrigated area etc. The study suggests that linear programming model might be applied to improve agricultural production's profitability.

SARS-CoV-2 is a novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19. The Ministry of AYUSH has worked very hard during the COVID-19 pandemic to contain and stop the rapid spread of the corona virus infection through the use of AYUSH medications and preventive measures. For the purpose of promoting general health, the Ministry of AYUSH of the Government of India suggests "Ayush Kwath," also known as "Kada," which contains several medicinal herbs. One of the immune-boosting health drinks that the AYUSH ministry recommends is called AYUSH Kwath, and it contains Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Sunthi (Zingiber officinale), and Krishna Marich (Piper nigrum). As an age-old medical and cultural system, Ayurveda has inspired our kitchen, shaped our seasonal eating habits, and impacted the treatments we applied for common illnesses. Tulsi, Marich, Sunthi, and Dalchini are among the most widely used and readily accessible medications that may be found at home. Kabir is a fifteenth century weaver who was a mystic, poet and saint of India. His story is shrouded in contrary legends that emanate from both Hindu and Islamic sources, which claim him simultaneously as a Sufi and as a Hindu saint. Kabir was disappointed with the prevailing system of religious bigotry. He was a hater of religious exclusivism, and sought, above all things, to initiate human beings into the liberty of the children of God. He openly criticized all sects and gave a new direction to the Indian philosophy. His poems resonate with praise for the true guru who reveals the divine through direct experience, and denounce more usual ways of attempting god-union such as chanting, austerities, etc. The Bhakti thought he espoused revolves around the idea that the path to salvation or spiritual fulfillment can be achieved through unwavering devotion and heartfelt love for the divine. It stresses on surrendering ones ego and humility and the acknowledgment of one's limitations in the face of the infinite divine. Therefore Kabir was a true Bhakti emphasizing a deeply personal and emotional devotion to a higher power and carrying a strong sense of love, surrender, and humility. The present paper attempts to deliberate on how Kabir appropriated his poetic talents to propagate Bhakti teachings and how the Bhakti perspective is valid and viable in the contemporary world.

The study emphasizes the transformation from reactive to proactive maintenance, capitalizing on the analysis of patterns and trends extracted from the wealth of data generated daily. This proactive approach enables timely maintenance, reducing downtime and mitigating economic losses. The data for analysis is collected from various sources (ex: Cloud Architectures), including sensors (WSNs), machine PLCs, and communication protocols (IoT). These data are then processed on various cloud architectures, allowing for the identification of patterns and anomalies that may indicate potential failures. As organizations navigate the dynamic landscape of technology and data analytics, the integration of historical search data emerges as a pivotal tool for making informed decisions, allocating resources judiciously, and extending the lifespan of critical assets. The exploration underscores the paradigm shift towards predictive maintenance as a cornerstone for industrial and manufacturing sectors. Hydrogel product constitute a group of polymeric material, the hydrophilic structure of which render them capable of holding large amount of water in their three dimensional networks. Due to their high water content, porosity and soft consistency, they closely simulate natural living tissue, more so than any other class of synthetic biomaterials. Several techniques have been reported for synthesis of hydrogel like co-polymerization/crosslinking of co-monomers using multifunctional co-monomers, which acts as crosslinking agent. They can be classified in different ways on the basis of their preparation, biodegradable properties, polymer sensitivity to surrounding environment and also their applications. Synthetic hydrogels offer a possibly effective and convenient way to administer these compounds. Hydrogels can be used as biosensors as well as drug delivery systems that are responsive to specific molecules, such as glucose or antigens. In this review article an attempt has been made to describe the available methods of hydrogel synthesis, classification of hydrogels, their properties, method of preparation and its application.

A lot of scientific and technological advancement have been made in the drug delivery research. Floating film drug delivery system has emerged as an advanced alternative to traditional dosage form like tablets, capsules and liquids. Floating film is drug loaded polymeric film mainly comprised of active pharmaceutical ingredients, polymers, film forming agent and plasticizer with the suitable solvent. Gastroretentive floating films are mainly made by using solvent evaporation and solvent casting methods. Present article gives emphasis on general consideration of gastroretentive floating films drug delivery system, with their advantages, disadvantages, method of preparation, evaluation parameters likes percent moisture absorbtion, folding endurance, tensile strength, drug content, dissolution study, release kinetic study, swelling index, in vitro buoyancy study and its applications. Layer-by-layer film technique will become a alternative for multidrug therapy in which controlled or sustained delivery of drug is possible by using different polymers. Multilayer approach will gain more importance in associated diseases like hypertension and diabetes etc.

Laughter is a pleasurable bodily reaction and emotion to certain internal or external cues. It is a powerful medicine to induce good emotional and physical changes in the body. A good hearty laugh relieves stress and tension, leaving your muscles relaxed and strengthening the immune system. If you share a laugh as well, you'll both feel happier, more positive, and more relaxed and enable to alter a stressful situation. The dopamine reward system in the brain is triggered by humour, which promotes long-term memory and goal-oriented motivation. Shared laughter is one of the most powerful tools for keeping relationships fresh and exciting. Humour and laughter help build trust, improve the work environment, and prolong life. Being able to laugh, play and have fun not only makes life more enjoyable but also helps you solve problems, and think more creatively. It is good to practice laughter, which is contagious and spread to others. Start by setting aside special moments during practice for humour and laughter, and build from there. Ultimately, you want to add humour and laughter to your life and find it naturally in everything. Here is one way to start: smile. A smile is the beginning of laughter, whenever you look at someone even mildly pleasing, practice a smile. Come with fun, playful people who laugh easily at themselves, and the absurd and routinely find humour in everyday events. You can also practice laughing alone. Consciously adopt a perspective that appreciates the fun side of events. Simulated laughter and laughter yoga are good techniques to achieve the positive physical and mental reactions of natural laughter. Have fun, joke around and don't be afraid to express your feelings. It can even make exercise more fun and productive.

The study discusses the way myths express cultural ideas and values, highlighting the significance of reinterpreting traditional narratives by giving voice to the suppressed characters. It then delves into Surpanakha's transformation from an innocent young girl to a vengeful woman and illustrates the manner in which her progress has been influenced by cultural prejudices, abusive family members and personal tragedies. Her desire for vengeance is fueled by her experiences of being excluded because of her dark complexion and gender. It also accentuates Surpanakha's relationship with family members especially her mother's ongoing disparagement upon her, contributed to her identity issue and hatred for herself. The analysis summarizes Surpanakha's development from a victim of circumstance to a villain motivated by retribution, which captures the complexity and depth of her character. Kavita Kane has humanized the character Surpanakha and has beautifully made the readers to sympathize with Meenakshi and hate Surpankha.
