The Courts of India i.e. from the Supreme Court to the Lower Court have recognized the basic rights to prisoners.  Abstract

Abstract: The Munda and Oraon tribes are one of the major tribe of Jharkhand. Oraons are the second and Mundas are the third largest tribes of Jharkhand. Oraons are mostly concentrated in districts of Ranchi, Gumla, Lohardaga, Latehar, Palamu, Garhwa, Haxaribagh, Dhanbad, Santhal Pargana and Singhbhum in the state of Jharkhand whereas Mundas are mainly concentrated in Ranchi, Lohardaga and Gumla districts of Jharkhand but they are also found in other district of Jharkhand such as Hazaribagh, Chatra, Giridih, Bokaro and East and West Singhbhum, but their number is very few. The present study attempts to examine the mass media accessibility, exposure and usage among the Munda and Oraon tribes from ethnographic point of view, inhabiting in the state of Jharkhand. The researcher found that during the study that in spite of tremendous growth in the number of newspapers and periodicals in the Jharkhand after its formation, newspapers and magazines as a medium of communication in both the villages cannot be claimed to be very effective. This is because of inaccessibility and illiteracy among the Munda and Oraon population but the penetration of mass media such as radio, television, cinema, mobile phone, and social media are playing a prominent role in disseminating information, education and fulfilling entertainment needs of the tribal people. Both the tribal communities have already entered into information age by embracing various mass media and have become part of information society. They are no longer remaining in isolation but gradually become part of the mainstream of society.

 Abstract

Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by loss of skeletal muscle mass and function. Although it is primarily a disease of the elderly, its development may be associated with conditions that do not exclusively affect the elderly. Sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by a progressive and generalized loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength that is closely associated with physical disability, poor quality of life, and death. Risk factors for sarcopenia include age, sex, and level of physical activity. In conditions such as malignancy, rheumatoid arthritis, and aging, lean body mass is lost while fat mass is maintained or even increases. The loss of muscle mass may be accompanied by an increase in body fat, resulting in marked weakness despite normal weight, which is called sarcopenic obesity. There is a strong association between inactivity and loss of muscle mass and strength, suggesting that physical activity should be a protective factor for the prevention, but also for the treatment of sarcopenia. In addition, one of the first steps to take in a person with sarcopenia or clinical frailty is to ensure that the sarcopenic patient receives proper and adequate nutrition. Sarcopenia has a greater impact on survival. It should be important to prevent or delay the onset of this condition as much as possible to improve survival and reduce the need for long-term care. Interventions for sarcopenia need to be developed, with emphasis on exercise and nutrition.

 Abstract

The advantages of digital payments over cash in the modern world include simple transactions, increased security, and transparency. By offering digital instruments like debit cards, mobile banking, mobile wallets, etc., the banking industry plays a significant role in digital payment in this pandemic environment. The epidemic may hasten the shift to digital payments. Digital payment-related factors. Due to their track record of dependability and sustainability, payment systems continue to enjoy a high level of public trust. But typical transaction volumes decreased as a result of the lock-down and company shutdown. In order to aid in the recovery and promote it, it is essential that the environment for digital payments grows swiftly and reaps the benefits of the post-COVID period.

 Abstract

One of the most common types of cancer in developing nations is pancreatic cancer. Up to 90% of pancreatic cancers are caused by pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour, a less prevalent variety that accounts for 5% of all malignancies, are the two main types of malignant tumours of the pancreas. Pancreatic cancer continues to be one of the deadliest illnesses and demands immediate attention owing to its extremely poor overall survival rate, which claims many lives each year throughout the world. Two of the main obstacles in the fight against cancer are early detection and effective treatments. In the current study, we evaluated effective pancreatic cancer treatment methods and in-depth highlighted the most recent advancements in contemporary medication delivery methods that are centered on and generated from nanotechnology. Recent advances in drug delivery systems based on nanotechnology have aimed towards improving cellular absorption, enhance pharmacokinetics, and improve the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs. The current review provides information on recent developments about possible therapeutic targets for the treatment of cancer of the pancreas. This information may serve as a foundation for the future creation of multifunctional nano-constructions for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of pancreatic cancer.

 Abstract

The "Smart Attendance" app simplifies the task of tracking students' attendance by automating the process. It generates attendance records based on students' presence in class, maintaining daily attendance data. Staff members are given unique usernames and passwords to input students' attendance status for their respective subjects. Attendance is calculated only if a student is present during the specified period. The app generates weekly and consolidated attendance reports for students. Traditionally, managing attendance involves manual recording in registers, leading to a cumbersome process. This method not only consumes a significant amount of paper, a valuable non-renewable resource, but also poses environmental concerns. In today's age, where sustainable development is crucial, relying on paper-based methods is not ideal. The "Smart Attendance App Using Flutter" offers an innovative solution by leveraging mobile technology. It eliminates the need for manual paperwork, making the attendance tracking process more efficient and environmentally friendly.

 Abstract

Since ancient period, caste has been an unequal social system deeply rooted in Indian society as if it cannot be uprooted. So caste system with inequality is considered as a serious problem and by the health of the society is deteriorated. A lot of studies, thoughts and reformist movements have been done and are still going on about social reality of caste system, because the nature of the problem of caste is very complex and sensitive. Because of this the system of caste inequality appears to be a very serious problem in many forms and over changing forms in the political, social, economic world .The forms of caste system are very dominantly formed in the community and religious background and make their own appearance in the social sphere . The basic hierarchy system of the castism is structured like superior and inferior the best and the worst excellent and the lowest, master and master's and slave's. In the caste based society, one caste is recognized as the superior caste and the another caste is recognized as inferior caste. The caste which is recognized as the superior humiliate the other lower castes by kept away them from their house, temple, dinner and from other things. Since there have been so many long struggles, movement, apposition, against such a cruel caste system, it has not been possible to remove the caste based social system and establish egalitarian casteless society once caste was only a social related matter but in these days it is penetrated in economic, political, and all other sectors. Hence individual is identifying himself through his caste. Now everyone is strictly ad here to his caste and surviving the caste system eternally in a new design. The model of caste inequality has been predicted in different forms by Goruru in a reformist background.

 Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and the increasing popularity of electronic banking (e-banking) have transformed the banking industry worldwide. This study aims to investigate the acceptance of e-banking among adult customers in India, considering the unique cultural and socio-economic factors that influence their behaviour towards digital banking services. The research methodology includes a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. A sample of adult customers from various regions of India will be selected through a random sampling technique. The survey questionnaire will be designed to collect data on demographic information, e-banking usage patterns, perceived benefits and risks of e-banking, and factors influencing their acceptance. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will serve as the theoretical framework for this study, exploring the factors affecting the adoption and acceptance of e-banking services. Additionally, cultural factors specific to India, such as trust, security concerns, and technological literacy, will be considered as influential variables. The data collected will be analysed using statistical techniques, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The qualitative data from the interviews will be analysed thematically to identify recurring themes and patterns related to e-banking acceptance. The findings of this research will contribute to the understanding of e-banking acceptance among adult customers in India and provide insights into the factors influencing their adoption behaviour. The study's outcomes will be valuable for banks and financial institutions in developing effective strategies to enhance e-banking services and increase customer satisfaction.
